Diese Anleitung gehört zu diesem Produkt und ent-
hält wichtige Hinweise zur Inbetriebnahme und
Handhabung. Beachten Sie immer alle Sicherheits-
hinweise. Prüfen Sie vor der Inbetriebnahme, ob
die korrekte Spannung vorhanden ist und ob alle
Teile richtig montiert sind. Sollten Sie Fragen haben
oder unsicher in Bezug auf die Handhabung des
Gerätes sein, setzen Sie sich bitte mit Ihrem Händler
oder der Servicestelle in Verbindung. Bewahren Sie

Diese Leuchte ist für den Betrieb im Innen- und Außen-
bereich geeignet. Die Leuchte kann auf allen normal
entflammbaren Oberflächen befestigt werden.
Dieses Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz in privaten

Benutzen Sie Ihre Leuchte niemals, wenn Sie

Entfernen Sie vor der Montage die Sicherung
oder schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter im
Sicherungskasten aus (0-Stellung). Stellen Sie den
Leitungsschutzschalter auf Position „OFF“ (Aus).
Vergewissern Sie sich vor der Montage, dass die
vorhandene Netzspannung mit der benötigten
Betriebsspannung der Leuchte übereinstimmt
(siehe „Technische Daten“).
Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Bohren, dass
sich keine Gas-, Wasser- oder Stromleitungen
an der Bohrstelle befinden.
Lassen Sie die Montage nur durch fachkundige
Personen durchführen.

Unbedingt auf die Wandbeschaffenheit achten,
da sich das beigefügte Befestigungsmaterial
nicht für alle Wandarten eignet.
Erkundigen Sie sich im Handel nach den für die
j
eweilige Wandbeschaffenheit geeigneten Dü
bel
und Schrauben.
Für eine unsachgemäße Wand-Dübel-Verbindung
und dadurch entstandene Schäden übernimmt
der Hersteller keine Haftung.
Die Leuchte ist nicht geeignet für
Dimmer und elektronische Schalter.
Brand- und Verletzungsgefahr!
Montieren Sie die Leuchte nicht mit defektem
Lampenglas. Setzen Sie sich in diesem Fall für
Ersatz mit der Servicestelle in Verbindung.
Montieren Sie die Leuchte nur auf normal- oder
nicht entflammbaren Flächen. Eine übermäßige
Wärmeentwicklung kann zu Brandentwicklung
führen.
Öffnen Sie niemals eines der elektrischen
Betriebsmittel oder stecken irgendwelche
Gegenstände in dieselben. Derartige Eingriffe
bedeuten Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen
Schlag.
Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Leuchte ausgeschaltet
und abgekühlt ist, bevor Sie diese berühren, um
Verbrennungen zu vermeiden. Leuchtmittel ent-
wickeln eine starke Hitze.
Nicht direkt in die Lichtquelle (Leuchtmittel,
LED etc.) hineinschauen.
Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die mitgelieferten
Einzelteile, ansonsten erlöschen alle Gewähr-
leistungsansprüche.
Nicht mit optischen Instrumenten in die Licht-
quelle schauen (z. B. Lupe).
Ersetzen Sie ein zerbrochenes
Schutzglas sofort durch ein neues.
Wenden Sie sich an die Servicestelle
oder eine Elektrofachkraft.
So verhalten Sie sich richtig
Die Außenleuchte ist spritzwassergeschützt.
Seien Sie stets aufmerksam! Achten Sie immer
darauf was Sie tun und gehen Sie stets mit Ver-
nunft vor. Montieren Sie die Leuchte in keinem
Fall, wenn Sie unkonzentriert sind oder sich
unwohl fühlen.
Vorbereitung
Benötigtes Werkzeug
und Material
Die genannten Werkzeuge und Materialien sind nicht
im Lieferumfang enthalten. Es handelt sich hierbei um
unverbindliche Angaben und Werte zur Orientierun
g.
Die Beschaffenheit des Materials richtet sich nach
den individuellen Gegebenheiten vor Ort.
– Bleistift / Markierwerkzeug
– Spannungsprüfer
– Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher
– Bohrmaschine
– Seitenschneider
– Bohrer (ø 6 mm)
– Schlitzschraubendreher
Vor der Installation
Wichtig: Lassen Sie die Elektroinstallation durch
einen ausgebildeten Elektriker oder eine für Elektro-
installationen eingewiesene Person durchführen.
Achten Sie bei der Montagehöhe der Leuchte
darauf, dass sie keine Verletzungsgefahr darstellt.
Machen Sie sich vor der Installation mit allen
Anweisungen und Abbildungen in dieser Anlei-
tung sowie mit der Leuchte selbst vertraut.
Stellen Sie vor der Installation sicher, dass an
der Leitung, an der die Leuchte angeschlossen
werden soll, keine Spannung vorliegt. Entfernen
Sie hierfür die Sicherung oder schalten Sie den

Leitungsschutzschalter im Sicherungskasten aus
(0-Stellung).
Überprüfen Sie die Spannungsfreiheit mittels
Spannungsprüfer.
Montage
Entfernen Sie die beiden Schrauben 1 am
Gehäuse 2 (siehe Abb. A).
Nehmen Sie die Leuchtenbasis 5 aus dem
Gehäuse.
Drehen Sie die Leuchtmittel 4 entgegen des
Uhrzeigersinns aus der Fassung 3.
Markieren Sie die Bohrlöcher mit Hilfe der in
der Leuchtenbasis 5 für die Schrauben 14
vorgesehenen Löcher.
Bohren Sie nun die Befestigungslöcher. Stellen
Sie sicher, dass Sie die Zuleitung nicht beschä-
digen.
Führen Sie die Dübel 13 in die Bohrlöcher ein.
Öffnen Sie die Anschlussbox 6, indem Sie
Gummiabdeckung 7 und Abdeckung 8
entfernen. Entfernen Sie dazu die vier Schrauben
9 der Anschlussbox 6. Entnehmen Sie nun
die Gummimembran 10 (siehe Abb. B).
Durchstoßen Sie die Gummimembran 10 mit
einem spitzen Gegenstand, falls notwenig.
Schieben Sie die Gummimembran 10 auf die
Haupt
isolierung des Netzanschlusskabels
(extern)

Verbinden Sie das Netzanschlusskabel (extern)
11 mit Hilfe der Lüsterklemmen 12 (siehe
Abb. C).
Achten Sie auch auf den farblichen Zusammen-
schluss der angeschlossenen Leitungen (L bzw.
2 = schwarz oder braun, N bzw. 1 = blau
oder weiß). Schutzklasse 2: Diese Leuchte ist
besonders isoliert und darf nicht an einen
Schutzleiter angeschlossen werden.
Setzen Sie die Gummimembran 10 wieder in
die Anschlussbox 6 ein.
Schließen Sie die Anschlussbox 6, indem Sie
die Gummiabdeckung 7 und die Abdeckung
8 mit den vier Schrauben 9 der Anschluss-
box 6 befestigen (siehe Abb. D).
Befestigen Sie die Leuchtenbasis 5 mit den
beigelegten Schrauben 14 (siehe Abb. E).
HINWEIS: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie die
Leuchtenbasis 5 mit den beiden Wölbungen
nach unten an der Wand befestigen (siehe
Abb. E). Die Leuchte darf nicht anders montiert
werden!
Schrauben Sie die Leuchtmittel 4 in die
Fassungen 3 (siehe Abb. F).
Setzen Sie nun das Gehäuse 2 auf die Leuchten-
basis 5 und ziehen Sie die Schrauben 1 fest
(siehe Abb. G).
HINWEIS: Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie das
Gehäuse 2 mit den beiden Wölbungen nach
unten an der Wand befestigen. Die Leuchte darf
nicht anders montiert werden!
Setzen Sie die Sicherung wieder ein oder
schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter am
Sicherungskasten ein (I-Stellung). Ihre Leuchte
ist nun betriebsbereit.
Leuchtmittel wechseln
Benutzen Sie zum Auswechseln des Leucht-
mittels 4 ein sauberes, fusselfreies und trocke-
nes Tuch.
Entfernen Sie hierfür die Sicherung oder schalten
Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter im Sicherungs-
kasten aus (0-Stellung).
Entfernen Sie das Gehäuse 2 (siehe Abb. A).
Drehen Sie das defekte Leuchtmittel 4 mit
einer ¼-Drehung nach links aus der Fassung
3
.
Stecken Sie das Leuchtmittel 4 vorsichtig in die
Fassung 3 und drehen Sie es mit einer ¼-
Umdrehung nach rechts fest.
Befestigen Sie das Gehäuse 2 (siehe Abb.
G) und setzen Sie die Sicherung wieder ein
oder schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter
wieder ein (I-Stellung).
Reinigung
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR!
Trennen Sie zur Reinigung die Leuchte zuerst vom
Stromnetz. Entfernen Sie hierfür die Sicherung

oder schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter im
Sicherungskasten aus (0-Stellung).
Lassen Sie die Leuchte vollständig abkühlen.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung nur ein trockenes,
fusselfreies Tuch. Benutzen Sie keine Lösungs-
mittel, Benzin o. Ä. Die Leuchte würde hierbei
Schaden nehmen.
Setzen Sie die Sicherung wieder ein oder
schalten Sie den Leitungsschutzschalter am
Sicherungskasten ein (I-Stellung). Ihre Leuchte
ist nun betriebsbereit.
Entsorgung
Die Verpackung besteht aus umwelt-
freundlichen Materialien, die Sie über die
örtlichen Recyclingstellen entsorgen kön-
nen.

Risk of burns and injury!
Do not install the light, if it has a defective lamp
glass. In this case contact the service centre for
a replacement.
Only install the light on normally inflammable
or non-inflammable surfaces. Excessive heat can
result in a fire.
Never open any of the electrical equipment or
insert objects into these. This will pose the risk
of fatal injury from electric shock.
To prevent burns, ensure that the light is switched
off and has cooled down before touching it.
Lamps become very hot.
Do not look directly into the light source (light
bulb, LED etc.).
Only use the individual parts supplied, other-
wise all warranty claims will become invalid.
Do not use optical instruments to look at the
light source (e.g. magnifier).
Broken protective glass must be
replaced promptly. Please contact
the service centre or an electrician.
Safe working
The outdoor light is splash-proof.
Always be attentive! Always pay attention to
what you are doing and use common sense.
Never install the light if you are having diffi-
culty concentrating or do not feel well.
Preparation
Required tools and material
The tools and materials specified are not included.
This information and these values are non-binding
and are only provided as a reference. The nature
of the material is determined by the individual local
conditions.
– Pencil / marking tool

– Cross-tip screwdriver
– Electric drill
– Edge cutter
– Drill (ø 6 mm)
– Slotted head screwdriver
Prior to installation
Important: Ensure that a qualified electrician, or
a person trained to carry out electrical installations,
performs the electrical installation.
Be sure the installation height of the light does not
present a risk of injuries.
Familiarise yourself with all the instructions and
diagrams in this manual, as well as with the light
itself, before you install it.
Before installation ensure that the circuit, to which
the light will be connected, is not energised. To
do so, remove the fuse or switch off the circuit
breaker in the fuse box (Position 0).
Use the voltage tester to verify the de-ener-
gised status.
Installation
Remove both screws 1 on the housing 2
(see Fig. A).
Remove the light base 5 from the housing.
Unscrew the light bulbs 4 from the socket 3
by turning them counter-clockwise.
Use the holes of the light base 5 intended for
the screws 14 to mark the drill holes.
Now drill the fixing holes. Be sure not to damage
the supply line.
Insert the wall plugs 13 into the drill holes.
Open the connection box 6 by removing the
rubber cover 7 and cover 8. Remove the four
screws 9 from the connection box 6 to do
so. Now remove the rubber membrane 10
(see Fig. B).
If necessary, puncture the membrane 10 with a
sharp object.
Slide the membrane 10 onto the main insulation
of the mains cable (external) 11 .

Connect the mains connection cable (external)
11 using the lustre terminals 12 (see Fig. C).
Be sure the colours of the connected lines match
(L or 2 = black or brown, N or 1 = blue or
white).
Protection class 2: This light is specially insulated
and must not be connected to a protective
conductor.
Re-insert the rubber membrane 10 in the con-
nection box 6.
Close the connection box 6 by attaching the
rubber cover 7 and the cover 8 using the
four screws 9 of the connection box 6 (see
Fig. D).
Attach the light base 5 using the screws 14
provided (see Fig. E).
NOTE: Ensure that you attach the light base 5
to the wall with both curvatures facing downwards
(see Fig. E). The light may not be installed in
any other way!
Screw the light bulbs 4 into the sockets 3
(see Fig. F).
Now place the housing 2 on the light base
5 and tighten the screws 1 (see Fig. G).
NOTE: Ensure that you attach the housing 2
to the wall with both curvatures facing down-
wards. The light may not be installed in any
other way!
Reinstall the fuse or switch on the circuit breaker
in the fuse box (I position).Your light is now
ready to use.
Changing the light bulbs
Use a clean and dry lint-free cloth to replace
the light bulb 4.
To do so, remove the fuse or switch off the
circuit breaker in the fuse box (position 0).
Remove the housing 2 (see Fig. A).
Unscrew the defective light bulb 4 from the
socket 3, turning a ¼ turn anti-clockwise.
Carefully push the light bulb 4 into the socket
3 and secure with a ¼ turn clockwise.
Attach the housing 2 (see Fig. G) and reinsert
the fuse or switch the circuit breaker back on
(I setting).
Cleaning
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK!
Disconnect the light from the mains circuit before
cleaning. To do so, remove the fuse or switch off
the circuit breaker in the fuse box (position 0).
Allow the light to cool off completely.
Only use a dry, lint-free cloth for cleaning. Do
not use solvents, spirit or similar substances.
They could damage the light.
Reinstall the fuse or switch on the circuit breaker
in the fuse box (I position).Your light is now
ready to use.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recy-
clable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.

secteur corresponde à la tension de service
requise de la lampe (voir "Caractéristiques
techniques").
Avant de percer, vérifiez qu'aucune conduite
de gaz, d'eau ou d'électricité n'est encastrée
dans le mur.
Confiez exclusivement le montage à des tech-
niciens qualifiés.

Veuillez impérativement tenir compte de la
structure murale, étant donné que le matériel
de fixation livré n'est pas adapté à tous les
types de murs.
Renseignez-vous dans le commerce pour
trouver les chevilles et vis adaptées à chaque
structure murale.
Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité en cas
de dommages dus à une fixation cheville-mur
non conforme.
Cette lampe n'est pas adaptée aux
variateurs et aux interrupteurs élec-
troniques.
Danger d'incendies et
de blessures !
N'assemblez pas la lampe si le verre de lampe
est défectueux. Pour faire remplacer une pièce
défectueuse, veuillez contacter le service
après-vente.
Pour assembler la lampe, posez-la uniquement
sur une surface normalement inflammable ou
non inflammable. Un dégagement de chaleur
excessif peut provoquer un incendie.
N'ouvrez jamais les composants électriques et
n'y insérez jamais de quelconques objets. De
telles interventions impliquent un danger de
mort par électrocution.
Afin d'éviter toute brûlure, assurez-vous que la
lampe soit éteinte et refroidie avant de la
prendre en main. L‘ampoule dégage une forte
chaleur.
Ne regardez jamais directement dans la source
lumineuse (ampoule, LED, etc.).
Utilisez exclusivement les éléments fournis, sans
quoi toute réclamation de garantie sera nulle
et non advenue.
Ne pas regarder dans la source de lumière
avec des instruments optiques (loupe p. ex.).
Remplacez immédiatement un verre
de protection brisé par un neuf.
Adressez-vous à notre service après-
vente ou à un électricien.
Pour travailler en toute sécurité
La lampe d'extérieur est résistante aux projec-
tions d'eau.
Soyez toujours vigilant ! Faites toujours attention
à ce que vous faites et agissez raisonnablement.
N'effectuez jamais le montage de la lampe si vous
n'êtes pas concentré ou si vous vous sentez mal.
