Warning
The Tybox 5150 pack consists of a Tybox 5101 transmier and a RF6200 receiver.
There are two versions of the Tybox 5101 transmier.
To nd out the transmier version, press the “mode” buon for several seconds until the 1st
conguration menu appears: CF00 or CF01.

L’écran ache rF00. Relâchez.
❸ Appuyez brièvement sur +. L’écran clignote jusqu’à acher rF suivi du nombre de

❹ Vériez que le voyant du(des) récepteur(s) ne clignote plus.

1. Installing the transmitter
1.1 Location
The thermostat can be mounted on the wall or
placed on a piece of furniture in a room whose
temperature is representative of the location’s
average temperature, with a recommended
height of 1.5 m, and it should also be nowhere
near any heat sources (reworks, sunlight, etc.) or
air ows (window, door, etc.).
IMPORTANT: Do not install the thermostat on an
external wall or with an
unheated room (e.g. garage, etc.)
1.2 Wall mounting
❶ Remove the front panel, then remove the
baeries.
❷ Secure the thermostat to the surface using
suitable screws.
❸ Insert the baeries
WARNING: make sure you insert the baeries
facing the right way and that they are the right
type (no lithium baeries).
❹ Replace the front panel.
1.3 Mounting on a base
❶ Remove the front panel.
❷ Remove the baery cover.
❸ Replace the front panel.
❹ Insert the base into the back of the
thermostat and place the device in the desire
location (on a at, non-metallic surface).

2. Installing the receiver
2.1 Location
The receiver must be installed at a minimum
distance of 20 cm from any metal surface (e.g.
the heat pump), and about 1.50 m from the
ground to ensure there’s a good radio link with
the transmier.
2.2 Mounting / Connection
❶ First of all, switch o the power to your
installation.
❷ The receiver can be secured by suitably sized
screws or by adhesive (supplied).
❸ Connect the receiver
❹ Once the receiver is connected, turn on the
power to your installation.

4. Configuring your device

Menu CF01 Correcting the temperature measured
This menu is used to correct any dierence you have noticed between the displayed temperature and the
measured temperature.
Example: If the temperature displayed by the device is 19°C and the measured temperature is 20°C, input +1°C then
conrm using OK.
Adjusts from -5°C to 5°C,
in increments of 0.1°C.
Menu CF02 Locking the buons
This menu allows you to prohibit any changes (seings, set point, mode).
Default seing: Authorised changes

Please leave the seing at 00.

❶ Press any buon to activate the
screen.
❷ Press mode for 10 seconds until
CF00 is displayed.
❸ Press + or - to adjust the seing,
and on mode to move to the next
menu.
❹ Press mode for 5 seconds to exit
the conguration menu or, aer a
period of 2 seconds without activity,
the Tybox validates the change of
parameter and returns to standby.
In order to change this seing, the unit
must have been running for at least 2 hours
beforehand.
Default seing: 0°C
If locked, the screen will display “----”.
To temporarily unlock, simultaneously press
and hold the + and - buons for 5 seconds.

5. Pairing with the Tydom app
Launch the Tydom application from your smartphone or tablet, then:

6. Pairing a door/window magnetic contac
Pairing a motion sensor means you can switch the heating to Frost Protection or the air conditioning to O if a
window is opened (aer 10 seconds).
7. Associating a repeater
If the radio range is too weak and the transmier cannot be moved closer to the receiver, you can add an X3D
radio repeater to your installation (example: ERX 2000).

If there’s a fault, you may need to unpair a product and/or re-associate a new one.
Wireless reseing of the transmier
Removing associations from the receiver
The deletion of wireless associations with the receiver is carried out by
holding down the buon.
The LED will cycle through the various states.
: The LED ashes red. The receiver is in pending association mode.
: The red LED ashes rapidly. The receiver is waiting to delete the association with a door/window magnetic
contact (check on the device you want to unpair).
: Aer 20 seconds. The red LED turns o. All pairings with the receiver are now removed.

2. Consultation or modification of temperatures
❶ Press any buon to activate the display screen.
To switch from Heating ( ) to Cooling ( ), press mode
twice.
The current mode is displayed:
ON = Thermostat on, OFF = thermostat o (frost protection
at 10°C in heating mode).
To switch from one mode to another, press mode.
❷ From ON mode, wait a few seconds to display the set-
point temperature and change it using + or -.
Validation aer 2 seconds if no buons are pressed.
3. Open window detection
If you have paired a motion detector with your installation.
If the window is open, the display shows “--” aer 10 seconds, alternating with OPEn.
Depending on the current mode:
- the heating is in frost protection mode (10°C),
- the air conditioning is o.

In “absence” mode, the TYBOX screen indicates OFF. Depending on the current mode,
- the heating is in frost protection mode (10°C),

In “system shutdown mode”, the Tybox screen indicates OFF.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 What the receiver LEDs mean

5.2 Changing baeries
• The symbol appears.
You have approximately 1 month to replace
them (two 1.5 V alkaline baeries, either LR03 or
AAA).
WARNING: make sure you insert the baeries
facing the right way and that they are the right
type (no lithium baeries).

• The screen displays:
Your Tybox transmier is temporarily awaiting feedback.
• The screen displays:
Your Tybox transmier has just “woken up” (exit standby).
• The screen displays “dF 0”.
Your Tybox transmier is not associated to a heating receiver.
• The screen displays “dF 9”.
One-o wireless fault during wireless communication (turning on, sending a command).
If fault 9 persists for more than one hour, the receiver operates in emergency mode (*).
(*) Function in backup mode:
The receiver control is in Emergency Frost Protection mode (eective operation for 15 minutes over 1 hour,
indicated by the
red LED). A manual Shutdown override is authorised by pressing the buon on the receiver. Press the
buon again to return to Emergency Frost Protection mode.
Note that if the receiver control is in system shutdown, it remains in permanent shutdown.
Emergency mode is exited as soon as communication is re-established.
• The screen displays “dF22”.
You are controlling several receivers that are not in the same operating mode (heating or air conditioning).
Press mode to synchronise them, the dF22 display disappears.
• You do not have access to the seings
The buons are locked. The screen displays “----”. To
unlock them periodically (until the next time the system is in
standby), press the +
and - buons simultaneously for 5 seconds. To unlock them
permanently, consult the
CF02 conguration menu.
