DESTINAZIONE D’USO

- Il sollevatore è destinato al seguente uso:

• Indicato esclusivamente per il sollevamento di biciclette no alla portata massima indicata in tabella dati tecnici.

- Non sono consentite le seguenti operazioni:

• Per usi diversi da quanto riportato nel presente manuale

• Con modalità e procedure di funzionamento diverse da quelle descritte nel presente manuale

• Con alcuna delle sue parti manomesse

• Per il sollevamento di biciclette con persone a bordo

• Per il ssaggio e la manutenzione di motocicli

• Per il ssaggio di biciclette con interasse ruote superiore come indicato in tabella dati tecnici

• Per il ssaggio e la manutenzione di tandem

• Per il ssaggio di tricicli

• Per il ssaggio di biciclette cargo

• Per biciclette diverse da quelle per cui questo banco è stato progettato

• Per il sollevamento di persone o animali

• Per il sollevamento di cose che non siano biciclette

Il costruttore non risponde per eventuali guasti, danni o infortuni legati ad un uso non conforme a quanto indicato nel presente

manuale.

- Condizioni d’uso consentite:

Il banco è stato progettato e costruito per consentire ad un unico operatore di ssare una bicicletta al piano di lavoro e di poter

successivamente movimentare quest’ultimo con il solo utilizzo degli arti, per poi effettuare la manutenzione alla bicicletta.

La procedura per l’utilizzo corretto del banco ed i parametri operativi accettabili, sono descritti nel presente manuale.

Le biciclette che possono essere vincolate al banco devono avere dimensioni tali da permettere il ssaggio allo stesso, ovvero

biciclette muscolari e con pedalata assistita (e-bike). le biciclette devono avere un interasse ruote NON SUPERIORE a 1.300 mm.

Il banco consente anche il ssaggio del solo telaio.

SICUREZZA DELLA POSTAZIONE DI LAVORO

Allo scopo di assicurare la massima afdabilità di esercizio, la ditta BETA UTENSILI S.p.A. ha effettuato un’accurata scelta dei

materiali e dei componenti da impiegare nella costruzione del banco. Il buon rendimento nel tempo del banco, dipende anche da

un corretto uso e da un’adeguata manutenzione preventiva, secondo le istruzioni riportate in questo manuale.

Si ricorda che:

• Non si deve usare il banco né eseguire su di esso alcun intervento, se non si è accuratamente letto e integralmente

compreso questo manuale in tutte le sue parti.

• E’ vietato manomettere, alterare o modicare, anche parzialmente, il banco.

• E’ vietato impiegare il banco in condizioni o per uso diverso da quanto indicato nel presente manuale.

• Le indicazioni poste sul banco che svolgono funzione di sicurezza non devono essere rimosse, coperte o danneggiate.

• E’ compito dell’utilizzatore eseguire la pulizia e la manutenzione ordinaria del banco, e contattare il costruttore per la

manutenzione straordinaria secondo quanto previsto nel presente manuale.

• Durante tutte le fasi nelle quali si debba lavorare al banco (funzionamento normale, installazione, emergenza, pulizia,

manutenzione, smantellamento), si consiglia di utilizzare sempre gli appositi D.P.I. (Dispositivi di Protezione Individuale):

guanti, scarpe antinfortunistiche, abbigliamento idoneo.

• Il banco non è destinato ad essere usato da persone (bambini compresi) con capacità siche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte;

alle quali ne è consentito l’uso solo ed esclusivamente sotto la sorveglianza di un adulto che abbia letto e integralmente

compreso questo manuale in tutte le sue parti.

• I bambini non devono mai giocare con l’apparecchio.

• Non si deve operare sul banco scalzi o utilizzando calzature non adeguate (ciabatte, sandali ecc.)

N.B.: Il banco NON è stato progettato e realizzato per essere utilizzato da più di una persona alla volta, soprattutto nella

fase di movimentazione del banco. Pertanto nei pressi del banco, si raccomanda la presenza di una sola persona.

INDICAZIONE PER LA SICUREZZA DEL PERSONALE

- Si raccomanda la massima attenzione, avendo cura di concentrarsi sempre sulle proprie azioni. Non utilizzare il sollevatore in

caso di stanchezza o sotto l’effetto di droghe, bevande alcoliche o medicinali.

- Prestare sempre la massima attenzione durante le attività previste per l’utilizzo del sollevatore al ne di evitare possibili

seri infortuni.

- Avere cura di eseguire le operazioni di utilizzo del sollevatore in posizione sicura mantenendo il proprio equilibrio in ogni

momento. Una posizione di lavoro sicura ed un’adatta postura del corpo permettono di poter controllare meglio eventuali

imprevisti durante l’attività.

UTILIZZO ACCURATO DEL SOLLEVATORE

I rischi legati all’uso del banco sono dovuti a:

Parti meccaniche in movimento (ovvero tutte le parti costituenti il banco a cui sono associati rischi di pizzicamento o movimento

inatteso di alcune parti).

Operazioni di sollevamento di un peso (a cui sono associati rischi di caduta o perdita di stabilità del peso sollevato).

Quindi:

NON RIMUOVERE LE PROTEZIONI ED I DISPOSITIVI DI SICUREZZA PREVISTI, NE’ALLENTARE LE VITI DI

FISSAGGIO (pressore a molla, leve di bloccaggio, manopole di serraggio, leva di sblocco freno).

NON RIPARARE E/O REGISTRARE PARTI DEL BANCO IN FASE DI FUNZIONAMENTO (fase di movimentazione o

fase di manutenzione bicicletta).

IL BANCO E’ STATO PROGETTATO PER IL SOLO SOLLEVAMENTO DI BICICLETTE, NON SALIRE SUL BANCO O

UTILIZZARLO PER SOLLEVARE PERSONE O ANIMALI.

NON SUPERARE IL CARICO MASSIMO PREVISTO PER IL BANCO.

Si riportano di seguito i simboli attinenti ai succitati divieti, pericoli e prescrizioni, riportati anche sul banco.

Montaggio

• Assicurarsi che la zona antistante la rampa di carico bicicletta sia sgombra da ostacoli che possano impedire/limitare i

movimenti.

• Assicurarsi che le pareti e il softto (o eventuali corpi appesi ad esso es. lampade o altre attrezzature) non interferiscano in

alcun modo con la bicicletta o con il piano di lavoro durante le fasi di movimentazione.

• Assicurarsi che il pavimento non sia cosparso di acqua od altri liquidi che possano rendere scivoloso il posto di lavoro.

Le operazioni di controllo indicate devono essere effettuate prima di ogni utilizzo del banco.

DURANTE IL LAVORO SULLA MACCHINA:

• Non modicare, non manomettere e/o escludere i sistemi di sicurezza montati sul banco (PRESSORE A MOLLA, LEVE DI

BLOCCAGGIO, MANOPOLE DI SERRAGGIO, LEVA SBLOCCO FRENO).

• In caso di presenza di anomalie nel banco durante il funzionamento (rumori anomali, malfunzionamenti…), INTERROMPERE.

IMMEDIATAMENTE IL LAVORO E RIVOLGERSI A BETA UTENSILI S.p.A.

• Durante tutte le fasi di lavoro attenersi rigorosamente a quanto indicato nel presente manuale.

TRASPORTO E MOVIMENTAZIONE

Il banco per manutenzione è costituito da un corpo principale, formato dal telaio di base e da un piano di lavoro. Le due parti NON

possono essere movimentate separatamente.

Il banco va movimentato a mano (con l’aiuto di un secondo operatore), e con il piano di lavoro in posizione bassa. La

movimentazione va effettuata con il piano di lavoro sgombro (senza biciclette o telai).

In fase di movimentazione prestare la massima attenzione evitando urti che possano danneggiare il banco e quindi comprometterne

il funzionamento e l’afdabilità.

La posizione in cui il banco viene collocato deve essere tale da rendere possibile operare in sicurezza su di esso durante il

normale funzionamento, per le operazioni di pulizia e di manutenzione.

La posizione di installazione del banco deve essere tale da non permettere di operare a personale che non abbia letto il presente

manuale.

INSTALLAZIONE – PREPARAZIONE ALLA MESSA IN SERVIZIO

L’installazione del banco va eseguita esclusivamente da personale che abbia letto e integralmente compreso questo manuale in

tutte le sue parti.

Condizioni ambientali

Il banco è stato progettato e costruito per lavorare in un ambiente chiuso, riparato dagli agenti atmosferici esterni.

La mancata osservanza delle seguenti avvertenze può causare lesioni siche e/o patologie.

L’ATTIVITÀ DI MANUTENZIONE

I dispositivi di protezione individuale soprariportati si riferiscono all’utilizzo del sollevatore in normali ambien-

ti di lavoro. Dove a seguito di speciche indagini emergano particolati situazioni di rischio, essi dovranno es-

sere integrati come previsto sul documento di valutazione dei rischi ed in ottemperanza alle vigenti normative

in materia di sicurezza negli ambienti di lavoro.

Fissaggio meccanico e regolazione del banco

Prima di iniziare ad utilizzare il banco, assicurarne l’appoggio al pavimento registrando i quattro piedi d’appoggio della struttura

di supporto.

PRINCIPIO DI FUNZIONAMENTO

Il banco è stato progettato e costruito per consentire ad un unico operatore di ssare saldamente una bicicletta al piano di lavoro

e di poter successivamente movimentare quest’ultimo con il solo utilizzo degli arti.

Effettuare il ssaggio della bicicletta utilizzando almeno 2 dei 3 diversi punti di ssaggio disponibili:

• Punto di ssaggio anteriore; (da utilizzare SEMPRE);

• Punto di appoggio telescopico centrale;

• Punto di ssaggio posteriore.

Il punto di ssaggio anteriore deve SEMPRE essere utilizzato per il ssaggio della bicicletta sul banco. Una volta ssata

saldamente la bicicletta al punto di ssaggio anteriore con il piano di lavoro in posizione di bassa, si procede con il sollevamento

del piano di lavoro. Azionando la leva di sblocco del freno pistone, applicando una forza verso l’alto alla maniglia e azionando il

pedale di supporto, il piano di lavoro si solleverà no alla posizione desiderata e si bloccherà una volta rilasciata la leva del freno.

Ora si passerà a ssare la bicicletta ad almeno uno degli altri due punti di ssaggio.

Il punto di appoggio telescopico centrale e il punto di ssaggio telescopico posteriore vanno utilizzati SEMPRE in abbinamento al

punto di ssaggio anteriore. Appoggio telescopico centrale e ssaggio telescopico posteriore devono essere abbinati al ssaggio

anteriore insieme o singolarmente. Il ssaggio della bicicletta non va MAI effettuato abbinando l’appoggio telescopico centrale

al solo ssaggio telescopico posteriore. Una volta terminato il lavoro sulla biciletta, la svincoleremo dal ssaggio posteriore e/o

da quello centrale per poi riportare il banco in posizione bassa. Per fare ciò basterà azionare la leva di sblocco freno pistone

e agendo sulla maniglia e sul pedale di supporto, accompagnare il banco no al suo completo abbassamento. Solo ora sarà

possibile svincolare totalmente la bicicletta e rimuoverla dal banco.

La procedura per l’utilizzo corretto del banco è descritta nel presente manuale.

Il banco, per il suo funzionamento, necessita della presenza di un solo operatore durante tutte le fasi di movimentazione del piano

di lavoro e per il ssaggio della bicicletta.

ANOMALIE E GUASTI

Nel caso di comportamento anomalo del banco, malfunzionamento e rumori anomali, è necessario contattare immediatamente il

costruttore per avere indicazioni o richiedere gli opportuni ricambi.

Si consiglia al personale tecnico addetto alla manutenzione l’uso dei DPI necessari (guanti, scarpe antinfortunistiche,

abbigliamento adeguato ed occhiali/schermo protettivo).

SMALTIMENTO E ROTTAMAZIONE

Qualora il banco dovesse essere rottamato, i dovrà procedere allo smaltimento delle sue parti in modo differenziato, tenendo

conto della diversa natura delle stesse in osservanza a quanto stabilito dalla legge in materia di smaltimento di riuti industriali.

Non vi sono componenti classicabili tra i prodotti tossico-nocivi.

GARANZIA

Questa attrezzatura è fabbricata e collaudata secondo le norme attualmente vigenti nella Comunità Europea. E’ coperta da

garanzia per un periodo di 12 mesi per uso professionale o 24 mesi per uso non professionale.

Vengono riparati guasti dovuti a difetti di materiale o di produzione, mediante ripristino o sostituzione dei pezzi difettosi a nostra

discrezione.

L’effettuazione di uno o più interventi nel periodo di garanzia non modica la data di scadenza della stessa.

Non sono soggetti a garanzia difetti dovuti all’usura, all’uso errato od improprio e a rotture causate da colpi e/o cadute.

La garanzia decade quando vengono apportate modiche, quando il sollevatore viene manomesso o quando viene inviato

all’assistenza smontato.

Sono espressamente esclusi danni causati a persone e/o cose di qualsiasi genere e/o natura, diretti e/o indiretti.

Dichiariamo sotto la nostra piena responsabilità che il prodotto descritto è conforme a tutte le disposizioni pertinenti della Direttiva

Macchine 2006/42/CE e relative modiche, nonché alla seguente normativa:

WARNING

Keep the safety instructions with care and hand them over to the operating personnel.

INTENDED USE

- The lift has the following intended use:

• Suitable only for lifting bicycles up to the maximum load capacity indicated in the technical data-sheet.

- The following operations are forbidden:

• For uses other than those indicated in this manual

• Using operating methods and procedures other than those described in this manual

• With any of its parts tampered with

• To lift bicycles with persons on board

• For the repair and maintenance of motorbikes

• For bicycles with a longer wheelbase than that indicated in the technical data table

• For the repair and maintenance of tandems

• For tricycles

• For cargo bicycles

• For bicycles other than those for which the workbench has been designed

• For lifting persons or animals

• For lifting objects other than bicycles

The manufacturer will not be held liable for any failure, damage or injury resulting from use that does not comply with this manual.

- Permitted conditions of use:

The workbench has been designed and built to allow a single person to secure a bicycle to the platform and then move it manually

and service or repair the bicycle.

This manual describes the procedure for the correct use of the workbench and the acceptable operating parameters.

Bicycles that can be secured to the workbench must be of a size that allows them to be secured to it; i.e. push-bikes and e-bikes.

The wheelbase of the bicycle MUST NOT EXCEED 1,300 mm. The workbench can also be used to secure only the frame of the

bicycle.

WORKSTATION SAFETY

To ensure full operating reliability, BETA UTENSILI S.p.a. has carefully selected the materials and components to use for the

construction of the workbench. The good performance of the workbench over time also depends on correct use and appropriate

preventive maintenance, following the instructions provided in this manual.

Please note that:

• The workbench must not be used and no work must be carried out using it if you have not carefully read and fully understood

all parts of this manual.

• It is forbidden to tamper with, alter or modify, even partially, the workbench.

• It is forbidden to use the workbench in conditions or for purposes other than those indicated in this manual.

• Safety signs afxed to the workbench must not be removed, covered or damaged.

• It is the user's responsibility to carry out routine cleaning and maintenance on the workbench, and to contact the manufacturer

in the case of extraordinary maintenance as established in this manual.

• It is recommended to use appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (gloves, safety shoes, suitable clothing) when

using the workbench (normal operation, installation, emergencies, cleaning, maintenance, dismantling ).

• The workbench is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities;

these people should use it only under the supervision of an adult who has fully read and fully understood this manual.

• Children must never play with the machine.

• Do not use the workbench when barefoot or wearing unsuitable footwear (slippers, sandals, etc.).

N.B.: The workbench is NOT designed and constructed for use by more than one person at a time, especially when it is

being moved. Therefore, the presence of just one person near the workbench is recommended.

INDICATIONS FOR THE SAFETY OF PERSONNEL

- Extreme caution is recommended, taking care to pay attention at all times to what you are doing. Do not use the lift if you are

tired or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication.

- Always pay utmost attention when using the lift in order to avoid serious injuries.

- Take care to operate the lift maintaining a correct posture, keeping your balance at all times. A safe working position and correct

posture allow you to better control any unforeseen events during operations.

CAREFUL USE OF THE LIFT

The risks involved in using the workbench are caused by

Mechanical moving parts (i.e. all constituent parts of the workbench to which pinch hazards or the risk of unexpected movement

of some parts are associated).

Operations to lift weights (with the associated risk of the lifted weight falling or losing stability).

So:

DO NOT REMOVE THE GUARDS AND SAFETY DEVICES PROVIDED, OR LOOSEN THE FIXING SCREWS (spring

clamp, clamping levers, tightening knobs, brake release lever).

DO NOT REPAIR AND/OR ADJUST PARTS OF THE WORKBENCH WHEN IN OPERATION (bicycle handling or

maintenance stage).

THE WORKBENCH IS DESIGNED SOLELY TO LIFT BICYCLES; DO NOT CLIMB ONTO THE PLATFORM OR USE IT

TO LIFT PEOPLE OR ANIMALS.

DO NOT EXCEED THE MAXIMUM LOAD LIMIT OF THE WORKBENCH.

HOW TO USE THE LIFT

Assembly

• Ensure that the area in front of the bicycle loading ramp is clear of obstacles that could impede/restrict movements.

• Ensure that the walls and ceiling (or any objects hanging from it, e.g., lamps or other equipment) do not interfere in any way

with the bicycle or the platform during handling operations.

• Ensure that the oor is free from water or other liquids that could make it slippery.

The checks indicated above must be carried out before each use of the workbench.

WHILE WORKING WITH THE LIFT:

• Do not modify, tamper with and/or bypass the safety devices mounted on the workbench (spring clamp, clamping levers,

tightening knobs, brake release lever).

• In the event of anomalies during operations (anomalous noises, malfunctions…), STOP IMMMEDIATELY AND CONTACT

• Comply in full with the instructions given in this manual during all operating stages.

TRANSPORT AND HANDLING

The workbench comprises a main body, formed of the support frame and a platform. The two parts CANNOT be operated

separately.

The workbench must be moved manually (with the help of a second operator), and with the platform in lowered position. The

platform must be load-free (without bicycle or bicycle frames) when moving the lift.

When moving, great care must be taken to avoid collisions that could damage the workbench and thus compromise its operation

and reliability.

The workbench must be placed in a position that allows the operator to work safely during normal operations, cleaning and

maintenance.

The workbench installation position must be such that it cannot be operated by personnel who have not read this manual.

INSTALLATION – PREPARATION FOR COMMISSIONING

The workbench must be installed only by personnel who have read and fully understood this manual.

Environmental conditions

The workbench was designed and manufactured for work in an indoor space, sheltered from the weather.

The personal protective equipment listed above refers to the use of the lift in normal working environments.

Where specic controls highlight specic situations of risk, they must be supplemented as indicated in the

risk assessment document and in accordance with current workplace safety regulations.

Mechanical clamping and adjustment of the workbench

Before starting to use the workbench, make sure that it rests stably on the oor by adjusting the four feet of the support structure.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION

The workbench has been designed and manufacturer to allow a single operator to secure a bicycle to the platform and

subsequently move it manually.

Secure the bike to at least 2 of the 3 available xing points:

• Front xing point; (to be used ALWAYS);

• Central telescopic support point;

• Rear xing point.

The front xing point must ALWAYS be used to secure the bicycle to the workbench. Once the bicycle is securely secured to the

front xing point with the platform in lowered position, the platform can then be raised. By operating the brake piston release lever,

applying an upward force to the handle and activating the support pedal, the platform will rise to the desired position and lock

when the brake lever is released. The bicycle can now be secured to at least one of the other two xing points.

The central telescopic support point and the rear telescopic xing point must ALWAYS be used along with the front xing

point. The central telescopic support and rear telescopic xing point must be used with the front xing point either together or

individually. The bike must NEVER be secured using the central telescopic support and the rear telescopic xing point alone.

When you have nished working on the bike, release it from its rear and/or central xing point and return the workbench to

the lowered position. To do this, use the piston brake release lever and, using the handle and support pedal, accompany the

workbench until it is fully lowered. Only now will it be possible to fully release the bike and remove it from the workbench.

The procedure for the correct use of the workbench is described in this manual.

To operate the workbench, just one operator must be present during all the platform moving and bicycle securing stages.

ANOMALIES AND FAULTS

Contact the manufacture immediately for advice or to request appropriate spare parts in the event of anomalous behaviour of the

workbench, malfunctioning or strange noises.

Maintenance personnel are advised to wear the necessary PPE (gloves, safety shoes, appropriate clothing and protective

goggles/face shield).

DISPOSAL AND SCRAPPING

If the workbench is to be scrapped, its parts must be disposed of in accordance with industrial waste separation regulations, taking

into account the different materials of the parts.

No constituent parts of the workbench can be classied as toxic or harmful.

WARRANTY

This equipment is manufactured and tested according to current European standards. It is covered by a warranty for a period of

12 months for professional use or 24 months for non-professional use.

We repair faults due to material or production defects, either repairing or replacing the defective parts at our discretion.

The performance of one or more interventions within the warranty period does not change the expiry date of the warranty.

Defects due to wear and tear, incorrect or improper use and breakages caused by collisions and/or dropping are not covered by

the warranty.

The warranty is null and void if modications are made to the lift, if it is tampered with or if it is sent for servicing disassembled.

Damage/injury to property/persons of any type and/or nature, whether direct and/or indirect is expressly excluded.

- Conditions d’utilisation autorisées :

La table a été conçue et fabriquée pour permettre à un seul opérateur de xer un vélo sur le plan de travail et de pouvoir ensuite

déplacer ce vélo, en utilisant uniquement ses membres, pour effectuer son entretien.

La procédure correcte d’utilisation de la table et les paramètres d’utilisation acceptables sont décrits dans ce manuel.

Les vélos qui peuvent être xés à la table doivent avoir des dimensions permettant leur xation, c’est-à-dire des vélos musculaires

et à pédalage assisté (e-bike). L’entraxe de roue des vélos NE doit PAS être SUPÉRIEUR à 1 300 mm. La table permet aussi de

xer uniquement le cadre.

SÉCURITÉ DU POSTE DE TRAVAIL

An de garantir le maximum de abilité, la société BETA UTENSILI S.p.A. a soigneusement choisi les matériaux et les composants

à utiliser pour fabriquer la table. Le bon rendement de la table dans le temps dépend aussi d’une utilisation correcte et d’un

entretien préventif adéquat, conformes aux instructions gurant dans ce manuel.

Nous rappelons que :

• Il ne faut pas utiliser la table ni effectuer aucune intervention sur celle-ci sans avoir lu attentivement et avoir parfaitement

compris toutes les parties de ce manuel.

• Il est interdit de manipuler, altérer ou modier la table, même partiellement.

• Il est interdit d'utiliser la table dans des conditions ou pour un usage différent de celui indiqué dans ce manuel.

• Les indications apposées sur la table ayant une fonction de sécurité ne doivent pas être enlevées, couvertes ou abîmées.

• Il incombe à l’utilisateur d’effectuer le nettoyage et l’entretien ordinaire de la table et de contacter le fabricant pour l'entretien

• Durant toutes les phases au cours desquelles il faut travailler à la table (fonctionnement normal, installation, situation

d’urgence, nettoyage, entretien, démontage), il est conseillé de toujours utiliser les E.P.I. spéciques (Équipement de

Protection Individuelle) : gants, chaussures de sécurité, habillement approprié.

• La table n’est pas destinée à être utilisée par des personnes (enfants y compris) dont les capacités physiques, sensorielles

ou mentales sont réduites ; son utilisation est permise à ces personnes exclusivement sous la surveillance d’un adulte ayant

lu et parfaitement compris toutes les parties de ce manuel.

• Les enfants ne doivent jamais jouer avec l’appareil.

• Il ne faut pas utiliser la table pieds nus ou en utilisant des chaussures inadéquates (pantoues, sandales, etc.)

N.B. : La table N’a PAS été conçue et fabriquée pour être utilisée par plus d’une personne à la fois, surtout au cours de

sa phase d’actionnement. Par conséquent, la présence d’une seule personne est recommandée à proximité de la table.

INDICATION POUR LA SÉCURITÉ DU PERSONNEL

- Le maximum d’attention est recommandé, en veillant à toujours se concentrer sur ses propres actions. Ne pas utiliser la table

élévatrice en cas de fatigue ou sous l’effet de drogues, de boissons alcooliques ou de médicaments.

- Toujours faire très attention lors des activités prévues pour l’utilisation de la table élévatrice an d’éviter tout risque

d'accident grave.

- Veiller à effectuer les opérations d’utilisation de la table élévatrice dans une position sûre en conservant son équilibre à tout

moment. Une position sûre de travail et une posture appropriée du corps permettent de mieux contrôler les imprévus éventuels

lors de l'activité.

UTILISATION PRÉCISE DE LA TABLE ÉLÉVATRICE

Les risques liés à l’utilisation de la table sont dus à des :

Parties mécaniques en mouvement (c’est-à-dire toutes les parties composant la table auxquelles sont associés des risques de

pincement ou de mouvement inattendu de certaines parties).

Opérations de soulèvement d’un poids (auxquelles sont associés des risques de chute ou de perte de stabilité du poids soulevé).

Par conséquent :

NE PAS ENLEVER LES PROTECTIONS NI LES DISPOSITIFS DE SÉCURITÉ PRÉVUS, NE PAS DESSERRER LES

VIS DE FIXATION (presseur à ressort, leviers de blocage, molettes de serrage, levier de déblocage du frein).

NE RÉPARER ET/OU NE RÉGLER AUCUNE PARTIE DE LA TABLE LORS DE SON FONCTIONNEMENT (phase

d’actionnement ou phase d'entretien du vélo).

LA TABLE A ÉTÉ CONÇUE UNIQUEMENT POUR SOULEVER DES VÉLOS, NE PAS MONTER SUR LA TABLE ET NE

PAS L’UTILISER POUR SOULEVER DES PERSONNES OU DES ANIMAUX.

Montage

• S'assurer que la zone située devant la rampe de chargement est dégagée de tout obstacle susceptible d’empêcher/limiter

les mouvements.

• S’assurer que les murs et le plafond (ou des corps éventuellement suspendus au plafond, par exemple des lampes ou

autres outillages) n’interfèrent en aucune façon avec le vélo ou avec le plan de travail lors des phases d’actionnement.

• S’assurer que le sol n’est pas mouillé avec de l'eau ou d’autres liquides susceptibles de rendre le poste de travail glissant.

Les opérations de contrôle indiquées doivent être effectuées avant toute utilisation de la table.

LORS DU TRAVAIL SUR LA MACHINE :

• Ne pas modier, manipuler et/ou désactiver les systèmes de sécurité installés sur la table (PRESSEUR À RESSORT,

LEVIERS DE BLOCAGE, MOLETTES DE SERRAGE, LEVIER DE DÉBLOCAGE DU FREIN).

• Si la table présente des anomalies lors de son fonctionnement (bruits anormaux, dysfonctionnements, etc.), INTERROMPRE

IMMÉDIATEMENT LE TRAVAIL ET S’ADRESSER À LA SOCIÉTÉ BETA UTENSILI S.p.A.

• Durant toutes les phases de travail, respecter scrupuleusement les indications fournies dans ce manuel.

TRANSPORT ET DÉPLACEMENT

La table élévatrice est composée d’un corps principal, formé d’un châssis de base et d’un plan de travail. Les deux parties NE

peuvent PAS être déplacées séparément.

La table doit être déplacée manuellement (avec l’aide d’un deuxième opérateur), et avec le plan de travail en position inférieure.

Le déplacement doit avoir lieu lorsque le plan de travail est vide (sans vélo ni cadre).

Lors du déplacement, faire très attention et éviter tout choc susceptible d’endommager la table et, donc, de compromettre son

fonctionnement et sa abilité.

La table doit être placée dans une position permettant d’opérer en toute sécurité sur celle-ci lors de son fonctionnement ou pour

les opérations de nettoyage et d’entretien.

La table doit être installée dans une position empêchant le personnel n’ayant pas lu ce manuel d’opérer sur celle-ci.

INSTALLATION – PRÉPARATION À LA MISE EN SERVICE

La table doit être installée exclusivement par du personnel ayant lu et parfaitement compris toutes les parties de ce manuel.

Conditions ambiantes

La table a été conçue et fabriquée pour fonctionner dans un espace fermé, à l’abri des agents atmosphériques extérieurs.

Les équipements de protection individuelle susmentionnés se réfèrent à l’utilisation de la table élévatrice

dans des environnements de travail normaux. Si des analyses spéciques révèlent des situations particu-

lières de risque, ces équipements devront être complétés comme prévu sur le document d’évaluation des

risques et conformément aux réglementations en vigueur en matière de sécurité sur les lieux de travail.

Fixation mécanique et réglage de la table

Avant de commencer à utiliser la table, assurer son appui au sol en réglant les quatre pieds d’appui de la structure de support.

PRINCIPE DE FONCTIONNEMENT

La table a été conçue et fabriquée pour permettre à un seul opérateur de xer solidement un vélo sur le plan de travail et de

pouvoir ensuite déplacer ce vélo, en utilisant uniquement ses membres.

Fixer le vélo en utilisant au moins 2 des 3 différents points de xation disponibles :

• Point de xation avant (à TOUJOURS utiliser) ;

• Point d’appui télescopique central ;

• Point de xation arrière.

Le point de xation avant doit TOUJOURS être utilisé pour xer le vélo sur la table. Après avoir xé solidement le vélo au point

de xation avant avec le plan de travail en position inférieure, il est possible de faire monter le plan de travail. Actionner le levier

de déblocage du frein piston, appliquer une force vers le haut sur la poignée et actionner la pédale de support pour faire monter

le plan de travail jusqu’à la position souhaitée. Ensuite relâcher le levier du frein pour la bloquer dans cette position. À présent

xer le vélo au moins à un des deux autres points de xation.

Le point d’appui télescopique central et le point de xation télescopique arrière doivent TOUJOURS être utilisés en combinaison

avec le point de xation avant. L’appui télescopique central et la xation télescopique arrière doivent être combinés à la xation

avant simultanément ou individuellement. Le vélo ne doit JAMAIS être xé en combinant l'appui télescopique central uniquement

à la xation télescopique arrière.

Une fois le travail sur le vélo terminé, il faudra le libérer de la xation arrière et/ou de celle centrale pour ramener ensuite la table

en position inférieure. Pour ce faire, il sufra d’actionner le levier de déblocage du frein piston et en agissant sur la poignée et sur

la pédale de support, d’accompagner la table jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit complètement descendue. Alors seulement il sera possible

de libérer complètement le vélo et de le faire descendre de la table. La procédure correcte d’utilisation de la table est décrite

dans ce manuel. Pour son fonctionnement, la table ne requiert la présence que d’un seul opérateur durant toutes les phases

d’actionnement du plan de travail et pour la xation du vélo.

ANOMALIES ET PANNES

En cas de comportement anormal de la table, de dysfonctionnement et de bruits anormaux, il faut immédiatement contacter le

fabricant pour avoir des indications ou demander les pièces de rechange nécessaires.

Il est conseillé au personnel technique préposé à l’entretien d’utiliser les EPI nécessaires (gants, chaussures de sécurité,

habillement adéquat et lunettes/écran de protection).

ÉLIMINATION ET MISE À LA CASSE

Si la table doit être mise à la casse, il faudra éliminer ses composants de façon différenciée, en tenant compte de leur nature

différente dans le respect des dispositions légales en matière d’élimination des déchets industriels.

Aucun de ses composants ne peut être classé parmi les produits toxiques ou nocifs.

GARANTIE

Cet équipement est fabriqué et testé selon les normes actuellement en vigueur dans la Communauté européenne. Il est couvert

par une garantie de 12 mois dans le cas d’un usage professionnel ou de 24 mois dans le cas d’un usage non professionnel.

Les pannes dues à des défauts de matériau ou de production sont réparées en remettant en état ou en remplaçant les pièces

défectueuses à notre discrétion.

L’exécution d’une ou de plusieurs interventions au cours de la période de garantie ne modie pas sa date d’expiration.

Les défauts dus à l’usure, à une utilisation erronée ou impropre et à des ruptures causées par des coups et/ou des chutes ne

sont pas couverts par la garantie.

La garantie perd sa validité si des modications ont été apportées, si la table élévatrice a été manipulée ou lorsqu’elle est envoyée

démontée à l'assistance.

Sont expressément exclus les dommages causés aux personnes et/ou aux choses de tout genre et/ou de toute nature, directs

et/ou indirects.

Bedienungsanleitung festgelegten Bedingungen entsprechen

- Zulässige Verwendungsbedingungen:

Die Bühne wurde so konzipiert und gebaut, dass ein einzelner Bediener ein Fahrrad auf der Arbeitsäche befestigen und diese

dann durch einfache Handgriffe bewegen kann, um das Fahrrad zu warten.

Das Verfahren zur korrekten Verwendung der Bühne und die zulässigen Betriebsparameter sind in dieser Bedienungsanleitung

beschrieben.

Fahrräder, die an der Bühne gesichert werden können, müssen so bemessen sein, dass eine Befestigung möglich ist, d. h.

muskelbetriebene und elektrisch unterstützte Fahrräder (E-Bikes). Die Fahrräder dürfen einen Radstand von HÖCHSTENS 1.300

mm haben. An der Bühne kann ggf. auch nur der Rahmen befestigt werden.

SICHERHEIT AM ARBEITSPLATZ

Zur Gewährleistung einer möglichst hohen Betriebssicherheit hat BETA UTENSILI S.p.A. eine sorgfältige Auswahl der für die Herstellung

der Bühne verwendeten Werkstoffe und Komponenten getroffen. Eine dauerhaft gute Leistungsfähigkeit der Bühne hängt auch von der

sachgemäßen Verwendung und vorbeugenden Wartung gemäß den Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung ab.

Zu beachten ist Folgendes:

• Die Bühne weder verwenden noch Arbeiten daran ausführen, sofern diese Bedienungsanleitung nicht vollständig gelesen

und verstanden wurde.

• Es ist verboten, die Bühne in irgend einer Weise zu manipulieren oder zu verändern.

• Es ist verboten, die Bühne unter anderen Bedingungen oder für andere Zwecke als in dieser Anleitung angegeben zu

verwenden.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG DE

• Die Sicherheitshinweise an der Bühne dürfen nicht entfernt, verdeckt oder beschädigt werden.

• Es liegt in der Verantwortung des Anwenders, die Reinigung und gewöhnliche Wartung der Bühne durchzuführen und sich

für außergewöhnliche Wartungsarbeiten gemäß dieser Anleitung an den Hersteller zu wenden.

• Es wird empfohlen, in sämtlichen Phasen der Arbeit mit und an der Bühne (Normalbetrieb, Installation, Notfall, Reinigung,

Wartung, Demontage) stets die entsprechende PSA (persönliche Schutzausrüstung) zu verwenden: Arbeitshandschuhe,

Sicherheitsschuhe, geeignete Kleidung.

• Die Bühne ist nicht für die Nutzung durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder) mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen

oder geistigen Fähigkeiten bestimmt. Diese dürfen die Bühne nur unter Aufsicht eines Erwachsenen nutzen, der diese

Bedienungsanleitung vollständig gelesen und verstanden hat.

• Kinder dürfen nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.

• Niemals barfuß oder mit ungeeignetem Schuhwerk (Hausschuhe, Sandalen usw.) an der Bühne arbeiten.

Hinweise: Die Bühne ist NICHT für die gleichzeitige Nutzung durch mehr als eine Person ausgelegt; das gilt insbesondere

für die Bewegungsphase der Bühne. Es sollte sich daher immer nur eine Person an der Bühne aufhalten.

HINWEIS FÜR DIE SICHERHEIT DES PERSONALS

- Bei der Arbeit ist stets mit größter Vorsicht und Konzentration vorzugehen. Die Hebebühne nicht bei Müdigkeit oder unter dem

Einuss von Drogen, Alkohol oder Medikamenten verwenden.

- Bei den für die Verwendung der Hebebühne vorgesehenen Tätigkeiten ist stets höchste Aufmerksamkeit gefordert, um

schwere Verletzungen zu vermeiden.

- Bei den Arbeiten zum Betrieb der Hebebühne ist stets auf einen sicheren Stand und ein stabiles Gleichgewicht zu achten.

Eine sichere Arbeitsposition und eine angemessene Körperhaltung ermöglichen bessere Kontrolle bei unvorhergesehenen

Zwischenfällen.

SACHGEMÄSSE VERWENDUNG DER HEBEBÜHNE

Gefahren im Zusammenhang mit der Verwendung der Bühne sind zurückzuführen auf:

Bewegliche mechanische Teile (d.h. sämtliche Bestandteile der Bühne, die mit der Gefahr des Einklemmens bzw. unerwarteter

Bewegungen bestimmter Teile verbunden sind).

Das Anheben einer Last (verbunden mit der Gefahr des Herabfallens oder Stabilitätsverlusts der angehobenen Last).

Daher:

NIEMALS DIE VORGESEHENEN SCHUTZ- UND SICHERHEITSVORRICHTUNGEN ENTFERNEN ODER DIE

BEFESTIGUNGSSCHRAUBEN LÖSEN (Federdruckstück, Sperrhebel, Feststellschrauben, Bremslösehebel).

NIEMALS TEILE DER BÜHNE WÄHREND DES BETRIEBS REPARIEREN ODER EINSTELLEN (während der

Bewegung bzw. Wartung des Fahrrads).

DIE BÜHNE IST AUSSCHLIESSLICH ZUM ANHEBEN VON FAHRRÄDERN BESTIMMT. NICHT AUF DIE BÜHNE

STEIGEN ODER ZUM ANHEBEN VON PERSONEN ODER TIEREN VERWENDEN.

NIEMALS DIE MAXIMALE TRAGFÄHIGKEIT DER BÜHNE ÜBERSCHREITEN.

Nachfolgend sind die Symbole zu den oben genannten Verboten, Gefahren und Geboten aufgeführt, die sich auch an der Bühne

benden.

Montage

• Sicherstellen, dass der Bereich vor der Fahrrad-Auffahrrampe frei von Hindernissen ist, die zur Behinderung bzw.

Einschränkung der Bewegungsfreiheit führen können.

• Sicherstellen, dass Wände und Decken (bzw. anhängende Gegenstände wie Lampen oder andere Geräte) weder das

Fahrrad noch die Arbeitsäche bei der Handhabung beeinträchtigen.

• Sicherstellen, dass sich kein Wasser oder anderen Flüssigkeiten auf dem Boden benden, die zu Rutschgefahren am

Arbeitsplatz führen könnten.

Die aufgeführten Kontrollen sind vor jeder Verwendung der Bühne durchzuführen.

WÄHREND DER ARBEIT MIT DER MASCHINE:

• Niemals die an der Bühne montierten Sicherheitsvorrichtungen (FEDERDRUCKSTÜCK, SPERRHEBEL,

FESTSTELLSCHRAUBEN, BREMSLÖSEHEBEL) verändern, manipulieren oder umgehen.

• Sollten während des Betriebs der Bühne Störungen auftreten (z.B. ungewöhnliche Geräusche, Fehlfunktionen usw.), DIE

ARBEIT SOFORT UNTERBRECHEN UND BETA UTENSILI S.p.A. BENACHRICHTIGEN.

• Bei der Arbeit mit der Hebebühne sind zu jeder Zeit die Anweisungen in der Bedienungsanleitung zu beachten.

TRANSPORT UND HANDHABUNG

Die Wartungsbühne besteht aus einem Hauptkörper, der sich aus Grundrahmen und Arbeitsäche zusammensetzt. Diese beiden Teile können

NICHT getrennt bewegt werden.

Die Handhabung der Bühne muss (mit Hilfe einer zweiten Person) manuell und mit der Arbeitsäche in der abgesenkten Position erfolgen. Die

Handhabung darf nur mit frei geräumter Arbeitsäche erfolgen (ohne Fahrräder bzw. Rahmen).

Bei der Handhabung ist insbesondere auf die Vermeidung von Stößen zu achten, die zu Schäden an der Bühne und damit zur Beeinträchtigung ihrer

Funktionsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit führen können.

Die Aufstellung der Bühne muss so erfolgen, dass während des normalen Betriebs sowie der Reinigung und Wartung ein sicheres Arbeiten möglich

ist. Der Aufstellungsort der Wartungsbühne ist so zu wählen, dass sie nicht von Personen bedient werden kann, die diese Anleitung nicht gelesen

haben.

INSTALLATION – VORBEREITUNG ZUR INBETRIEBNAHME

Die Installation der Bühne darf nur durch Personal erfolgen, dass diese Bedienungsanleitung vollständig gelesen und verstanden

hat.

Umgebungsbedingungen

Die Bühne wurde für den Betrieb in einer geschlossenen und vor Witterungseinüssen geschützten Umgebung ausgelegt.

BEI VERWENDUNG DER HEBEBÜHNE VORGESEHENE PERSÖNLICHE SCHUTZAUSRÜSTUNG

Die Nichtbeachtung der folgenden Warnhinweise kann körperliche Verletzungen bzw. Krankheiten verursachen.

BEI DURCHFÜHRUNG DER WARTUNGSARBEITEN STETS EINE SCHUTZBRILLE

TRAGEN

Die oben genannten persönlichen Schutzausrüstungen beziehen sich auf die Verwendung der Hebebühne

in gewöhnlichen Arbeitsumgebungen. Sollten infolge spezischer Untersuchungen besondere Gefahrensi-

tuationen auftreten, sind diese gemäß dem Dokument zur Risikobewertung und in Übereinstimmung mit den

geltenden Bestimmungen zur Sicherheit am Arbeitsplatz entsprechend zu ergänzen.

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG DE

Mechanische Befestigung und Einstellung der Bühne

der Inbetriebnahme sicherstellen, dass die Bühne richtig auf dem Boden auiegt und die vier Stützfüße der Struktur justiert

wurden.

FUNKTIONSWEISE

Die Bühne wurde so konzipiert und gebaut, dass ein einzelner Bediener ein Fahrrad sicher an der Arbeitsäche befestigen und

diese dann durch einfache Handgriffe bewegen kann.

Zur Sicherung des Fahrrads mindestens 2 der 3 vorhandenen Befestigungspunkte verwenden:

• Befestigungspunkt vorne; (IMMER zu verwenden);

• Auagepunkt mittlere Teleskopeinheit;

• Befestigungspunkt hinten.

Der vordere Befestigungspunkt muss bei der Sicherung des Fahrrads auf der Bühne IMMER verwendet werden. Wurde das

Fahrrad bei abgesenkter Arbeitsäche am vorderen Befestigungspunkt gesichert, kann mit dem Anheben der Arbeitsäche

begonnen werden. Dazu den Lösehebel der Kolbenbremse betätigen, den Griffbügel nach oben drücken und das Fußpedal zur

Unterstützung betätigen, bis sich die Arbeitsäche in der gewünschten Höhe bendet und durch Loslassen des Bremshebels

verriegelt wird. Nun wird das Fahrrad an mindestens einem der beiden weiteren Befestigungspunkte gesichert.

Die mittlere Teleskopauage und die hintere Teleskopbefestigung müssen IMMER in Verbindung mit dem vorderen

Befestigungspunkt verwendet werden. Die mittlere Teleskopauage und die hintere Teleskopbefestigung müssen mit der

vorderen Befestigung zusammen oder jeweils einzeln kombiniert werden. Die Sicherung des Fahrrads sollte NIE durch die

Kombination von mittlerer Teleskopauage und hinterer Teleskopbefestigung erfolgen.

Sind die Arbeiten am Fahrrad abgeschlossen, wird es aus der hinteren und/oder mittleren Befestigung gelöst und die

Wartungsbühne wieder in die abgesenkte Position gebracht. Dazu einfach den Lösehebel der Kolbenbremse betätigen und

mit Hilfe von Griffbügel und unterstützendem Fußpedal die Bühne bis zur vollständigen Absenkung führen. Erst dann kann das

Fahrrad vollständig entriegelt und von der Bühne genommen werden. Das Verfahren zur korrekten Verwendung der Bühne ist in

dieser Bedienungsanleitung beschrieben. Bei der Bedienung der Bühne ist sowohl zur Bewegung der Arbeitsäche als auch zur

Sicherung des Fahrrads nur eine Person erforderlich.
