ohne besondere Fachkenntnisse. Bitte lesen
Sie die Anleitung vor dem Betrieb gründlich
durch und heben Sie sie für ein späteres

1 Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Der Übertrager FGA-102 hilft in Audio-
Anlagen störendes Brummen, das durch
Masseschleifen verursacht wird, zu besei-
tigen. Masseschleifen können entstehen,
wenn zwei Geräte sowohl über die Signal-
masse als auch über den Schutzleiter der
Stromversorgung oder eine leitende Verbin-
dung der Gehäuse im Rack Kontakt haben.
Eine Masseschleife entsteht z. B. auch, wenn
der Audioausgang eines über den Schutz-
kontakt seines Netzsteckers geerdeten PC
an eine Stereoanlage angeschlossen wird,
die bereits über den Antenneneingang des
Radioempfängers geerdet ist. Durch spezi-
elle Audioübertrager wird in den Geräten
eine galvanische Trennung von Ein- und Aus-
gangssignal erreicht.
Durch die Cinch-Buchsen ist der FGA102
nur für asymmetrische Signale geeignet.

1 Applications
The transformer FGA-102 serves to eliminate
interfering hum noise caused by ground
loops in audio systems. Ground loops may
occur when two units have contact in the
rack both via the signal ground and via the
earthed conductor of the power supply or
a conductive connection of the housings.
A ground loop also occurs e. g. when the
audio output of a PC earthed via the earth-
ing contact of its mains plug is connected to
a stereo system which is already earthed via
the antenna input of the radio receiver. Spe-
cial audio transformers provide a galvanic
isolation of input signal and output signal in
the units.
The FGA-102 is equipped with RCA jacks;
therefore, it is only suited for unbalanced
signals.

3 Anschlüsse herstellen

Queste istruzioni sono rivolte all‘utente
senza conoscenze tecniche specifiche. Vi
preghiamo di leggerle attentamente prima
della messa in funzione e di conservarle per

1 Possibilità d’impiego
Il trasformatore FGA-102 è di aiuto negli im-
pianti audio per eliminare il fastidioso ronzio
provocato da anelli di terra. Tali anelli pos-
sono essere generati quando due apparec-
chi sono in contatto nel rack sia attraverso
la masse dei segnali che attraverso il con-
duttore di terra dell’alimentazione oppure
attraverso un collegamento conduttivo fra i
contenitori. Un anello di terra si crea anche,
per esempio, se l’uscita audio di un PC, col-
legato con la terra attraverso l’apposito con-
tatto della sua spina di rete, viene collegata
con un impianto stereo già messa a terra at-
traverso l’ingresso per antenna del ricevitore
radio. Negli apparecchi qui presentati, dei
trasformatori audio speciali producono una
separazione galvanica fra i segnali d’ingresso
e d’uscita.
Il FGA-102 è equipaggiato con prese RCA;
perciò è previsto solo per segnali asimmetrici.

1 Possibilités d’utilisation
Le transformateur FGA-102 permet d’élimi-
ner dans des installations audio tout ronfle-
ment perturbateur causé par des boucles de
masse. Les boucles de masse peuvent appa-
raître lorsque deux appareils ont un contact
dans le rack non seulement via la masse de
signal mais aussi via le conducteur terre de
l’alimentation ou via une connexion conduc-
trice des boîtiers. Une boucle de masse
apparaît par exemple également lorsque
la sortie audio d’un PC mis à la terre via le
contact terre de sa fiche secteur est reliée à
une installation stéréo, déjà mise à la terre
par l’entrée d’antenne du récepteur radio.
Par des transformateurs audio spéciaux, une
séparation galvanique du signal d’entrée et
de sortie est obtenue dans les appareils.
Le FGA-102 est équipé des prises RCA ;
ainsi, il n’est prévu que pour des signaux asy-
métriques.

Per la pulizia usare solo un panno mor-
bido, asciutto; non impiegare in nessun
caso prodotti chimici o acqua.

Nel caso d’uso improprio, di collegamenti
sbagliati o di riparazione non a regola
d’arte dell’apparecchio, non si assume
nessuna responsabilità per eventuali danni
consequenziali a persone o a cose e non
si assume nessuna garanzia per l’ap-
parecchio.
Se si desidera eliminare l’apparec-
chio definitivamente, consegnarlo
per lo smaltimento ad un’istitu-
zione locale per il riciclaggio.

but autre que celui pour lequel il a été
conçu, s’il n’est pas correctement branché
ou s’il n’est pas réparé par une personne
habilitée, en outre, la garantie deviendrait
caduque.
Lorsque l’appareil est définitive-
ment retiré du service, vous devez
le déposer dans une usine de re-
cyclage adaptée pour contribuer à
son élimination non polluante.

1) Per escludere rumori di collegamento con-
viene mettere su muto le vie dei segnali
degli apparecchi da collegare.
2) Collegare l’uscita della sorgente audio
con le prese d’ingresso LINE IN (1).
3) Collegare le uscite LINE OUT (2) con gli in-
gressi dell’apparecchio audio a valle (p. es.
mixer, amplificatore).

3 Branchements
1) Pour éviter tout bruit de commutation,
coupez les voies de signal des appareils à
relier.
2) Reliez la sortie de la source audio aux

1 Aplicaciones
El transformador FGA-102 sirve para elimi-
nar ruido de zumbido que interfiere, cau-
sado por bucles de masa en sistemas audio.
Se pueden producir bucles de masa cuando
dos aparatos entran en contacto en el rack
mediante la masa de señal y mediante el con-
ductor conectado a tierra de la alimentación
o una conexión conductora de las carcasas.
Un bucle de masa también se produce, p. ej.
cuando la salida audio de un PC conectado
a tierra me diante el contacto a tierra de su
toma de red está conectada a un sistema
estéreo que ya está conectado a tierra me-
diante la entrada de antena del receptor de
radio. Los transformadores audio especiales
permiten un aislamiento galvánico de señal
de entrada y señal de salida en los aparatos.
El FGA-102 está equipado con tomas
RCA; por eso, sólo está diseñado para seña-
les asimétricas.

Niniejsza instrukcja przeznaczona jest dla
użytkowników, którzy nie posiadają wiedzy
i doświadczenia technicznego. Przed roz-
poczęciem użytkowania proszę zapoznać
się z instrukcją, a następnie zachować ją do
wglądu.
1 Zastosowanie
Transformator FGA-102 pomaga w elimi-
nowaniu przydźwięku sieciowego spowo-
dowanego pętlą mas w systemach audio.
Pętla masy powstaje gdy dwa urządzenia
są połączone ze sobą elektrycznie w stojaku
rack przez masę sygnałową oraz przez prze-
wód uziemiający kabla zasilającego lub przez
obudowę. Pętla masy powstaje również np.
gdy wyjście audio komputera z uziemieniem
przez styk uziemiający wtyku sieciowego
jest podłączone do systemu stereo uziemio-
nego przez wejście antenowe odbiornika
radiowego. Specjalne transformatory audio
zapewniają izolację galwaniczną sygnału
wejściowego i wyjściowego.
Model FGA-102 przeznaczony jest wyłącz-
nie do sygnałów niesymetrycznych.

suchej, miękkiej tkaniny. Nie wolno stoso-
wać wody ani chemicznych środków czysz-
czących.

Producent ani dostawca nie ponoszą od-
powiedzialności za wynikłe szkody (uszko-
dzenie sprzętu lub obrażenia użytkownika),
jeśli urządzenie używano niezgodnie z
przeznaczeniem, obsługiwano bądź pod-
dano nieautoryzowanej naprawie.
Po całkowitym zakończeniu eksplo-
atacji urządzenia, należy oddać je
do punktu recyklingu, aby nie za-
śmiecać środowiska.
3 Conexiones

3 Połączenia
1) Przed rozpoczęciem podłączania należy
wyciszyć tory sygnałowe podłączanych
urządzeń aby uniknąć powstania trza-
sków podczas włączania.
2) Do gniazd LINE IN (1) należy podłączyć
wyjście źródła sygnału.
3) Należy połączyć wyjścia LINE OUT (2) z
wejściami kolejnego urządzenia audio
(np. miksera, wzmacniacza).
