Thank you very much for choosing our pizza oven. Before using this product, carefully read

the instructions for its correct use.

This appliance must be installed in accordance with current regulations and used only in

a well-ventilated place. Consult the instructions before installing and using this appliance.

SECURITY INSTRUCTIONS

To reduce the risk of re, risk of burns, or other injury, read this Safety Manual carefully and

completely before using this appliance.

• All assembly and maintenance must be done by a qualied professional.

• Before cleaning, make sure that the gas supply and control knob are in the OFF position

and that the burner and oven have cooled down.

• Never leave this appliance unattended during use. In the event of a re, move away from

the appliance and immediately call the re department. Do not try to put out an oil or

grease re with water.

• Failure to follow these instructions may result in a re, explosion, or burn hazard that could

result in property damage, personal injury, or death.

• FOR OUTDOOR USE ONLY.

• IF YOU SMELL GAS:

Turn off the gas supply to the appliance.

Extinguish any possible ame.

If the odor persists, move away from the appliance and immediately call your gas suppli-

er or re department.

• Keep the fuel supply hose away from any hot surface.

• The use of alcohol, prescription or non-prescription drugs may impair the user's ability to

properly mount or safely use the appliance.

• Keep children and pets away from the appliance at all times.

• Do not move the appliance when it is in use.

• This appliance is not intended for and should never be used as a heater.

• Spiders and insects can nest inside the appliance burner and interfere with the gas ow.

Please inspect the burner at least once a year.

• When using a match to light the appliance, be sure to use the included match holder.

• Do not store this appliance indoors unless you have disconnected the gas bottle.

• Do not store the gas cylinder in a building, garage or any other closed place and keep it out

of the reach of children at all times.

• This appliance is not designed to be installed in or on leisure vehicles and / or boats.

• Before each use, check the tightness of all gas supply connections. Do not use the appli-

ance until all connections have been checked and there are no leaks.

• Do not smoke during the leak test. Never carry out the tightness test if there is an open

ame.

• When turning on the oven, keep your face and hands as far away from the appliance as

possible.

• The appliance must be installed with a distance from combustible materials greater than

609 mm (24 inches) on the sides.

• The user must not alter or modify any part of the appliance, as it may pose a safety risk and

will void the warranty.

• Cylinder size: maximum diameter -350mm, maximum height -400mm.

CYLINDER WARNINGS

SAFETY PRACTICES TO AVOID INJURIES

• The appliance must be installed with sufcient ventilation to avoid unacceptable concen-

trations of harmful substances in the room where it is installed.

• The minimum distance between the appliance and adjacent walls is 0.5 m.

• The appliance hose must not exceed 1.5 m.

• The appliance must be installed in a well ventilated room. Make sure there is a permanent

supply of fresh air and that there is no accumulation of unburned gases.

• The gas supply pipe or hose must comply with current national requirements, must be pe-

riodically inspected and replaced if necessary.

• The hose must comply with the EN16436 standard.

• The regulator must comply with the EN16129 standard.

• Regulator and hose assembly may not be supplied with the appliance in some regions.

• Check and clean the inside of the oven before turning it on to avoid the emission of re by

the oils that may have accumulated during the previous cooking.

• Check the burner outlets to make sure they were not clogged during the previous cooking.

• Regularly clean the burner outlets with a soft metal brush to avoid clogging and allow good

combustion.

• Make sure that the connecting hose is not kinked or pinched.

Inspect the gas supply hose before turning on the gas. If there are signs of cut, wear or abra-

sion, it must be replaced before use. Screw the regulator onto the gas bottle. Check the hose

and regulator connections with a soap and water solution before turning on the oven.

1. Do not store replacement bottles under or near this appliance.

2. Never ll the cylinder above 80% of its capacity.

3. Liquid propane cylinders must be equipped with an overll protection device (OPD).

4. Failure to strictly follow the above information could result in a re resulting in death or

serious injury.

If properly cared for, your oven will provide you with safe and reliable service for many years

to come. However, you must be very careful, as the oven produces intense heat that can in-

crease the risk of accidents.

When using this oven, you will need to follow certain basic guidelines, including the follow-

ing:

• Do not repair or replace any part of the oven. All assembly and maintenance must be car-

ried out by a qualied professional, please contact after-sales service.

• Children should not be left alone or unattended in an area where the oven is in use. Do not

allow children to sit, stand, or play around the oven at any time.

• Never let clothing or other ammable materials come into contact with or near any burner

or hot surface until it has cooled down. The fabric could catch re, causing serious person-

al injury.

• For your personal safety, wear suitable clothing. You should never wear loose clothing or

sleeves while using the oven. Some synthetic fabrics are highly ammable and should not

be worn while cooking.

• Do not heat unopened food containers, as this could cause a build-up of pressure that could

cause the containers to burst. Always pay close attention when lighting the burner, to avoid

possible injury.

• When using the oven, do not touch the outer casing, the stone cooktop, or the immediate

surroundings, as these areas become very hot and can cause burns.

• Do not use the oven to cook very fatty meats or other products that can increase the pos-

sibility of are-ups.

• Keep the area around the oven free of combustible materials, including uids, garbage,

and fumes such as gasoline or charcoal.

• Do not obstruct the ow of combustion and ventilation air.

• Never use the oven in windy conditions.

• The base of the oven reaches extremely high temperatures. Do not place the oven on a ta-

ble with ammable tablecloths, plastics, or any other ammable material.

Before assembling the oven, make sure all parts are present. If any parts are missing or dam-

aged, do not attempt to assemble the appliance. Contact customer service for replacement

parts.

2. Enter the stone ring table.

3. Connect the gas hose to the pizza oven.

Connect the gas hose to the inlet pipe and secure it using a metal clamp.

Insert the stone with a slight upward inclination, from the bottom, until it ts inside the oven.

The size of the 9L cylinder is 31cm in diameter and 45.5cm high.

BUTANE GAS REGULATOR LP GAS REGULATOR

This type of regulator has a press t.

Make sure the black switch is horizontal.

Squeeze the base and push the regulator

onto the cylinder valve until it clicks.

This regulator has a threaded coupling that

is adjusted by turning it counterclockwise.

Make sure the cylinder is completely off

and screw the regulator as far as possible

onto the cylinder valve.

4. Connect the hose to the cylinder.

CONNECT THE LP GAS CYLINDER

To connect the gas cylinder:

1. The cylinder valve should be in the OFF position.

2. Make sure the oven control knob is in the OFF position.

3. Inspect the valve connections, port, and regulator assembly. Remove dirt and inspect hose

for damage.

4. When connecting the regulator assembly to the cylinder valve, use your hand to tighten

the nut clockwise until it stops. Using a wrench could damage the quick coupling nut and

cause a hazardous situation.

5. Fully open the cylinder valve by turning the regulator counterclockwise.

6. Before turning on the oven, use a soap and water solution to check any of the connections

for leaks.

7. If a leak is found, close the cylinder valve and do not use the oven until your local supplier

can make repairs.

DISCONNECT THE LP GAS CYLINDER

1. Turn off the oven and make sure the oven is cool.

2. Close the cylinder valve by turning the regulator clockwise until it stops.

3. Detach the regulator from the cylinder valve by turning the quick coupling nut counter-

clockwise.

4. Put a dust protection cap on the cylinder valve outlet whenever you are not using it.

LEAK TEST

Although the gas connections of the appliance are tested for tightness before packing and

shipping, a full test must be carried out at the installation site.

Before each use, check the tightness of all gas connections by following the procedure be-

low. If you smell gas at any time, you should stop using the appliance immediately and check

the entire system for leaks.

BEFORE THE TESTS

Make sure you have removed all packing material from the appliance.

Prepare a solution of one part liquid detergent and one part water. You will need a spray

bottle, brush, or rag to apply the solution to the components.

HOW TO PERFORM A LEAK TEST

1. Turn off the oven and open the cylinder valve by turning the regulator counterclockwise.

2. Apply the soap solution to all gas connections. Soap bubbles will appear where there is a

leak.

3. If there is a leak, immediately shut off the gas supply and tighten any leaking connections.

4. Turn the gas back on and check again.

5. If the gas leak persists at any of the connections, turn off the gas supply and contact

customer service.

USE THE OVEN

Each burner has a nominal power of 4.0KW. To get started:

1. Remove all packing material.

2. Make sure the oven has undergone a leak test and is properly seated.

3. Light the burner by following the lighting instructions below.

1. Make sure the control knob is in the OFF position and open the cylin-

der valve by slowly turning the regulator counterclockwise.

2. Push and slowly turn the oven control knob counterclockwise until

you hear a click and the burner ignites.

3. If the burner does not light, turn the knob to the OFF position, wait

5 minutes and repeat the lighting process.

LIGHTING USING A MATCH

1. If after several attempts to light the oven with the control knob the

burner does not light, it can also be lit with a match.

2. If you have already tried unsuccessfully to light the burner with the

control knob, wait 5 minutes for the gas to dissipate.

3. Place a match in the match holder, light it and feed it through the

oven opening to the burner.

4. Push and slowly turn the control knob to HI, and the burner should

light immediately.

5. If the burner does not light within a few seconds, turn the control

knob to the OFF position, wait 5 minutes, and try again.

BAKING STONE

Store your pizza oven out of direct sunlight and indoors whenever possible and when stored

for long periods of time. The oven should not be exposed to adverse weather conditions such

as snow, heavy rain, and strong winds.

Wait for the oven to cool completely before moving it.

The outer lining of the oven may discolor with time and use. This will not affect its perfor-

mance.

Over time the stone darkens and acquires patina, it is a normal and benecial process for

the stone.

Never use soap to clean the stone, as it is porous and will absorb it and give off a soapy smell

when cooking.

Also, do not cure the stone with oil, the stone will heal itself over time. To

clean it, rst use a wooden spatula and then wipe it with a damp cloth.

1. Do not use the stone on an open ame.

2. Avoid extreme temperature changes in the stone. DO NOT put frozen food on the hot stone.

3. The stone is brittle and can break if struck or dropped.

4. The stone becomes very hot during use and remains hot for a long time after use.

5. Do not cool the stone with water when it is hot.

6. After cleaning the stone with water, dry it before use. You can do it in a conventional oven

at 60 ° C for 2 hours.

PRÁCTICAS DE SEGURIDAD PARA EVITAR LESIONES

• El usuario no debe alterar ni modicar ninguna parte del aparato, ya que puede suponer un

riesgo para la seguridad y anulará la garantía.

• Tamaño de la bombona: diámetro máximo -350mm, altura máxima -400mm.

• El aparato deberá instalarse con una ventilación suciente para evitar concentraciones in-

aceptables de sustancias nocivas en la estancia en la que se instale.

• La distancia mínima entre el aparato y las paredes adyacentes es de 0,5 m.

• La manguera del aparato no debe superar los 1,5 m.

• El aparato debe instalarse en una estancia bien ventilada. Asegúrese de que haya un sumi-

nistro permanente de aire fresco y que no haya acumulación de gases no quemados.

• La tubería o manguera de suministro de gas debe cumplir con los requisitos nacionales vi-

gentes, deberá examinarse periódicamente y se sustituirá si es necesario.

• La manguera debe cumplir la normativa EN16436.

• El regulador debe cumplir la normativa EN16129.

• Es posible que el conjunto de manguera y regulador no se suministre con el aparato en algu-

nas regiones.

• Revise y limpie el interior del horno antes de encenderlo para evitar la emisión de fuego por

los aceites que puedan haberse acumulado durante la cocción anterior.

• Compruebe las salidas de los quemadores para asegurarse de que no se hayan obstruido

durante la cocción anterior.

• Limpie regularmente las salidas del quemador con un cepillo metálico suave para evitar la

obstrucción y permitir una buena combustión.

• Asegúrese de que el tubo exible de conexión no esté retorcido ni pinzado.

Inspeccione la manguera de suministro de gas antes de encender el gas. Si hay indicios de cor-

te, desgaste o abrasión, debe sustituirla antes de su uso. Enrosque el regulador en la bombona

de gas. Compruebe las conexiones de la manguera y del regulador con una solución de agua y

jabón antes de encender el horno.

1. No almacene bombonas de repuesto debajo o cerca de este electrodoméstico.

2. Nunca llene la bombona por encima del 80% de su capacidad.

3. Las bombonas de propano líquido deben estar equipadas con un dispositivo de protección

de llenado excesivo (OPD, por sus siglas en inglés).

4. Si no se sigue rigurosamente la información anterior, puede producirse un incendio con re-

sultado de muerte o lesiones graves.

Si se cuida adecuadamente, su horno le proporcionará un servicio seguro y able durante mu-

chos años. Sin embargo, debe tener mucho cuidado, ya que el horno produce un calor intenso

que puede aumentar el riesgo de accidentes.

Cuando use este horno, deberá seguir ciertas pautas básicas, entre las que se incluyen las

siguientes:

• No repare ni sustituya ninguna pieza del horno. Todo el montaje y mantenimiento debe rea-

lizarlo un profesional cualicado, por favor, póngase en contacto con el servicio postventa.

• No se debe dejar a los niños solos o sin vigilancia en una zona en la que se esté utilizando

el horno. No permita que los niños se sienten, estén de pie o jueguen alrededor del horno en

ningún momento.

• Nunca deje que la ropa u otros materiales inamables entren en contacto o se acerquen a

cualquier quemador o supercie caliente hasta que se haya enfriado. El tejido podría pren-

derse, causando graves lesiones personales.

• Para su seguridad personal, use ropa adecuada. No debe llevar nunca prendas o mangas

sueltas mientras utiliza el horno. Algunos tejidos sintéticos son altamente inamables y no

deben usarse mientras se cocina.

• No caliente envases de alimentos sin abrir, ya que podría producirse una acumulación de pre-

sión que haría estallar los envases. Preste siempre mucha atención al encender el quemador,

para evitar posibles lesiones.

• Cuando utilice el horno, no toque la carcasa exterior, la tabla de cocción de piedra ni los alre-

dedores inmediatos, ya que estas zonas se calientan mucho y pueden provocar quemaduras.

• No utilice el horno para cocinar carnes muy grasas u otros productos que puedan aumentar

la posibilidad de llamaradas.

• Mantenga el área que rodea al horno libre de materiales combustibles, incluyendo uidos,

basura y vapores como gasolina o carbón vegetal.

• No obstruya el ujo de combustión y de aire de ventilación.

• No utilice nunca el horno en condiciones de mucho viento.

• La base del horno alcanza temperaturas extremadamente altas. No coloque el horno sobre

una mesa con manteles inamables, plásticos o cualquier otro material inamable.

1. Despliegue las patas.

Todo el montaje y mantenimiento debe realizarlo un profesional cualicado, por favor, póngase

en contacto con el servicio postventa.

Antes de montar el horno, asegúrese de que todas las piezas están presentes. Si falta alguna

pieza o está dañada, no intente montar el aparato. Póngase en contacto con el servicio de aten-

ción al cliente para obtener piezas de repuesto.

2. Introduzca la tabla de cocción de piedra.

3. Conecte la manguera de gas al horno de pizza.

Conecte la manguera de gas a la tubería de entrada y sujétela utilizando una abrazadera me-

tálica.

Insertar la piedra con una leve inclinación ascendente, desde la parte inferior, hasta que enca-

je en el interior del horno.

Empujando con el dedo, a tra-

vés de este oricio levantará la

piedra para poder retirarla con

más facilidad.

ADVERTENCIA

Mantenga siempre la bombona en posición vertical.

El tamaño de la bombona de 9L es de 31cm de diámetro y 45.5cm de alto.

Si no está utilizando el aparato debe cerrar el gas desde la bombona.

La bombona utilizada debe incluir un collarín para proteger la válvula.

La distancia mínima entre el horno y la bombona de 9L es de 1m.

REGULADOR DE GAS BUTANO REGULADOR DE GAS LP

Este tipo de regulador tiene un acople a

presión. Asegúrese de que el interruptor

negro está en posición horizontal. Apriete la

base y presione el regulador sobre la válvula

de la bombona hasta que encaje.

Este regulador tiene un acople de rosca

que se ajusta girándolo en sentido contrario

a las agujas del reloj. Asegúrese de que la

bombona está completamente apagada y

enrosque el regulador lo máximo posible en

la válvula de la bombona.

4. Conecte la manguera a la bombona.

CONECTAR LA BOMBONA DE GAS LP

Para conectar la bombona de gas:

1. La válvula de la bombona deberá estar en la posición OFF.

2. Asegúrese de que la perilla de control del horno está en la posición OFF.

3. Inspeccione las conexiones de la válvula, el puerto y el conjunto del regulador. Retire la suc-

iedad e inspeccione la manguera en busca de daños.

4. Cuando conecte el conjunto del regulador a la válvula de la bombona, utilice su mano para

apretar la tuerca en el sentido de las agujas del reloj hasta que se detenga. Utilizar una llave

inglesa podría dañar la tuerca de acoplamiento rápido y provocar una situación de peligro.

5. Abra completamente la válvula de la bombona girando el regulador en sentido contrario a

las agujas del reloj.

6. Antes de encender el horno, utilice una solución de agua y jabón para comprobar que no

haya fugas en ninguna de las conexiones.

7. Si se encuentra una fuga, cierre la válvula de la bombona y no utilice el horno hasta que su

proveedor local pueda efectuar las reparaciones.

DESCONECTAR LA BOMBONA DE GAS LP

1. Apague el horno y asegúrese de que el horno esté frío.

2. Cierre la válvula de la bombona girando el regulador en el sentido de las agujas del reloj

hasta que se detenga.

3. Separe el regulador de la válvula de la bombona girando la tuerca de acoplamiento rápido

en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.

4. Coloque un tapón de protección contra el polvo en la salida de la válvula de la bombona

siempre que no la esté utilizando.

PRUEBA DE FUGAS

Aunque las conexiones de gas del aparato se someten a una prueba de estanqueidad antes de

su embalaje y envío, debe realizarse una prueba completa en el lugar de instalación.

Antes de cada uso, compruebe la estanqueidad de todas las conexiones de gas siguiendo el

procedimiento que se indica a continuación. Si se detecta olor a gas en cualquier momento,

debe dejar de utilizar el aparato inmediatamente y comprobar todo el sistema en busca de

fugas.

ANTES DE LAS PRUEBAS

Asegúrese de que ha retirado todo el material de embalaje del aparato.

Prepare una solución de una parte de detergente líquido y una parte de agua. Necesitará una

botella de spray, una brocha o un trapo para aplicar la solución a los componentes.

CÓMO REALIZAR UNA PRUEBA DE ESTANQUEIDAD

1. Apague el horno y abra la válvula de la bombona girando el regulador en sentido contrario a

las agujas del reloj.

2. Aplique la solución jabonosa a todas las conexiones de gas. Aparecerán burbujas de jabón

donde haya una fuga.

3. Si hay una fuga, cierre inmediatamente el suministro de gas y apriete las conexiones que

tengan fugas.

4. Vuelva a abrir el gas y compruebe de nuevo.

5. Si la fuga de gas persiste en cualquiera de las conexiones, cierre el suministro de gas y pón-

gase en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente.

UTILIZAR EL HORNO

Cada quemador tiene una potencia nominal de 4,0KW. Para empezar:

1. Retire todo el material de embalaje.

2. Asegúrese de que el horno haya sido sometido a una prueba de estanqueidad y esté

bien colocado.

3. Encienda el quemador siguiendo las instrucciones de encendido que aparecen a con-

tinuación.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

ENCENDIDO UTILIZANDO LA VÁLVULA DEL QUEMADOR

1. Asegúrese de que la perilla de control está en la posición OFF y

abra la válvula de la bombona girando el regulador lentamente en

sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj.

2. Presione y gire lentamente la perilla de control del horno en sen-

tido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que escuche un clic y el

quemador se encienda.

3. Si el quemador no se enciende, gire la perilla a la posición OFF,

espere 5 minutos y repita el proceso de encendido.

INSTRUCCIONES DE ENCENDIDO

ENCENDIDO UTILIZANDO UNA CERILLA

1. Si después de varios intentos de encender el horno con la perilla

de control el quemador no se enciende, también se puede encender

con una cerilla.

2. Si ya ha intentado sin éxito encender el quemador con la perilla

de control, espere 5 minutos para que se disipe el gas.

3. Coloque una cerilla en el soporte para cerillas, enciéndala e in-

trodúzcala a través de la abertura del horno hasta el quemador.

4. Presione y gire lentamente la perilla de control a HI (alto), y el

quemador debería encenderse inmediatamente.

5. Si el quemador no se enciende en unos segundos, gire la perilla

de control a la posición OFF, espere 5 minutos y vuelva a intentarlo.

PIEDRA DE HORNEAR

Guarde su horno para pizzas alejado de la luz solar directa y en un lugar cerrado siempre

que pueda y cuando lo guarde durante largos periodos de tiempo. El horno no debe ex-

ponerse a condiciones climáticas adversas como la nieve, la lluvia intensa y los vientos

fuertes.

Espere a que el horno se enfríe completamente antes de moverlo.

El revestimiento exterior del horno puede decolorarse con el tiempo y el uso. Esto no

afectará a su rendimiento.

Con el tiempo la piedra va oscureciéndose y adquiriendo pátina, es un proceso normal y

beneficioso para la piedra.

No utilice nunca jabón para limpiar la piedra, ya que al ser porosa ésta lo absorberá y

desprenderá un olor a jabón en las cocciones.

Tampoco cure la piedra con aceite, la piedra irá curándose sola con el tiempo. Para

limpiarla utilice primero una espátula de madera y luego pase un trapo húmedo.

1. No utilice la piedra sobre una llama abierta.

2. Evite los cambios extremos de temperatura en la piedra. NO coloque alimentos conge-

lados sobre la piedra caliente.

3. La piedra es frágil y puede romperse si se golpea o se cae.

4. La piedra se calienta mucho durante su uso y permanece caliente durante mucho tiem-

po después de su uso.

5. No enfríe la piedra con agua cuando esté caliente.

6. Después de limpiar la piedra con agua, séquela antes de utilizarla. Puede hacerlo en un

horno convencional a 60°C durante 2 horas.
