Thank you for purchasing this Hendi appliance. Please read this manual carefully before connecting the

appliance in order to prevent damage due to incorrect use. Read the safety regulations in particular very

carefully.

Safety regulations

• Incorrect operation and improper use of the ap-

pliance can seriously damage the appliance and

injure users.

• The appliance may only be used for the purpose

for which it was intended and designed. The man-

ufacturer is not liable for any damage caused by

incorrect operation and improper use.

• Keep the appliance and electrical plug away from

water and any other liquids. In the unlikely event

that the appliance should fall into water, imme-

diately pull the plug out of the socket and have

the appliance checked by a certiﬁed technician.

Not following these instructions could give rise to

life-threatening situations.

• Never try to open the casing of the appliance your-

self.

• Do not insert any objects in the casing of the ap-

pliance.

• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.

• Regularly check the plug and cord for any damage.

Should the plug or cord be damaged have it/them

repaired by a certiﬁed repair company.

• Do not use the appliance after it has fallen or is

damaged in any other way. Have it checked and re-

paired, if necessary, by a certiﬁed repair company.

• Do not try to repair the appliance yourself. This

could give rise to life-threatening situations.

• Make sure the cord does not come in contact with

sharp or hot objects and keep it away from open

ﬁre. To pull the plug out of the socket, always pull

on the plug and not on the cord.

• Make sure that no one can accidentally pull the

cord (or extension cord) loose or trip over the cord.

• This appliance may only be used for the purpose it

was initially designed for.

• Always keep an eye on the appliance when in use.

• Children do not understand that incorrect use of

electrical appliances can be dangerous. Therefore,

never let children use home appliances without

supervision.

• Always pull the plug out of the socket when the

appliance is not being used and always before

cleaning.

• Warning! As long as the plug is in the socket the

appliance is connected to the power source.

• Turn off the appliance before pulling the plug out

of the socket.

• Never carry the appliance by the cord.

• Do not use any extra devices that are not supplied

along with the appliance.

• Only connect the appliance to an electrical outlet

with the Voltage and frequency mentioned on the

appliance label.

• Avoid overloading.

• Turn off the appliance after use by removing the

plug from the socket.

• Always remove the plug from the socket when ﬁll-

ing or cleaning the appliance.

• The electrical installation must comply with the

applicable national and local regulations.

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons

(including children) with reduced physical, sensory

or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and

knowledge, unless they have been given supervi-

sion or instruction concerning use of the appliance

by a person responsible for their safety.

Special safety regulations

• Caution! Make sure the cord does not come in

contact with hot components while using the ap-

pliance.

• Do not install the appliance near objects and ap-

pliances that may be affected by a magnetic ﬁeld,

like, e.g., TVs, radios, bank cards and credit cards.

• Maintain a minimum clearance of 15 cm around

the appliance for ventilation.

• Never leave any metal objects on the appliance.

• Never switch on the appliance with an empty pan

on top of it, as this may result in serious damage

to the appliance.

• Make sure the appliance is not set up near water

vapour or greasy vapours. The fan of the appli-

ance will take in these vapours and this will cause

grease or moisture to accumulate in the appliance

which may result in a short-circuit in the appli-

ance. Clean the grease ﬁlter regularly

Preparations before using for the first time

• Check to make sure the appliance is undamaged.

In case of any damage, contact your supplier im-

mediately and do NOT use the appliance.

• Remove all the packing material.

• Clean the appliance with luke-warm water and a

soft cloth.

• Level the appliance.

• Make sure that a clearance of 15 cm is maintained

around the appliance with respect to ventilation of

the appliance.

• Position the appliance in such a way that the plug

is accessible at all times.

Suitable cooking equipment

• Only use pans that have the following properties:

- The pan must be suitable for induction. Should

you inadvertently use a pan that is not suitable

for induction, it will not be recognised by the ap-

pliance, which will beep a number of times and

switch to the stand-by mode.

- The bottom of the pan must have a diameter of

12 cm, at minimum. This means that the small-

est circle on the glass plate of the appliance

may NOT be visible when the appliance is in use.

Should you inadvertently use a pan that is too

small, the appliance will beep a number of times

and switch to the stand-by mode.

- The used pan must NOT have a diameter of more

than 26 cm. This means that the outermost cir-

cle on the glass plate of the appliance may be

visible when the appliance is in use. The appli-

ance may be damaged if a larger pan is used.

Operation

• Put the plug in the socket.

• Set the pan of your choice on the cooking surface,

bearing the above-mentioned instructions in mind.

NOTE! Make sure that the pans are covering the

indicated zones at all times during use in order to

prevent the appliance from getting damaged. Do

not leave your pan on the burner while empty as

this may lead to damage to your pans.

• Switch on the appliance. You can see the settings

on the display. Minimal setting is 500 W, which in-

creases in steps of 100 W to the maximum setting

of 3500 W. NOTE! If the appliance beeps after be-

ing switched on, the pan you are using is not suit-

able for induction or the appliance is defective. In

case of any doubt, always contact the supplier of

your pan!

• Once you have reached the required result, you can

switch off the appliance by turning the switch to

the off position. The display now reads “OFF”.

• If you do not use the appliance for an extended pe-

riod, remove the plug from the wall-mounted elec-

trical socket and remove the pans from the appli-

ance. NOTE! Allow the appliance to cool off before

you touch it. The glass plate is very hot after use.

• The appliance shuts itself down after 2 hours.

Cleaning and maintenance

• Always remove the plug from the socket before

cleaning the appliance.

• Beware: Never immerse the appliance in water or

any other liquid!

• Clean the outside of the appliance with a damp

cloth (water with mild detergent).

• Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abra-

sives. Do not use any sharp or pointed objects. Do

not use petrol or solvents! Clean with a damp cloth

and detergent if necessary. Do not use abrasive

materials.

• Clean the fan openings with the vacuum cleaner.

• Clean the glass plate each time after use. This is to

prevent any residues from burning onto the glass

plate.

Warranty

Any defect affecting the functionality of the appli-

ance that becomes apparent within one year after

purchase will be corrected by free repair or replace-

ment provided the appliance has been used and

maintained in accordance with the instructions and

has not been abused or misused in any way. Your

statutory rights are not affected. If the appliance is

claimed under warranty, state where and when it

was bought and include proof of purchase (f.e. re-

ceipt).

In line with our policy of continuous product devel-

opment we reserve the right to change the product,

packaging and documentation speciﬁcations with-

out notice.

Discarding & Environment

At the end of the life of the appliance, please dispose

of the appliance according to the regulations and

guidelines applicable at the time.

Throw packing materials like plastic and boxes in

the appropriate containers.

wir danken Ihnen für den Kauf des Gerätes Hendi. Machen Sie sich bitte mit dieser Anleitung noch vor der

Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes vertraut, um Schäden durch die unsachgemäße Bedienung zu vermeiden. Den

Sicherheitsregeln ist besondere Aufmerksamkeit zu widmen.

Sicherheitsregeln

• Die unsachgemäße Bedienung des Geräts kann zur

schweren Beschädigung des Geräts sowie zu Verlet-

zungen führen.

• Das Gerät ist ausschließlich zu dem Zweck zu be-

nutzen, zu dem es hergestellt wurde. Der Hersteller

haftet nicht für Schäden, die auf unsachgemäße Be-

dienung des Geräts zurückzuführen sind.

• Den Kontakt des Gerätes und des Steckers mit Was-

ser oder einer anderen Flüssigkeit vermeiden. Den

Stecker unverzüglich aus dem Stecker ziehen und

das Gerät von einem anerkannten Fachmann prüfen

lassen, wenn das Gerät unbeabsichtigterweise ins

Wasser fällt. Bei Nichteinhaltung dieser Sicherheits-

vorschriften besteht Lebensgefahr.

• Nie eigenständig das Gehäuse des Gerätes zu öffnen

versuchen.

• In das Gehäuse des Gerätes keine Gegenstände ein-

führen.

• Den Stecker nicht mit nassen oder feuchten Händen

berühren.

• Den Stecker regelmäßig auf eventuelle Schäden hin

prüfen. Beschädigte Stecker oder Kabel von einer

zugelassenen Reparaturwerkstatt reparieren lassen.

• Das Gerät nicht mehr benutzen, wenn es herunterge-

fallen ist oder sonst wie beschädigt wurde. Das Gerät

von einer zugelassenen Reparaturwerkstatt prüfen

und gegebenenfalls reparieren lassen.

• Nicht versuchen, das Gerät eigenständig zu reparie-

ren. Dann besteht Lebensgefahr.

• Das Kabel von scharfen und heißen Gegenständen

sowie von offenem Feuer fernhalten. Beim Raus-

ziehen des Steckers stets am Stecker und nicht am

Kabel ziehen.

• Beachten Sie, dass das (Verlängerungs-) Kabel nicht

irrtümlicherweise gelöst wird und dass man nicht

darüber stolpern kann.

• Dieses Gerät darf ausschließlich benutzt werden für

das Ziel wofür es ursprünglich entwürfen ist.

• Das Gerät bei Bedienung stets überwachen.

• Kinder kennen die Gefahr der unsachgemäßen Be-

dienung elektrischer Geräte nicht. Kinder daher

niemals unbeaufsichtigt Haushaltsgerät bedienen

lassen!

• Den Stecker rausziehen wenn das Gerät nicht be-

nutzt wird und auch vor jeder Reinigung.

• Gefahr! Beﬁndet sich der Stecker in der Steckdose,

so wird das Gerät mit Netzspannung versorgt.

• Das Gerät ausschalten, bevor Sie den Stecker abzie-

hen.

• Das Gerät nie am Kabel tragen.

• Keine zusätzlichen Hilfsmittel benutzen, die nicht mit

dem Gerät mitgeliefert wurden.

• Das Gerät darf nur an eine Steckdose angeschlossen

werden mit dem auf dem Typenschild angegebene

Spannung und Frequenz.

• Überlastung ist zu vermeiden.

• Das Gerät ist nach dem Gebrauch auszuschalten, in-

dem der Stecker aus der Steckdose herausgezogen

wird.

• Vor dem Nachfüllen oder Reinigen ist immer der Ste-

cker aus der Steckdose herauszuziehen.

• Die elektrische Anlage hat den nationalen und regio-

nalen Vorschriften zu entsprechen.

• Dieses Gerät eignet sich nicht für den Gebrauch

durch Personen (gilt auch für Kinder) mit geringe-

rer Motorik, Sensorik oder geistiger Fähigkeit oder

mangelhafter Erfahrung und Wissen, es sei denn, sie

werden bei dem Gebrauch des Gerätes beaufsichtigt

oder erhalten Anweisungen von einer Person, die für

ihre Sicherheit die Verantwortung trägt.

Spezielle Sicherheitsvorschriften

• Achtung! Tragen Sie dafür Sorge, dass das Strom-

kabel bei eingeschaltetem Gerät nicht mit heißen

Teilen in Kontakt kommt.

• Das Gerät nicht in der Nähe von Gegenständen

und Geräten abstellen, die von einem Magnetfeld

beeinträchtigt werden können, zum Beispiel Fern-

seher, Radios, Bankpässe und Kreditkarten.

• Das Gerät sollte zwecks Belüftung von mindes-

tens 15 cm Freiraum umgeben sein.

•

Auf dem Gerät nie Metallgegenstände liegenlassen.

• Das Gerät nie einschalten, wenn ein leerer Topf

darauf steht. Dies kann zur schweren Beschädi-

gung des Geräts führen.

• Das Gerät von Dampfproduzierern (Wasser oder

Fett) fernhalten. Der Ventilator des Geräts saugt

diese Dämpfe nämlich heran, was dazu führt, dass

sich im Gerät Fett oder Feuchtigkeit ansammelt

und gegebenenfalls Kurzschluss entsteht. Den

Fettﬁlter regelmäßig reinigen.

Vorbereitung der Inbetriebnahme

• Das Gerät auf Schäden hin prüfen. Setzen Sie sich

im Beschädigungsfall sofort mit Ihrem Lieferan-

ten in Verbindung und benutzen Sie das Gerät

NICHT.

• Die gesamte Verpackung entfernen.

• Das Gerät mit lauwarmem Wasser und einem wei-

chen Tuch reinigen.

• Das Gerät waagerecht hinstellen.

• Die Maschine sollte zwecks Belüftung von min-

destens fünfzehn Zentimetern Freiraum umgeben

sein.

• Das Gerät so aufstellen, dass der Stecker jederzeit

abgezogen werden kann.

Geeignetes Küchenzubehör

• Ausschließlich Töpfe mit folgenden Merkmalen

benutzen.

- Der Topf sollte sich für die Induktion eignen. Be-

nutzen Sie einen für die Induktion ungeeigneten

Topf, wird er nicht vom Gerät erkannt und es er-

tönen mehrmals Piepgeräusche, woraufhin das

Gerät in den Standby-Modus springt.

- Der Topfboden sollte einen Mindestdurchmes-

ser von 12 cm haben. Das bedeutet, dass beim

Gebrauch der kleinste Ring der Glasplatte des

Geräts NICHT sichtbar sein darf. Benutzen Sie

einen zu kleinen Topf, ertönen mehrmals Piep-

geräusche, woraufhin das Gerät in den Stand-

by-Modus springt.

- Der Durchmesser des benutzten Topfes darf 26

cm NICHT überschreiten. Das bedeutet, dass

beim Gebrauch der äußere Ring der Glasplatte

des Geräts sichtbar sein muss. Der Gebrauch

einer größeren Pfanne könnte dem Gerät scha-

den.

Bedienung

• Den Stecker in die Steckdose stecken.

• Den erwünschten Topf auf die Kochplatte stellen

und dabei die vorgenannte Anweisung berück-

sichtigen. ACHTUNG! Dafür Sorge tragen, dass

sich die Töpfe beim Gebrauch zwecks Verhinde-

rung der Beschädigung des Geräts innerhalb der

angegebenen Zonen beﬁnden. Keine leeren Töpfe

benutzen, da sie dadurch beschädigt werden kön-

nen.

• Das Gerät mit der Taste einschalten. Der Stand

wird im Display angezeigt. Der Mindeststand von

500 W läuft in Schritten von je 100 W zum Höchst-

stand 3500 W. ACHTUNG! Ertönt nach der Ein-

schaltung ein Piepston, eignet sich der benutzte

Topf nicht für die Induktion oder das Gerät ist

defekt. Setzen Sie sich im Zweifelsfall mit Ihrem

Topﬂieferanten in Verbindung!

• Schalten Sie das Gerät aus, indem Sie die Taste

betätigen, wenn das erwünschte Ergebnis erzielt

wurde. Im Display wird „OFF” angezeigt.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät längere Zeit nicht, zie-

hen Sie dann den Stecker ab und nehmen Sie

die Töpfe vom Gerät. ACHTUNG! Das Gerät nicht

eher berühren, als dass es abgekühlt ist. Die

Glasplatte ist nach dem Gebrauch besonders

heiß.

• Das Gerät schaltet sich nach zwei Stunden auto-

matisch aus.

Reinigung und Wartung

• Vor jeder Reinigung stets den Stecker abziehen.

• Achtung: Tauchen Sie das Gerät nicht in Wasser

oder andere Flüssigkeiten ein!

• Das Gehäuse mit einem feuchten Tuch (Wasser

mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel) reinigen.

• Keine agressiven Reinigungs- oder Scheuermittel

benutzen. Keine scharfen, spitzen Gegenstände

benutzen. Kein Benzin und keine Lösungsmittel

benutzen! Das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch und

eventuell Spülmittel reinigen. Keine Scheuermit-

tel benutzen.

• Die Lüftungsöffnungen mit dem Staubsauger rei-

nigen.

• Die Glasplatte nach jedem Kochvorgang reini-

gen. Auf diese Weise soll verhindert werden, dass

Rückstände in die Glasplatte einbrennen.

Alle innerhalb von einem Jahr nach dem Kaufdatum

festgestellten Defekte oder Mängel, die die Funk-

tionalität des Gerätes beeinträchtigen, werden auf

dem Wege der unentgeltlichen Reparatur bzw. des

Austausches unter der Voraussetzung beseitigt,

dass das Gerät in einer der Bedienungsanleitung

gemäßen Art und Weise betrieben und gewartet

wird und weder vorsätzlich vernichtet noch nicht

bestimmungsgemäß genutzt wurde. Ihre Rechte

aus den entsprechenden Gesetzen bleiben davon

unberührt. Eine in der Garantiefrist einzureichende

Beanstandung hat die Angabe des Kaufortes und

Kaufdatums und in der Anlage einen Kaufbeleg (z.B.

Kassenzettel) zu enthalten.

Gemäß unserer Politik der ständigen Weiterent-

wicklung unserer Produkte behalten wir uns vor,

Änderungen am Produkt, an seiner Verpackung und

an den dokumentierten technischen Daten ohne

vorherige Ankündigung vorzunehmen.

Entsorgung und Umweltschutz

Nach Beendigung seiner Lebensdauer ist das Gerät

rechtmäßig und den jeweils geltenden Richtlinien

entsprechend zu entsorgen.

Verpackungsmaterial, wie Kunststoffe bzw. Schach-

teln, in die entsprechenden Behälter geben.

u het apparaat gebruikt, dit om schade door verkeerd gebruik te voorkomen. Lees vooral de veiligheidsin-

Veiligheidsinstructies

• Onjuiste bedie

ning en verkeerd gebruik van het ap-

paraat kan ernstige schade aan het apparaat en ver-

wonding van personen tot gevolg hebben.

• Het apparaat mag alleen worden gebruikt voor het

doel waarvoor het werd ontworpen. De fabrikant aan-

vaardt geen enkele aansprakelijkheid voor schade als

gevolg van onjuiste bediening en verkeerd gebruik.

• Zorg dat het apparaat en de stekker niet met water

of een andere vloeistof in aanraking komen. Mocht

het apparaat onverhoopt in het water vallen, trek dan

onmiddellijk de stekker uit het stopcontact en laat

het apparaat controleren door een erkend vakman.

Niet-naleving hiervan kan levensgevaar opleveren.

• Probeer nooit zelf de behuizing van het apparaat te

openen.

• Steek geen voorwerpen in de behuizing van het ap-

paraat.

• Raak de stekker niet met natte of vochtige handen

aan.

• Controleer stekker en snoer regelmatig op eventuele

beschadiging. Indien stekker of snoer beschadigd is,

laat het bij een erkend reparatiebedrijf repareren.

• Gebruik het apparaat niet nadat het is gevallen of op

andere wijze beschadigd is. Laat het bij een erkend

reparatiebedrijf controleren en zo nodig repareren.

• Probeer het apparaat niet zelf te repareren. Dit kan

levensgevaar opleveren.

• Zorg dat het snoer niet met scherpe of hete voorwer-

pen in aanraking komt en houd het uit de buurt van

open vuur. Als u de stekker uit het stopcontact wilt

trekken, pak dan altijd de stekker zelf beet en trek

nooit aan het snoer.

• Zorg dat niemand het snoer (of verlengsnoer) abusie-

velijk kan lostrekken of erover kan struikelen.

• Dit apparaat mag uitsluitend gebruikt worden voor

het doel waarvoor het oorspronkelijk werd ontwor-

pen.

• Houd het apparaat als u het gebruikt steeds in de

gaten.

• Kinderen zien de gevaren van onjuist gebruik van

elektrische apparaten niet. Laat kinderen daarom

nooit zonder toezicht met huishoudelijke apparatuur

werken.

• Trek altijd de stekker uit het stopcontact als het ap-

paraat niet wordt gebruikt en telkens voordat het

wordt schoongemaakt.

• Gevaar! Zo lang de stekker in het stopcontact zit,

staat het apparaat onder de netspanning.

• Schakel het apparaat uit voordat u de stekker uit het

stopcontact trekt.

• Draag het apparaat nooit aan het snoer.

• Gebruik geen extra hulpmiddelen die niet bij het ap-

paraat zijn meegeleverd.

• Sluit het apparaat alleen aan op een stopcontact met

de op het typeplaatje aangegeven spanning en fre-

quentie.

• Vermijd overbelasting.

• Schakel de apparatuur na gebruik uit door de stekker

uit het stopcontact te verwijderen.

• Tijdens het bijvullen of schoonmaken altijd de stek-

ker uit het stopcontact verwijderen.

• De elektrische installatie dient te voldoen aan de na-

tionale en plaatselijk geldende voorschriften.

• Dit apparaat is niet geschikt voor gebruik door perso-

nen (inclusief kinderen) met een verminderd fysiek,

sensorisch of geestelijk vermogen, of gebrek aan

ervaring en kennis, tenzij supervisie of instructie is

gegeven betreffende het gebruik van het apparaat

door een persoon welke verantwoordelijk is voor hun

veilighe

id.

Speciale veiligheidsvoorschriften

• Attentie! Zorg dat het elektriciteitssnoer tijdens

het gebruik van het apparaat niet in aanraking

komt met hete onderdelen.

• Installeer het apparaat niet in de buurt van voor-

werpen en apparaten die door een magnetisch

veld kunnen worden beïnvloedt, bijvoorbeeld TV’s,

radio’s, bankpassen en creditcards.

• Houdt rondom het apparaat een minimale ruimte

van 15 cm voor ventilatie van het apparaat.

• Laat nooit metalen voorwerpen op het apparaat

liggen.

• Schakel het apparaat nooit in als er een lege pan

opstaat, hierdoor kan ernstige schade aan het ap-

paraat ontstaan

• Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet in de buurt van

waterdamp of vettige dampen. De ventilator van

het apparaat zuigt deze dampen naar binnen en

dan ontstaat er in het apparaat een ophoping van

vet of vocht en hierdoor kan kortsluiting in het

apparaat ontstaan. Maak het vetﬁlter regelmatig

schoon

Voorbereiding voor eerste ingebruikname

• Controleer of het apparaat niet beschadigd is.

Neem in geval van beschadiging onmiddellijk con-

tact op met uw leverancier en gebruik het appa-

raat NIET.

• Verwijder al het verpakkingsmateriaal.

• Reinig het apparaat met handwarm water en een

zachte doek.

• Plaats het apparaat waterpas.

• Zorg ervoor dat er rondom het apparaat minstens

15cm vrij blijft, Dit in verband met de ventilatie van

het apparaat

• Plaats het apparaat zo dat de stekker te allen tijde

bereikbaar is.

Geschikt kookgerei

• Gebruik uitsluitend pannen dat de volgende eigen-

- De bodem van de pan dient een minimale door-

snede van 12 cm te hebben. Dit betekent dat de

kleinste ring op de glasplaat van het apparaat

bij gebruik NIET zichtbaar mag zijn. Indien u

onverhoopt een te kleine pan gebruikt, dan zal

het apparaat een aantal keren piepen en naar de

stand-by modus overschakelen.

- De gebruikte pan mag GEEN grotere doorsnede

hebben dan 26 cm. Dit betekent dat de buitenste

ring op de glasplaat van het apparaat bij gebruik

zichtbaar dient te zijn. Bij gebruik van een grote-

re pan kan er schade ontstaan aan het apparaat.

Bediening

• Steek de stekker in de wandcontactdoos.

• Plaats de gewenste pan op het kookvlak, hierbij

de voorgaande aanwijzingen in acht nemend. LET

OP! Zorg ervoor dat ook tijdens gebruik de pannen

zich te allen tijde binnen de aangegeven zones be-

vinden, dit om schade aan het apparaat te voorko-

men. Gebruik geen lege pannen, dit kan tot schade

aan uw pannen leiden.

• Schakel het apparaat in met de knop. De stand

kunt u volgen op het display. Minimale stand van

500 W dat oploopt in stappen van 100 naar 3500 W.

LET OP! Piept het apparaat na het inschakelen,

dan is de gebruikte pan niet geschikt voor inductie

of er is een defect aan het apparaat. Neem in geval

van twijfel altijd contact op met de leverancier van

• Indien u het gewenste resultaat heeft bereikt,

schakelt u het apparaat uit door de knop uit te

draaien. Display geeft “OFF” weer.

• Indien u het apparaat voor langere tijd niet ge-

bruikt, verwijder de stekker uit de wandcon-

tactdoos en haal de pannen van het apparaat.

LET OP! Laat het apparaat voldoende afkoelen al-

vorens het aan te raken. De glasplaat is na gebruik

zeer heet.

• Apparaat schakelt automatisch uit na 2 uur.

Reiniging en onderhoud

• Voordat u het apparaat schoonmaakt altijd eerst

de stekker uit het stopcontact .

• Let op: Nooit het apparaat in water of een andere

vloeistof onderdompelen!

• De buitenkant maakt u schoon met een vochtig

doekje (water met mild reinigingsmiddel).

• Allumez l’appareil à l’aide du bouton. Le niveau de

ATTENTION!

Precauzioni di sicurezza

• L’uso scorretto e improprio dell’apparecchio pos-

sono danneggiare seriamente l’apparecchio e fer-

ire gli utenti.

• L’apparecchio può essere utilizzato solo per lo

scopo per cui è stato concepito e progettato. Il

produttore non è responsabile di eventuali danni

provocati da uso scorretto ed improprio.

• Tenere l’apparecchio e la spina elettrica lontani

da acqua ed altri liquidi. Nel caso improbabile

che l’apparecchio cada in acqua, staccare imme-

diatamente la spina dalla presa e fare ispezionare

l’apparecchio da un tecnico certiﬁcato. . L’inoss-

ervanza delle presenti istruzioni può dare luogo a

situazioni pericolose

• Non provare mai ad aprire l’involucro dell’appar-

ecchio da soli.

• Non inserire oggetti nell’involucro dell’apparec-

chio.

• Non toccare la presa con le mani bagnate o umide.

• Controllare regolarmente la spina ed il cavo per

la presenza di eventuali danni. Qualora la spina o

il cavo fossero danneggiati, farli riparare da una

società di riparazione certiﬁcata.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio dopo che è caduto o si

è danneggiato in qualsiasi altro modo. Farlo con-

trollare e riparare, se necessario, da una società di

riparazione certiﬁcata.

• Non tentare di riparare l’apparecchio da soli.

Questo potrebbe dar luogo a situazioni pericolose.

• Assicurarsi che il cavo non venga a contatto con

oggetti appuntiti o caldi e tenerlo lontano da ﬁ-

amme libere. Per staccare la spina dalla presa,

tirare sempre la spina e non il cavo.

• Assicurarsi che nessuno possa accidentalmente

tirare il cavo (o la prolunga) o inciampare sul cavo

• Evitare di sovraccaricare.

• Spegnare l’apparecchio dopo l’uso togliendo la

spina della presa di corrente.

• Rimuovere sempre la spina dalla presa quando si

riempie o pulisce il dispositivo.

• L’installazione elettrica deve soddisfare le norma-

tive nazionali e locali applicabili. Questo apparec-

chio non è destinato all’uso da parte di persone

(inclusi i bambini) con capacità ﬁsiche, sensoriali o

mentali ridotte, o senza esperienza e conoscenza,

a meno che non siano controllati o istruiti sull’uso

dell’apparecchio da una persona responsabile del-

la loro sicurezza.

Norme di sicurezza speciali

• Attenzione! Fare attenzione che il cavo di corrente

non entri in contatto con oggetti caldi quando l’ap-

parecchio è acceso.

• Non posizionare mai l’apparecchio nelle vicinanze

di oggetti o dispositivi che potrebbero essere inﬂu-

enzati da campi elettromagnetici, come televisori,

radio, carte bancomat e carte di credito.

• Per motivi di aerazione, lasciare uno spazio di al-

meno 15 cm intorno all’apparecchio.

• Non collocare mai oggetti metallici sopra l’appar-

ecchio.

• Non accendere mai l’apparecchio quando vi è

sopra una pentola vuota poiché ciò potrebbe dan-

neggiarlo gravemente.

• Tenere l’apparecchio lontano da fonti di vapore

(acqua o grasso). Il ventilatore dell’apparecchio

assorbe infatti questi vapori e all’interno dell’ap-

parecchio può depositarsi del grasso o dell’umid-

ità e provocare un cortocircuito. Pulire periodica-

mente il ﬁltro dai grassi.

Preparazione e messa in funzione

• Controllare che l’apparecchio sia esente da dan-

ni. In caso di danno, contattare immediatamente il

rivenditore e NON utilizzare l’apparecchio.

• Rimuovere l’imballaggio.

• Pulire l’apparecchio utilizzando acqua tiepida e un

panno morbido. Posizionare l’apparecchio oriz-

zontalmente.

• Per motivi di aerazione, lasciare uno spazio di al-

meno quindici centimetri intorno all’apparecchio.

• Collocare l’apparecchio in modo che la spina pos-

sa essere staccata in qualsiasi momento.

Accessori idonei

Utilizzare esclusivamente pentole aventi le seguenti

caratteristiche:

• La pentola deve essere idonea all’induzione. Se

si impiega una pentola non idonea all’induzione,

l’apparecchio non la rileva: verranno emessi più

volte dei segnali acustici e l’apparecchio passerà

alla modalità di standby.

• Il fondo della pentola deve avere un diametro mini-

mo di 12 cm. Ciò signiﬁca che durante l’uso l’anel-

lo più piccolo della piastra in vetro dell’apparec-

chio NON deve essere visibile. Se si utilizza una

pentola troppo piccola, vengono emessi più volte

dei segnali acustici e l’apparecchio passa alla mo-

dalità di standby.

• Il diametro delle pentole usate NON deve supera-

re i 26 cm. Ciò signiﬁca che durante l’uso l’anello

più esterno della piastra in vetro dell’apparec-

chio deve essere visibile. L’uso di una padella più

grande può danneggiare l’apparecchio.

Uso

• Inserire la spina nella presa di corrente.

• Collocare la pentola sulla piastra di cottura e

seguire le istruzioni fornite in precedenza. ATTEN-

ZIONE! Per evitare di danneggiare l’apparecchio,

controllare che la pentola sia posizionata all’in-

terno delle aree indicate. Non utilizzare pentole

vuote poiché potrebbero subire danni.

• Accendere l’apparecchio con l’apposito pulsante.

Lo stato dell’apparecchio viene visualizzato sul

display. A passi di 100 W ciascuno, l’apparecchio

passa progressivamente dalla potenza minima di

500 W alla potenza massima di 3500 W. ATTEN-

ZIONE! Se dopo l’accensione si ode un segnale

acustico, signiﬁca che la pentola utilizzata non è

idonea all’induzione oppure che l’apparecchio è

difettoso. In caso di dubbio, rivolgersi al rivendi-

tore della pentola!

• Dopo avere ottenuto il risultato desiderato, speg-

nere l’apparecchio tramite l’apposito pulsante.

Sul display verrà visualizzato “OFF”.

• Non utilizzare l’apparecchio per tempi prolunga-

ti, scollegare la presa e togliere la pentola dalla

piastra. ATTENZIONE! Non toccare l’apparecchio

ﬁnché non si è completamente raffreddato. Dopo

l’uso, la piastra in vetro è particolarmente calda.

• L’apparecchio si spegne automaticamente dopo

due ore.

Pulizia e manutenzione

• Prima di procedere con la pulizia, staccare sem-

pre la spina. Attenzione: non immergere mai l’ap-

parecchio in acqua o in altri liquidi!

• Pulire l’esterno con un panno inumidito (con ac-

qua e un detergente delicato).

• Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi o corrosi-

vi. Non utilizzare oggetti afﬁlati o appuntiti. Non

utilizzare benzina o solventi! Pulire l’apparecchio

usando un panno inumidito ed eventualmente un

detergente. Non utilizzare sostanze abrasive.

• Pulire le bocchette di aerazione usando un as-

pirapolvere.

• Pulire la piastra in vetro dopo ogni utilizzo per evi-

tare che sulla piastra brucino eventuali residui.
