Función de vapor y espuma
- Pulse el botón de vapor. El indicador luminoso se encenderá en color rojo y parpadeará.
Una vez que la máquina esté precalentada, la luz dejará de parpadear.
- Llene un tercio de una pequeña jarra de leche e introduzca la boquilla del espumador y gire
el selector de vapor con cuidado.
ATENCIÓN:
- Se recomienda tirar un poco de vapor antes de utilizar el espumador en la leche.
- Es recomendable usar leche entera y fría para obtener unos resultados óptimos.
- El ángulo del espumador es ajustable.
- Limpie siempre la salida de vapor con una esponja húmeda inmediatamente después de
utilizarla. A continuación, retire el tubo vaporizador y limpie el conducto interior. Además,
es recomendable hacer otra operación de vapor para purgar posibles trazas de leche que
hayan podido quedar en el interior.
Función de agua caliente
- Pulse el botón de encendido, el indicador luminoso se encenderá en color azul para indicar
que la máquina se está precalentando. Una vez que la luz deje de parpadear, la máquina
estará lista.
- Gire el selector hasta la posición ON para que la máquina tire agua caliente. Esta agua
caliente puede utilizarse para limpiar, para calentar vasos, para beber, etc.
- Gire el selector de nuevo a la posición OFF para apagar la máquina.
4. LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO
- Desconecte el cable de la toma de corriente y espere a que se enfríe antes de iniciar la
limpieza. No sumerja el producto en agua ni en ningún otro tipo de líquido durante la
limpieza.
- La falta de mantenimiento y de limpieza del producto puede ocasionar el deterioro de su
supercie y afectar a su vida útil.
- No utilice nunca detergentes fuertes, gasolina, abrasivos en polvo o cepillos metálicos
para limpiar ninguna de las partes del electrodoméstico.
- Utilice un paño suave y húmedo para limpiar el espumador y la boquilla y tire vapor
después de cada uso para evitar que la leche se seque, lo que podría ocasionar que el
espumador se bloquee.
- Se recomienda realizar un ciclo completo de limpieza cada 3 meses. Para ello, siga los
siguientes pasos:
1. Llene el depósito de agua, añada un descalcicador comercial según las proporciones
comunicadas por el fabricante del mismo y realice un ciclo completo para limpiar el
interior de la máquina.

Primer uso
- Vierta agua en el depósito de agua sin exceder el nivel máximo señalizado con “MAX”.
Cierre la tapa del depósito de agua.
- Conecte el cable de la cafetera a la toma de corriente y pulse el botón de encendido. El
indicador luminoso se encenderá.
- Pulse el botón de control manual para activar la bomba de agua. La bomba de agua
comenzará automáticamente a mandar agua a la máquina de café para calentarla.
- La máquina comenzará a precalentarse y el indicador luminoso parpadeará durante
el proceso de precalentamiento. Una vez terminado este proceso (2 minutos
aproximadamente), el producto habrá alcanzado la temperatura óptima y la luz dejará de
parpadear.
- Pulse el botón para preparar 1 café. La máquina comenzará a tirar agua, utilícela para
limpiar los ltros.
3. FUNCIONAMIENTO
Preparar café
- Coloque el ltro dentro del soporte del brazo de la cafetera.
- Mientras la máquina lleva a cabo el proceso de precalentamiento, llene el ltro de café y
utilice la parte nal de la cuchara para prensarlo.
- Coja el brazo de la cafetera, introduzca el soporte del ltro en la máquina y coloque un
vaso vacío en la rejilla extraíble.
- Pulse el botón espresso para que la máquina prepare un café corto.
- Pulse el botón doble espresso para que la máquina prepare un espresso doble.
Las dos funciones anteriores son personalizables. Si desea cambiar el volumen predeterminado
de bebida, proceda de la siguiente manera:
1. Pulse el botón de espresso o espresso doble. Cuando haya obtenido la cantidad de bebida
deseada, pulse de nuevo el botón anterior para detener la dispensación de bebida. La
próxima vez que pulse el botón, la máquina dispensará la cantidad guardada.
2. Pulse el botón de “control manual” una vez para que la máquina prepare café y púlselo de
nuevo para parar cuando haya preparado la cantidad de café deseada.

5. RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS
Si experimenta problemas con el aparato o le preocupa que no funcione correctamente, puede

First use
- Pour water into the water tank, the water level should not exceed the “MAX” mark in the
tank. Close the water-tank cover.
- Connect the power cord of the coee machine to the power supply and press the power
button. The indicator light will turn on.
- Press the manual control button to activate the water pump. The water pump will
automatically start pumping water to the coee machine to heat it up.
- The machine will start heating up and the indicator light will start ashing until the
preheating process is over. Once the appliance has reached its optimal temperature, the
light will stop ashing.
- Press the button to prepare a single coee. Hot water will come out from the machine, use
the water to clean lters or cups.
3. OPERATION
Making coee
- Place the lter in the portalter.
- While the appliance is preheating, ll the lter with coee and use the tamper end of the
measuring spoon to press it down.
- Hold the portalter, insert the lter holder into the machine and place an empty cup on the
removable grille.
- Press the espresso button to brew 1 single espresso.
- Press the double espresso button to brew 1 double espresso.
These 2 previous functions can be customised. If you want to change the default coee
amount, do the following:
1. Press the single or double espresso button. Once you have obtained the desired amount
of drink, press the previous button again to stop the brewing process. Next time the
button is pressed, the machine will dispense the new saved amount.
2. Press the manual control button once to brew the desired amount of coee and press the
same button again to stop it.

2. BEFORE USE
- This appliance is packaged in a way as to protect it during transport. Take the appliance
out of its box and remove all packaging materials. You can keep the original box and other
packaging elements in a safe place. This will help you prevent product damage when
transporting it in the future. In case the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all
packaging materials are recycled accordingly.
- Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any
piece missing or in bad conditions, contact the ocial Cecotec Technical Support Service
immediately.

5. TROUBLESHOOTING
If you experience any problem with the appliance or you think it does not work properly, you
can carry out a few simple checks before calling the ocial Cecotec Customer Service.

Steam and froth function
- Press the steam button. The indicator light will turn red and ash. Once the preheating
process is over, the light will stop ashing.
- Fill a small jug one third full with milk, insert the milk-frother nozzle and turn the steam
knob carefully.
ATTENTION:
- It is suggested to release some steam before frothing milk.
- It is recommended to use cold whole milk for optimal results.
- The milk frother angle can be adjusted.
- Clean the steam outlet with a wet sponge immediately after use. Then, remove the milk
frother and clean the duct interior part. It is also recommended to emit steam again to
clean possible milk remaining inside the tube.
Hot water function
- Press the power button, the indicator light will turn blue indicating that the machine is
preheating. Once the light stops ashing, the machine is ready.
- Turn the knob to the ON position, hot water will be dispensed. This hot water can be used
for cleaning, warming cups, drinking, etc.
- Turn the knob back to OFF to turn the machine o.
4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Unplug the coee machine and wait for it to cool down before cleaning. Do not immerse
the product in water or any other liquid during cleaning.
- Failure to maintain the product in clean conditions could lead to surface deterioration and
could adversely aect the product’s shelf life.
- Never use strong detergents, petrol, abrasive powders, or a metal brush to clean any part
of the product.
- After frothing milk, use a dampened soft cloth to clean the milk frother and the nozzle, and
allow some steam to come out to prevent the inside part from blocking due to dry milk.
- A complete cleaning cycle is suggested every 3 months. Carry out the following steps:
1. Fill up the water tank, add a commercial descaler according to the proportions suggested
by the manufacturer, and carry out a full cleaning cycle.
2. Repeat the before step again only with water to rinse the machine’s inside and remove all
the cleaning product residue.
