On areas of the heating element, hard water will cause chalk and limestone to accumulate
over time. We recommend you de‐sediment when you find there are scale sediments at the
bottom of the machine.
1. Pour 200ml of fresh lemon juice or concentrated lemon juice into the urn.
2. Wait for 5 minutes to allow the lemon juice to penetrate.
3. You may use a brush with soft bristles to brush the heating element lightly.
4. Repeat steps 1‐3 until the limestone is removed.
5. Use a dry cloth to remove the lemon juice away.
6. Rinse with clean water and brush the heating element lightly.
Clean every 4 weeks to ensure the unit will work normally.
