You have selected a high-quality product. The
operating instructions are part of this product. They
contain important information about safety, usage
and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use the product only as described and
for the range of applications specified. Please also
pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner.
Intended use
This appliance is intended exclusively for mixing
and kneading dough, stirring liquids (e.g. fruit
juices) and whipping cream. It is only suitable for
processing foodstuffs. This appliance is intended
solely for use in private households. Do not use it
for commercial purposes.

CO time
The CO time (continuous operation time) is the
amount of time an appliance can be operated
without the motor overheating and becoming
damaged. After the appliance has been operated
for this duration of time, switch it off until the motor
has cooled down.

Safety information
DANGER – RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
Keep power cable away from hot parts of the appliance and other
heat sources. Do not run power cable over sharp edges or corners.
Do not kink or crush the power cable.
To prevent accidents, have defective plugs and/or power cables
replaced immediately by an authorised specialist technician or our
Customer Service department.
Always hold the plug when disconnecting the appliance from
the power supply, do not pull on the power cable. Otherwise the
power cable could be damaged!
Never immerse the hand element in water or any other liquid!
There is a risk of fatal electric shock if residual liquids come into
contact with live components during operation.

This appliance may be used by people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and/or know-
ledge if they are supervised and have been instructed in how to
use the appliance safely and have understood the potential risks.
This appliance may not be used by children.
Do not allow children to play with the appliance.
The appliance and its connecting cable must be kept away from
children.

WARNING – RISK OF INJURY!
The appliance should always be disconnected from the mains
when unattended and before assembly, disassembly or cleaning.
Never touch the whisks or kneading hooks when the appliance is
in use. Do not dangle long hair, scarves or the like over the mixing
attachments.
Never attempt to fit attachments with differing functions at the
same time.
Unplug the appliance after every use and before cleaning to
prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
Always unplug the appliance before changing the accessories to
prevent it from switching on inadvertently.
Switch appliance off and disconnect from the power supply
before changing accessories or additional parts that move during
operation.
Do not touch moving parts of the appliance, always wait for them
to come to a complete stop. Risk of injury!
Always check the appliance and all parts for signs of visible dam-
age before use. The safety concept can work only if the appliance
is in a faultless condition.
Never use the appliance if parts are damaged, defective or missing.
Doing so will increase the risk of accidents.
The appliance must always be supervised during use. If you need
to leave the workplace, remove the plug from the mains power
socket.
Never use the appliance for purposes other than those described
in these instructions. Otherwise there is a risk of serious injury!
Clean all surfaces thoroughly, especially those which come into
contact with food. See also the “Cleaning” section.

Unpacking
Remove all components from the packaging.
Remove all packaging materials and transport
restraints.
Check that all of the items listed are present and
undamaged.
Clean all parts as described in the section
"Cleaning".

Operation
Kneading and whisking
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
Never use containers made from glass or
other easily breakable materials. These con-
tainers may be damaged and cause injuries.
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
Do not operate the mixer continuously for
longer than 10 minutes. After 10 minutes,
take a break in order to allow the appliance
to cool down.
Never knead dough containing more than
500 g of flour with this appliance! Larger
quantities of flour can result in overloading
the appliance!
If necessary, divide dough with higher flour
quantities into several portions and knead
them one after the other. However, do not
exceed the specified CO time of 10 minutes.

2) Push the whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8
into the slots 6 until they click audibly into
place and sit firmly.

3) Insert the mains plug 4 into a mains power
socket.
4) To start operating the appliance, move the
speed switch 2 to the desired speed setting.
You can select between 5 speed settings and
also use the Turbo button 3 (see section
"Speed levels").
5) Press the tool-release button 1 to release the
whisks 7 or the kneading hooks 8.
NOTE
For safety reasons, the whisks 7 and kneading
hooks 8 can only be released if the speed
switch 2 is set to the position "0".
Cleaning
DANGER!
RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK!
Always remove the plug 4 from the power
socket before cleaning the appliance! There
is a risk of electric shock!
Never submerge the hand element 5 in
water or other liquids!
Clean the hand element 5 containing the motor
only with a damp cloth and, if necessary, with
a mild detergent.
The whisks 7 and the kneading hooks 8 can
be cleaned under running water or in warm
water with detergent. Dry all parts thoroughly
after cleaning.
We recommend cleaning the attachments
directly after use. This removes food residue and
reduces the risk of bacterial contamination.
NOTE
The whisks 7 and the kneading hooks
8 can also be cleaned in the dish-
washer.
Storage
Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry location.

Disposal
Never dispose of the appliance
in your normal domestic
waste. This product is subject
to the provisions of European
Directive 2012/19/EU.
Dispose of the appliance via an
approved disposal company or your
municipal waste facility. Please comply
with all applicable regulations. Please
contact your waste disposal centre if
you are in any doubt.
Your local community or municipal
authorities can provide information on
how to dispose of the worn-out
product.
The product is recyclable, subject to
extended producer responsibility and
is collected separately.
Dispose of the packaging in an
environmentally friendly manner.
Note the labelling on the packaging
and separate the packaging material
components for disposal if necessary.
The packaging material is labelled
with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b)
with the following meanings:
1–7: Plastics,
20–22: Paper and cardboard,

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The warranty period starts on the date of purchase.
Please keep your receipt in a safe place. This will
be required as proof of purchase.
If any material or manufacturing fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
or refund the purchase price (at our discretion).
This warranty service requires that you present the
defective appliance and the proof of purchase (re-
ceipt) within the three-year warranty period, along
with a brief written description of the fault and of
when it occurred.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your prod-
uct will either be repaired or replaced by us. The
repair or replacement of a product does not signify
the beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accord-
ance with strict quality guidelines and inspected
meticulously prior to delivery.

The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product
parts subject to normal wear and tear or to fragile
parts which could be considered as consumable
parts such as switches, batteries or parts made of
glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has
been damaged, improperly used or improper-
ly maintained. The directions in the operating
instructions for the product regarding proper use
of the product are to be strictly followed. Uses
and actions that are discouraged in the operating
instructions or which are warned against must be
avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall
be deemed void in cases of misuse or improper
handling, use of force and modifications / repairs
which have not been carried out by one of our
authorised Service centres.

Please have the till receipt and the item number
(e.g.IAN123456_7890) available as proof
of purchase.
You will find the item number on the type plate
on the product, an engraving on the product, on
the front page of the operating instructions (be-

If functional or other defects occur, please

You can return a defective product to us free of

vided to you. Ensure that you enclose the proof

Recipes
NOTE
These recipes are provided without guarantee.
All information regarding ingredients and prepa-
ration is provided as guide values.
Modify the suggested recipes to your personal
taste.
Chocolate cream
Ingredients
300 g plain chocolate
4 eggs
50 g sugar
75 ml Irish cream liqueur
50 ml cream
Cocoa powder for decorating
1) Break the chocolate into small pieces.
Place the liqueur, cream and chocolate in a
saucepan and heat while stirring until the
chocolate has melted. Take the saucepan off
the hotplate.
2) Separate the eggs and put the egg yolks and
sugar in a bowl.
3) Stir everything with the whisks 7 until the
mixture is thoroughly blended. Add the choco-
late mixture and whip everything.
4) Wash the whisks 7 and beat the egg whites
in a clean, fat-free bowl until stiff.
5) Fold this into the chocolate mixture until every-
thing is completely mixed.
6) Pour the mixture into approx. 6 cups and allow
it to cool down.
To serve, you can dust the surface with some cocoa
powder.
Mayonnaise
Ingredients
300 - 400 ml neutral vegetable oil, e.g. rape-
seed oil
2 egg yolks
5 - 10 g mild vinegar or lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1) Pour the egg yolk and vinegar or lemon juice
into a tall and narrow mixing bowl. Hold the
whisks 7 vertically in the bowl and set the
appliance to the highest setting.
2) Pour in the oil slowly (within approx. 1 minute)
in a uniformly thin stream so that the oil
combines with the other ingredients.
3) Season the mayonnaise to taste with salt
and pepper.
Braided yeast bun
Ingredients
300 g flour
½ cube yeast, fresh or
1 sachet of dried yeast
1 tsp. salt
50 g sugar
200 ml milk, lukewarm
65 g soft butter
1 egg yolk
a little coarse sugar
1) Mix the flour with the salt and sugar in a bowl.
Put the butter on top and knead everything
using the kneading hooks 8.

2) Crumble the yeast (or sprinkle the dry yeast)
over it and add the lukewarm milk. Knead the
dough vigorously with the kneading hooks 8.
3) Cover the dough and allow it to rise for about
1 hour in a warm place.
4) After rising, knead the dough again vigorously
with your hands and divide it into 3 equal
pieces.
5) Form a braid from the 3 strands. Place the
braid on a baking sheet lined with baking
paper.
6) Brush the braid with the egg yolk and sprinkle
with coarse sugar.
Bake the braided bun on the middle shelf at
160°C for approx. 30 minutes.
Quark sponge cake with mandarins
Ingredients
125 g soft butter
125 g sugar
3 eggs
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
100 g quark (20% fat)
250g plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
175 g mandarins
Butter for greasing the tin
1) Put the soft butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs
and quark into a bowl and mix using the
whisks 7.
2) Mix the baking powder with the flour and add
to the bowl. Mix the ingredients further and
finally carefully fold in the drained mandarins.
3) Fill the dough into a greased cake tin.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180°C for
approx. 55–60 minutes.
Pizza dough
Ingredients
300 g flour
20 g yeast, fresh
1 tbsp. olive oil
200 ml water, lukewarm
7 g salt
The dough is sufficient for 2 round pizzas or a
baking tray.
1) Put all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for
about 5 minutes using the kneading hooks 8.
2) Allow the dough to rise for about 30 minutes.
3) Divide the dough into 2 portions, each formed
into balls.
4) Roll out the dough into round pizza bases and
top as desired.
Bake the pizza for approx. 15–20 minutes at
220°C/hot air.
Custard
Ingredients
1 vanilla pod
500 ml milk
70 g icing sugar
3 egg yolks
30 g cornflour
1) Scrape the pulp out of the vanilla pod, add to
the milk and bring to the boil.
2) Add the egg yolk to the icing sugar in a bowl
and beat using the whisks 7 for at least 3
minutes until the mixture is thick.
When the eggs are almost white, stir in the
starch.
3) Add the mixture to the milk while stirring
constantly and bring to the boil again.
4) Then pour the custard into small bowls and
allow it to cool in the refrigerator.

Meringues
Ingredients
200 g sugar
3 egg whites
1) Beat the egg whites with the whisks 7 and
gradually add the sugar until the beaten egg
whites are stiff.
2) Preheat the oven to 120°C and line a baking
tray with baking paper.
3) Put the mixture into a piping bag and pipe it
onto the baking paper in the desired shape.
Depending on the size and shape of the piped
forms, let them dry in the oven for about 100
minutes.
Crispy waffles with icing sugar
Ingredients
250g plain flour
50 g sugar
1 pinch salt
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
150 g butter, melted
½ cube yeast (fresh)
100 ml milk, lukewarm
75 ml water
150 g coarse sugar
1) Put the flour with the vanilla sugar and salt in
a bowl and mix everything.
2) Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
3) Add the eggs, the yeast milk, the sugar, the
water and the melted butter to the flour mixture
and mix everything using the whisks 7.
4) Cover the dough and allow it to rise for about
half an hour in a warm place.
5) Afterwards, stir the coarse sugar into the
dough and immediately bake the waffles in
a waffle iron.
Yeast dumplings with poppy seed
sugar
Ingredients
250g plain flour
20 g yeast, fresh
250 ml milk
2 eggs
50 g butter
50 g sugar
½ tsp. salt
1 jar of plum puree
Flour for the work surface
Salt water
To garnish:
4 tbsp. ground poppy seeds
2 tbsp. icing sugar

1) Stir the yeast with some sugar into the luke-
warm milk and let it rise in a warm place for
about 15 minutes.
2) Melt the butter and mix it with the flour, the
eggs, the sugar, the salt and the yeast mixture
to a smooth dough using the kneading
hooks8.
3) Shape the dough into a roll and cut it into
8 thick slices.
4) Put a spoonful of plum puree on each slice
and make dumplings out of them. Make sure
that the seam is tightly closed and that no plum
puree escapes.
5) Place the dumplings with the seam down on
a floured surface and let them rise for another
30 minutes.
6) Heat the salted water in a large pot and add
the dumplings. Cook the dumplings for about
5 minutes with the lid closed.
NOTE
Do not put all the dumplings in the saucepan
at once, as they get bigger when cooking and
need space in the pot. Cook the dumplings in
stages.
7) Turn the dumplings once and cook them for
another 5 minutes with the lid open.
To serve, place the dumplings on the plates and
add some poppy seeds and icing sugar.
Brandy soufflé
Ingredients
200 ml milk
70 g sugar
40 g flour
20 g butter
5 cl brandy
4 egg yolks
6 egg whites
Icing sugar
In addition:
4 soufflé moulds
Butter and sugar for the moulds
Preparation
1) Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2) Mix the milk, sugar and flour in a saucepan
using the whisks 7 and bring to the boil while
stirring until it binds.
3) Pour the mixture into a bowl and stir in the
brandy and egg yolks.
4) Beat the egg whites until stiff and carefully
fold them into the mixture.
5) Butter the soufflé moulds and sprinkle with
sugar.
6) Fill the moulds three quarters full with the
mixture and place the soufflés in the oven
(middle shelf). Bake for 20 minutes.
7) Dust the soufflés with icing sugar 2 minutes
before the end of the baking time.

KB-Zeit
Die KB-Zeit (Kurzbetriebszeit) gibt an, wie lange
man ein Gerät betreiben kann, ohne dass der
Motor überhitzt und Schaden nimmt. Nach der
angegebenen KB-Zeit muss das Gerät solange aus-
geschaltet werden, bis sich der Motor abgekühlt
hat.

Sicherheitshinweise
GEFAHR – ELEKTRISCHER SCHLAG!
Das Netzkabel darf nie in die Nähe oder in Berührung mit heißen
Teilen des Geräts oder anderen Wärmequellen kommen. Lassen
Sie das Netzkabel nicht auf Kanten oder Ecken aufliegen.
Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht.
Lassen Sie beschädigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von
autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen,
um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
Ziehen Sie immer am Netzstecker, nicht am Netzkabel selber,
wenn Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz trennen. Ansonsten kann das
Netzkabel beschädigt werden!
Tauchen Sie das Handteil nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten!
Hier kann Lebensgefahr durch elektrischen Schlag entstehen,
wenn im Betrieb Flüssigkeitsreste auf spannungsführende Teile
gelangen.

Das Gerät kann von Personen mit reduzierten physischen, sensorischen
oder mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und/oder
Wissen benutzt werden, wenn sie beaufsichtigt oder bezüglich

daraus resultierenden Gefahren verstanden haben.
Das Gerät darf nicht von Kindern benutzt werden.

WARNUNG – VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Das Gerät ist bei nicht vorhandener Aufsicht und vor dem Zusammen-
bau, dem Auseinandernehmen oder Reinigen stets vom Netz zu
trennen.
Berühren Sie während des Betriebs nicht die Quirle oder die Knet-
haken. Lassen Sie kein langes Haar, keine Schals o. Ä. über die
Aufsätze hängen.
Versuchen Sie nie, Aufsätze mit unterschiedlichen Funktionen gleich-
zeitig zu montieren.
Ziehen Sie nach jedem Gebrauch und vor jeder Reinigung den
Netzstecker, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten zu vermeiden.
Ziehen Sie vor dem Auswechseln von Zubehör immer den Netz-
stecker, um ein unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten zu vermeiden.
Vor dem Auswechseln von Zubehör oder Zusatzteilen, die im
Betrieb bewegt werden, muss das Gerät ausgeschaltet und vom
Netz getrennt werden.
Berühren Sie keine sich bewegenden Teile des Gerätes und warten
Sie immer den Stillstand ab. Verletzungsgefahr!
Prüfen Sie das Gerät und alle Teile vor jedem Gebrauch auf sichtbare
Schäden. Nur in einwandfreiem Zustand kann das Sicherheitskonzept
des Gerätes funktionieren.
Nehmen Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall in Betrieb, wenn Teile be-
schädigt sind oder fehlen. Andernfalls kann erhebliche Unfallgefahr
bestehen.
Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Sollten Sie den
Arbeitsplatz verlassen, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netz-
steckdose.
Missbrauchen Sie das Gerät nicht für andere Zwecke als in dieser
Anleitung beschrieben. Ansonsten besteht Verletzungsgefahr!
Reinigen Sie alle Oberflächen, insbesondere diese, die mit Lebens-
mitteln in Berührung kommen, gründlich. Beachten Sie dazu das
Kapitel „Reinigen“.

Auspacken

Bedienen
Kneten und Quirlen
WARNUNG! VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Benutzen Sie auf keinen Fall Gefäße aus
Glas oder anderen leicht zerbrechlichen
Materialien. Diese Gefäße können beschä-
digt werden und Verletzungen hervorrufen.
ACHTUNG! SACHSCHADEN!
Betreiben Sie das Gerät nicht länger als
10 Minuten am Stück. Machen Sie nach
10 Minuten so lange eine Pause, bis sich das
Gerät abgekühlt hat.
Kneten Sie mit diesem Gerät niemals Teige
mit Mehlmengen von über 500 g. Höhere
Mehlmengen können zur Überlastung des
Gerätes führen!
Teilen Sie Teige mit höheren Mehlmengen
ggf. in mehrere Portionen und kneten Sie
diese hintereinander. Überschreiten Sie
jedoch dabei nicht die angegebene KB-Zeit
von 10Minuten.
