of children. Children are not aware of the dangers associated with

handling electrical products.

Children or other individuals who do not know or have no experience

of handling this device, or whose physical, sensory or mental abilities are

restricted, must not use the device without supervision or instruction by

an individual responsible for their safety. Children must be supervised

in order to ensure that they do not play with the device.

Keep the appliance dry. Never immerse this appliance

into water.

Safety advice concerning batteries

DANGER TO LIFE! Batteries are not intended to be

in the hands of children. Do not leave batteries lying around. They

could be swallowed by children or pets. In the event of swallowing a

battery, contact a doctor immediately.

FIRE HAZARD! Do not allow the battery to short-circuit.

Overheating, ﬁre or bursting of the batteries might result.

Never throw batteries into ﬁre or water. Never attempt

to recharge single-use batteries! The batteries might explode.

Spent or damaged batteries may irritate the skin on contact;

so always wear suitable protective gloves in these circum-

stances.

Remove used batteries from the device. Very old or used batteries may

leak. The chemical ﬂuid can damage the product.

Before using, make sure the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment is

properly attached and fastened.

Preparing the product for use / Cleaning, care and storage

Switch the device on by pushing the ON / OFF switch

upwards.

Carefully insert only the tip of the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment

into the front area of your nostril or ear. Remove the nose or ear hair

with small circular movements.

After using the trimmer, switch the device oﬀ by pushing the ON / OFF

switch downwards.

Cleaning, care and storage

Note: Always switch oﬀ the product before cleaning it.

Do not use any corrosive or abrasive cleaning agents. These might

damage the surface of the product.

and clean it carefully under running water. Then fully dry the nose and

ear hair trimmer attachment before re-installation.

Attention: The product is only protected against splash water. Never

immerse it in water. Otherwise, irreparable damage may result.

If there are still hairs in the the nose and ear hair trimmer attachment,

clean it with the a soft brush.

Occasionally place one or two drops of oil onto the blade

distribute the oil evenly (see Fig. D).

Only use an acid-free oil suitable for electric razor appliances.

To store the device, always put on the protective cap

Disposal

The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which

you may dispose of at local recycling facilities.

Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to

dispose of your worn-out product.

To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product

properly when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in

the household waste. Information on collection points and their

opening hours can be obtained from your local authority.

Faulty or used batteries must be recycled in accordance with Directive

2006 / 66 / EC. Return the batteries and / or the device through the

appropriate collection facilities.

Environmental damage through

incorrect disposal of the batteries!

Batteries may not be disposed of with the usual domestic waste. They may

contain toxic heavy metals and are subject to hazardous waste treatment

rules and regulations. The chemical symbols for heavy metals are as follows:

Cd = cadmium, Hg = mercury, Pb = lead. That is why you should dispose

of used batteries at a local collection point.

należy przechowywać wmiejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci. Nie należy

pozostawiać baterii wogólnie dostępnym miejscu. Istnieje niebezpie-

czeństwo połknięcia ich przez dzieci lub zwierzęta domowe. Wrazie

połknięcia baterii należy natychmiast udać się do lekarza.

NIEBEZPIECZEŃSTWO POŻARU! Nie należy

dopuścić do zwarcia biegunów baterii. Może to spowodować prze-

grzanie lub pękniecie baterii oraz stworzyć zagrożenie pożarowe.

Nigdy nie wrzucać baterii do ognia lub wody.

Wżadnym wypadku nie ładować baterii jednorazowych! Baterie

mogą eksplodować.

Baterie, zktórych nastąpił wyciek lub baterie uszkodzone

mogą wprzypadku kontaktu ze skórą spowodować opa-

rzenie substancją żrącą; dlatego wtakim przypadku należy

koniecznie stosować odpowiednie rękawice ochronne.

Zużyte baterie należy wyjąć zurządzenia. Korzystanie ze starych lub

wyczerpanych baterii może spowodować wyciek. Agresywna chemicznie

ciecz może doprowadzić do uszkodzenia produktu.

Jeżeli urządzenie nie jest przez dłuższy czas używane, baterię należy

wyjąć.

Jeżeli na nasadce do nosa iuszu znajdują się jeszcze włosy, należy ją

oczyścić za pomocą miękkiej szczoteczki.
