thepurchasedateof(1)theProductinitsoriginalsealedpackagingor(2)

thecomputersystemcontainingtheProduct(“ComputerSystem”).Ifthe

Productfailstoconformtotheabovewarrantyduringthewarrantyperiod,

Intel,atitsoption,will:

REPAIRtheProduct;OR

REPLACEitwithaneworreconditionedProduct;OR,

REFUNDitsvalueatthetimeofthewarrantyclaim.

This will be the exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty.

This Limited Warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under

applicable law, extend only to the Original Purchaser or the Original

System Customer and last only for as long as the Original Purchaser or

bilitythattheProduct,includingifusedwithalteredclockfrequencies

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

YoumaycontactyourplaceofpurchaseoryoumaycontactIntelbycalling

anIntelCustomerSupport(ICS)centerduringbusinesshours.Youwillbe

askedfor(1)yourcontactdetails;(2)proofofpurchase;(3)modelname

andProductidenticationnumber;(4)anexplanationoftheproblemand

(5)moreinformationifnecessary.IfICSconrmsthattheProductiseligible

forwarrantyservice,youwillreceiveaReturnMaterialAuthorization(RMA)

numberandinstructionsforreturningtheProduct.

Intelwillshiptoyou,atitsexpense,therepairedorreplacedProductwithin

areasonableperioduponreceiptofthereturnedProduct.Thereplacement

productwillbewarrantedunderthetermscontainedinthisLimitedWar-

ranty,includingitsexclusions,exceptthatthetermofthewarrantywillbe

whicheverofthefollowingtwoperiodsislonger:(1)90days,beginningon

thedateofshipmentoftherepairedorreplacedProducttoyou,or(2)the

remainderofthewarrantyperiodforthereturnedProductplusanadditional

about the Product. Intel disclaims all other express warranties and any

implied warranties of merchantability, tness for a particular purpose,

and non-infringement, are limited in duration to the period of the Limited

Puedecomunicarseconellugardondeefectuólacompraopuede

comunicarseconIntelllamandoalcentrodeAsistenciaalClientedeIntel

(IntelCustomerSupport,ICS)duranteelhorariodeatención.Selepedirá

(1)suinformacióndecontacto;(2)comprobantedecompra;(3)nombredel

modeloynúmerodeidenticacióndelProducto;(4)unaexplicacióndel

problema,y(5)másinformacióndesernecesario.SielICSconrmaqueel

Productocalicaparaelserviciodegarantía,ustedrecibiráunnúmerode

Autorizacióndedevolucióndematerial(ReturnMaterialAuthorization,RMA)

yseledaráninstruccionesparaladevolucióndelProducto.

Intelleenviará,asumiendoelcosto,elProductoreparadooreemplazadoen

eltranscursodeunperíodorazonableluegodehaberrecibidoelProducto

devuelto.Elproductodereemplazoestarágarantizadoenvirtuddelos

términoscontenidosenestaGarantíalimitada,incluidassusexclusiones,

exceptoporelhechodequeelplazodelagarantíaseráelmásprolongado

delosdosperíodossiguientes:(1)90días,apartirdelafechaenquesele

envíeaustedelProductoreparadooreemplazo,o(2)elperíododegarantía

restanteparaelProductodevuelto,equivalentealacantidaddedíasentreel

momentoenqueustednotiquealICSlanecesidaddelserviciodegarantía

yelmomentoenqueustedrecibaelProductoreparadooreemplazado.

LIMITACIONES Y EXCLUSIONES DE LA GARANTÍA

Esta garantía sustituye a cualquier otra garantía y manifestación acerca

del Producto. Intel se exime de cualquier otra garantía explícita y las

garantías que surjan en el curso del desempeño, en el curso de los

negocios o usos comerciales. Cualquier garantía implícita, lo que incluye,

sin limitarse a ello, las garantías implícitas de comerciabilidad, aptitud

para un propósito especíco y ausencia de infracción, se limitan en

duración al período de la Garantía limitada. Las garantías no se aplican

después de dicho período.Algunosestados(ojurisdicciones)nopermiten

laexclusióndegarantíasimplícitas,nilaslimitacionesasuduración,porlo

tanto,laslimitacionesanteriorespodríannoaplicarseasucaso.

LIMITACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

La responsabilidad de Intel con respecto a esta garantía o a cualquier otra,

ya sea implícita o explícita, está limitada a la reparación, el reemplazo o

el reembolso. Estos remedios son los remedios únicos y exclusivos para

cualquier incumplimiento de la garantía.

En el máximo grado en que lo permita la ley, Intel no es responsable de

los daños directos, especiales, incidentales o consiguientes que ocurran

como consecuencia del incumplimiento de una garantía o en virtud de

cualquier otra teoría legal (que puede incluir, sin limitación, pérdida

de ganancias, tiempo de inactividad, reputación, daño o reemplazo de

equipos y bienes y cualquier costo relacionado con la recuperación,

reprogramación o reproducción de cualquier programa o de datos

almacenados o utilizados en un Sistema informático), incluso si Intel ha

sido informado de la posibilidad de que existan estos daños.
