3. Description of the pump
The pump is intended for honey pumping or creaming. It is
characterized by compact construction, which means that
it takes up little space during use. The gear module of the
pump is easy to disassemble, which facilitates its cleaning
after finishing work.
The creaming process with a pump is based on pumping
of honey from one container to another. This process
involves cyclic pumping of honey for several days until it
reaches the right consistency.

4. Pump storage
After honey pumping/creaming is finished, the appliance
should be thoroughly cleaned and dried.
Before starting the pump, if it has been moved from a room
with a lower temperature to a room with a higher one, wait
until it reaches ambient temperature. Store in dry rooms
above 0º C.
The pump should not be switched on when the ambient
temperature is lower than 5ºC.
5. Maintenance and cleaning of the pump
Pull the mains plug out before starting
maintenance work!
The pump should be thoroughly washed before first use
and after work. When washing, take particular care to
prevent the motor and pump switch from getting wet (they
can be covered with waterproof material during washing).
After washing, rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry.
The appliance is washed in two phases: initial and final
(disinfecting).
Initial phase - used to flush honey out from the gear
module. After pumping / creaming, we do not dismantle
the device.
Immediately after working with the appliance, we move the
suction hose to a container with hot water placed above
the pump and we pump around 40l of heated water to
flush the pump module.
For this operation prepare approximately 40L of water
heated to a temperature of 50°C to 60°C. This process
protects the device against damage that can be caused by
crystallized honey. If the device is not properly rinsed, the
sealant on the shaft of the pumping module will rupture.
Damage resulting from improper cleaning of the module is
not covered by the warranty.
Final disinfection phase - disassemble the toothed
module according to the photos below.
For cleaning, you can use agents intended for disinfecting
equipment that is intended to come into contact with food,
after which rinse thoroughly, dry and reassemble.
1. unscrew 4 knobs from the gear module (from the front
of the device).
2. remove the module from the mounting.
3. remove the transparent module cover.
4. remove gears and rollers and clean everything thor-
oughly. Leave to dry.
5. install the module casing.
6. install the o-ring on the module casing.
7. install the gear with the drive shaft (longer shaft)
8. install the second gear with the shaft
9. put the transparent module cover on.
10. tighten the 4 knobs on the module.
6. Disposal
The used product is subject to the obligatory waste
disposal in the local selective Electric and Electronic
Waste Collection Points. The consumer has the right to
