product. The instructions for use are a part of this product. They con-

tain important information about safety, use and disposal. Before using

the product, please familiarise yourself with all the operating and safety

instructions. Only use the product as described and for the indicated

purpose. When passing this product on to others, please be sure to in-

clude all its documentation.

Intended use

This device is specially designed for a multitude of creative hobby tasks

for gluing heat sensitive materials such as paper, ﬂowers, wood, card-

board, packaging, plastic, leather, ceramic, glass and fabric. The mate-

rial which is to be glued must be clean, dry and grease free. Any other

use or modiﬁcation to the device shall be considered as improper use

and could give rise to considerable dangers. The manufacturer is not

liable for damage caused by improper use. The device is not intended

for commercial use.

This appliance may be used by children age 8 years and up, as

well as by persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capa-

cities, or lacking experience and / or knowledge, so long as they

are supervised or instructed in the safe use of the appliance and

understand the associated risks. Children should not be allowed to

play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance should

not be performed by children without supervision.

Children should be supervised in order to ensure that

they do not play with the device.

ATTENTION! This device must be stood on its stand leg

when

it is not in use.

Keep the device away from rain and moisture. Water

entering an electrical device increases the risk of electric shock.

Do not use the cable for any purpose for which it was

not intended, e.g. to carry the product, to hang it up

or to pull the mains plug out of the mains socket. Keep

the cable away from heat, oil, and sharp edges. If the

mains cable is damaged or severed whist in use, do not touch it,

remove the mains plug immediately.

Damaged or tangled cables increase the risk of an electric shock.

If the mains power cable of this appliance is damaged, it must be

replaced by the manufacturer or its service department, or a simi-

larly qualiﬁed person to prevent hazards.

Use in weather protected rooms only

Unplug if you will not be using the device for more than 30 minutes.

Let the device completely cool down after use and before storing.

Do not use on material containing asbestos.

Avoid the risk of injury and burns as well as heath

hazards:

Risk of burning! The glue and the nozzle reach over plus 105 °C.

Do not touch the nozzle or the glue. Do not let the hot glue touch

people or animals. If there is contact with skin immediately put the

aﬀected area under cold running water for several minutes. Do not

try to remove the glue from your skin.

Always run the power cable away from the appliance to the rear.

Original accessories / tools

Use only the accessories and attachments detailed in the operating

instructions, or those which are compatible with the device.

Start-up

Prepare the area to be glued:

Do not use any ﬂammable solvents to clean the area.

The room temperature and the temperature of the material to be

glued may not be colder than +5 °C and no warmer than + 50 °C.

The area must be clean, dry and grease free.

Smooth out the surface before gluing.

Warm up cooled material such as e.g. steel for a better join.

material e.g. textiles.

2. Press both glued together work-pieces together immediately after

applying the glue for approx. 30 seconds. The glued area is resili-

ent after approx. 5 minutes.

Pull the mains plug from the socket.

Maintenance and Cleaning

The low temperature glue gun is maintenance free.

WARNING! Unplug the mains plug from the socket before

cleaning.

Always keep the device clean, dry and free of oil or grease.

Do not allow liquids to enter the equipment. Please use a soft cloth

for cleaning the housing. Never use petrol, solvents or cleaning

agents that attack plastic.

Service

Have your appliance repaired by qua-

lified specialist personnel using OEM parts only. This will

maintain the safety of the device.

If the plug or mains lead needs to be

replaced, always have the replacement carried out by

the manufacturer or its service centre. This will maintain

the safety of the device.

Warranty

The warranty for this appliance is for 3 years from the

date of purchase. The appliance has been manufactured

with care and meticulously examined before delivery.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the

event of a warranty claim, please make contact by tele-

phone with our Service Department. Only in this way

can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.

The warranty covers only claims for material and maufacturing defects,

but not for transport damage, for wearing parts or for damage to frag-

ile components, e.g. buttons or batteries. This product is for private use

only and is not intended for commercial use.

The warranty is void in the case of abusive and improper handling, use

of force and internal tampering not carried out by our authorized ser-

vice branch. Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this

warranty.

The warranty period will not be extended by repairs made unter warr

anty.

This applies also to replaced and repaired parts. Any damage and de-

fects extant on purchase must be reported immediately after unpacking

the appliance, at the latest, two days after the purchase date. Repairs

made after the expiration of the warranty period are subject to payment.

częścią tego produktu. Zawiera ona ważne wskazówki dotyczące

bezpieczeństwa, użytkowania iutylizacji. Przed pierwszym użyciem

Użycie zgodne z przeznaczeniem

Urządzenie jest przeznaczone specjalnie do wielu kreatywnych zasto-

Jeżeli przewód przyłączeniowy urządzenia zostanie uszkodzony,

musi on zostać wymieniony przez producenta, jego placówkę ser-

wisową lub inną osobę opodobnych kwaliﬁkacjach, aby zapobiec

zagrożeniom.

Do użytku tylko w zamkniętych pomieszczeniach.

Podczas przerw w pracy dłuższych niż 30 minut wyciągnąć wtycz-

kę sieciową.

Po użyciu i przed przechowywaniem urządzenie zostawić do cał-

kowitego ochłodzenia.

Nie należy obrabiać żadnego materiału zawierającego azbest.

Unikać zagrożenia obrażeniami i pożarem oraz za-

grożeń dla zdrowia:

zagrożenie poparzeniem! Klej i dysza nagrzewają się do

ponad 105 °C.

Nie należy chwytać za dyszę ani klej. Nie dopuszczać do tego,

strumieniem wody. Nie próbować usuwać kleju ze skóry.
