EINFÜHRUNG

Bevor Sie die Waage benutzen, lesen Sie sich bitte dieses Handbuch sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie es gut

für den zukünftigen Gebrauch auf.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE

Für eine gute Leistung und präzise Messungen seien Sie vorsichtig beim täglichen Betrieb und der Wartung.

Berücksichtigen Sie die folgenden Anweisungen:

• Überladen Sie die Waage NICHT. Dies würde die Wägezelle beschädigen und der Garantieanspruch

erlischt.

• Lassen Sie KEINE Gewichte für lange Zeit auf der Waage. Dies vermindert die Genauigkeit der Waage

und verkürzt die Lebensdauer der Wägezelle.

• Wenn die Batterien der Waage leer sind, ersetzen Sie diese durch aufgeladene Batterien.

• Benutzen Sie die Waage NICHT bei Gewitter oder Regen.

• Versuchen Sie NICHT selbst, die Waage zu reparieren. Kontaktieren Sie Ihre örtliche Handelsvertretung.

• Vermeiden Sie extreme Temperaturen. Nicht in direktem Sonnenlicht oder nahe Klimaanlagen aufstellen.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Waage auf einem stabilen Tisch steht, und keinen Vibrationen ausgesetzt ist.

• Nicht neben Maschinen mit großem Elektrizitätsverbrauch wie Schweißausrüstung oder große Motoren

verwenden. Lassen Sie keine Batterien in der Waage, wenn sie über längere Zeit nicht verwendet wird.

• Vibrationen vermeiden. Nicht neben schweren oder vibrierenden Maschinen aufstellen.

• Hohe Feuchtigkeit, die Kondensation verursachen könnte, vermeiden. Direkten Kontakt mit Wasser

vermeiden.

• Kein direkter Kontakt mit Wasser.

• Nicht in der Nähe von offenen Fenstern und Türen, Klimaanlagen oder Ventilatoren aufstellen, die durch

Luftzug instabile Ergebnisse verursachen.

• Halten Sie die Waage sauber. Lagern Sie keine Gegenstände auf der Waage, wenn diese nicht in Betrieb

ist.

KNOPF-FUNKTIONEN

„ON / OFF”:

Drücken Sie den ON / OFF Knopf zum Einschalten des Gerätes.

„M”-Taste:

Ändern Sie die Einheit durch einmaliges Drücken, drücken Sie so oft, bis Sie die gewünschte Einheit gewählt

haben. Zur Auswahl stehen folgende Einheiten: g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Funktionstaste zählen: „PCS”: Auf die Waagschale ist die bestimmte Stückanzahl zu legen (25,50, 75

oder 100 Stück). PCS-Taste ist zu drücken und ca. 2 Sekunden lang zu halten, auf dem Display erscheint „100”.

Danach ist die „M”-Taste zu drücken, um die entsprechende Stückanzahl auf der Schale zu wählen - 25,50,75

oder 100. Jetzt drücken Sie PCS-Taste, um die Auswahl zu bestätigen. Die Waage zeigt die Stückanzahl auf der

Schale an. Um Stückzählen-Betrieb zu verlassen, ist die „M”-Taste zu drücken.

„T”-Taste zum Tarieren: Diese Taste wird zum Tarieren verwendet- das Verpackungsgewicht oder

Gewicht auf der Schale wird beim Wiegen nicht berücksichtigt. Diese Taste ermöglicht auch die Nulleinstellung.

TARA-FUNKTION

1. Setzen Sie einen leeren Behälter auf die Plattform bis die Anzeige einen konstanten Wert anzeigt.

Drücken Sie dann „M“. Daraufhin wird die Anzeige tariert und muss Null anzeigen. Um wieder alles zu

nullieren, nehmen Sie den Behälter runter und drücken Sie die Taste „M“ und die Anzeige ist wieder

im Anfangszustand.

2. Tara Bereich: Insgesamt Kapazität.

AUTO-ZERO

Drücken Sie die „M“ Taste, wenn die Waage nicht 0 anzeigt ohne eine Wiegung.

Die Waage darf nicht übermäßig belastet werden.

KALIBRIERUNG

Waage einschalten. „M” -Taste drücken und so lange halten bis auf dem Display 500 (für SBS-TW-500/10G) /

3000 (für SBS-TW-3000/100G) gezeigt wird. „M”-Taste lassen und erneut drücken- es wird „CAL” angezeigt

sowie der pulsierende Standardgewichtwert in Gramm. 200 (für SBS-TW-500/10G) / 2000 (für SBS-TW-

3000/100G). Standardgewicht auf die Schale legen und abwarten, bis die Anzeige stabil ist. Danach wird

auf dem Display ein weiterer pulsierender Wert des Standardgewichts in Gramm angezeigt (500 für SBS-

TW-500/10G / 3000 für SBS-TW-3000/100G). Das Standardgewicht ist auf die Schale zu legen und danach

hat man abzuwarten bis die Waage einen stabilen Wert anzeigt. Der Abschluss der Eichung wird durch die

pulsierende „PASS”-Aufschrift auf dem Display signalisiert und durch das Ausschalten der Waage.

TRANSPORT UND LAGERUNG

Beim Transport sollte das Gerät vor Schütteln und Stürzen, sowie Hinstellen auf das obere Teil geschützt

werden. Lagern Sie es in einer gut durchlüfteten Umgebung mit trockener Luft und ohne korrosive Gase.

REGELMÄSSIGE PRÜFUNG DES GERÄTES

Prüfen Sie regelmäßig, ob Elemente des Gerätes Beschädigungen aufweisen. Sollte dies der Fall sein, darf

das Gerät nicht mehr benutzt werden. Wenden Sie sich umgehend an Ihren Verkäufer um Nachbesserungen

vorzunehmen.

Was tun im Problemfall?

Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Verkäufer und bereiten Sie folgende Angaben vor:

• Rechnungs- und Seriennummer (letztere nden Sie auf dem Typenschild).

• Ggf. ein Foto des defekten Teils.

• Je detaillierter Ihre Angaben sind, umso schneller kann Ihnen geholfen werden!

WPROWADZENIE

Przed rozpoczęciem używania wagi, należy dokładnie przeczytać niniejszą instrukcję obsługi i przechować ją

do użycia w przyszłości.

WSKAZÓWKI BEZPIECZEŃSTWA

Aby zapewnić sobie dobrą wydajność i dokładne pomiary, należy ostrożnie postępować przy codziennej

eksploatacji i pielęgnacji. Należy przestrzegać poniższych wskazówek:

• Nie przeładowywać wagi. Uszkodzi to czujniki tensometryczne i gwarancja wygaśnie.

• Nie pozostawiać żadnych mas na wadze przez dłuższy czas. Zmniejsza to dokładność wagi i skraca

żywotność czujników tensometrycznych.

• Jeśli baterie wagi rozładowały się, należy zastąpić je nowymi naładowanymi bateriami.

• Nie używać wagi w trakcie burzy lub deszczu.

• Nie próbować samodzielnego naprawiania wagi. Skontaktować się z lokalnym przedstawicielem

handlowym.

• Należy unikać ekstremalnych temperatur. Wagi nie wolno ustawić bezpośrednio na słońcu lub w pobliżu

systemów klimatyzacji.

• Należy upewnić się, czy waga została ustawiona na stabilnym stole i nie jest wystawiona na wibracje.

• Wagi nie wolno używać w pobliżu odbiorników o dużym poborze prądu elektrycznego takich jak

spawarki czy duże silniki elektryczne. W wadze nie wolno zostawiać baterii, jeżeli nie jest ona przez

dłuższy czas używana.

• Należy unikać wibracji. Nie wolno ustawiać obok ciężkich i wibrujących maszyn.

• Unikać wysokiej wilgotność powietrza, która mogłaby spowodować kondensację oraz bezpośredniego

kontaktu z wodą.

• Wagi nie ustawiać w pobliżu otwartych okien lub drzwi, systemów klimatyzacji lub wentylatorów, które

mogą spowodować na skutek nieprawidłowej cyrkulacji powietrza niestabilne wyniki pomiaru.

• Wagę należy utrzymywać w czystości. W przypadku, gdy waga nie jest używana nie wolno kłaść na niej

przedmiotów.

FUNKCJE PRZYCISKÓW

Przycisk „ON / OFF”:

Wagę włączamy i wyłączamy naciskając przycisk ON/OFF.

Przycisk „M”:

Jednostkę zmieniamy naciskając jednokrotnie przycisk, tak długo, aż wymagana jednostka zostanie wybrana.

Do wyboru są jednostki: g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Przycisk funkcyjny zliczania sztuk „PCS”: Położyć na szalce wagi odliczoną ilość sztuk (ilość musi

wynosić 25, 50, 75 lub 100). Nacisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk PCS przez około 2 sekundy, wyświetlacz pokaże

„100”. Następnie nacisnąć przycisk „M” aby wybrać liczbę odpowiadającą ilości sztuk położonych na szalce –

25, 50, 75 lub 100. Nacisnąć PCS aby potwierdzić wybór. Waga będzie pokazywała ilość sztuk położonych na

szalce. Aby wyjść z trybu liczenia sztuk należy nacisnąć przycisk „M”.

Przycisk tarowania „T”: Przycisk ten służy do tarowania – odejmowania wagi pojemnika lub obciążenia

znajdującego się na szalce wagi. Przycisk ten służy również do zerowania wagi..

FUNKCJA TAROWANIA

1. Połóż pusty pojemnik na szalkę i odczekaj, aż wyświetlacz wyświetli stałą wartość. Naciśnij następnie

„M”. Wartość zostanie wytarowana i powinno pojawić się zero. Żeby ponownie wszystko wyzerować

należy zdjąć pojemnik z szalki i nacisnąć przycisk „M” a wyświetlacz powróci ponownie do stanu

wyjściowego.

2. Zakres tarowania: w całym zakresie obciążenia.

AUTOMATYCZNE ZEROWANIE

Naciśnij przycisk „M”, jeżeli waga nie wyświetla 0 bez ważenia.

Wagi nie wolno przeciążać.

KALIBRACJA

Włączyć wagę. Wcisnąć i przytrzymać przycisk „M” do momentu, w którym wyświetlacz pokaże 500 (dla

SBS-TW-500/10G) / 3000 (dla SBS-TW-3000/100G). Zwolnić przycisk „M”, następnie wcisnąć go ponownie

– pojawi się „CAL” i migająca wartość obciążenia standardowego w gramach: 200 (dla SBS-TW-500/10G) /

2000 (dla SBS-TW-3000/100G). Położyć na szalce wskazaną wartość obciążenia standardowego i odczekać

aż waga ustabilizuje się. Następnie wyświetlacz wskaże kolejną migającą wartość obciążenia standardowego

(500 dla SBS-TW-500/10G) / 3000 dla SBS-TW-3000/100G), którą należy położyć na szalce i poczekać aż

waga ustabilizuje się. Zakończenie kalibracji sygnalizowane jest migającym napisem „PASS” na wyświetlaczu

oraz wyłączeniem wagi.

TRANSPORT I PRZECHOWYWANIE

Podczas transportu urządzenie należy zabezpieczyć przed wstrząsami i przewróceniem się oraz nie ustawiać

go „do góry nogami”. Urządzenie należy przechowywać w dobrze wentylowanym pomieszczeniu, w którym

obecne jest suche powietrze i nie występują gazy powodujące korozję.

REGULARNA KONTROLA URZĄDZENIA

Należy regularnie sprawdzać, czy elementy urządzenia nie są uszkodzone. Jeżeli tak jest, należy zaprzestać

użytkowania urządzenia. Proszę niezwłocznie zwrócić się do sprzedawcy w celu przeprowadzenia naprawy.

Co należy zrobić w przypadku pojawienia się problemu?

Należy skontaktować się ze sprzedawcą i przygotować następujące dane:

• Numer faktury oraz numer seryjny (nr seryjny podany jest na tabliczce znamionowej).

• Ewentualnie zdjęcie niesprawnej części.

• Im bardziej szczegółowe są dane, tym szybciej można Państwu pomóc!

DIGITAL POCKET SCALES

INTRODUCTION

Before you use the scale, please read this manual carefully, and keep it stored properly for future use.

SAFETY GUIDE

For good performance and precise measurement, be careful during daily operation and maintenance. Regard

the following instructions:

• Do NOT overload the scale. This will damage the load cell and void the warranty.

• Do NOT leave load on the scale for long. This will decrease the scale’s accuracy and shorten the load

cell’s life.

• When the scale runs out of power, replace the batteries.

• Do NOT use the scale in thunder or rain.

• Do NOT attempt to repair the scale yourself. Contact your local representative.

• Avoid extreme temperatures. Do not place the unit in direct sunlight or near the air conditioning.

• Make sure the scale is placed on a stable table and is not subject to vibrations.

• Do not use the scale close to large electrical appliances such as welding machines or large motors. Do

not leave batteries in the device if you do not use it for a long time.

• Avoid vibrations. Do not place your scale near vibrating heavy machinery.

• Avoid places where moisture can lead to condensation. Avoid direct contact with water.

• Do not place the unit close to windows, doors or fans that may cause unstable results due to air

currents.

• Keep your machine clean. Do not store products on the scale when it is not used.

FUNCTIONS OF THE KEYS

„ON / OFF”:

Press the ON / OFF button to start the scale.

„M” button:

The unit change is possible by pressing the “M” button. Then press up to reach the desired unit. The following

units can be selected: g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Counting function „PCS”: Put the desired number of pieces on the scale dish (it must be 25, 50, 75 or

100). Press and hold the PCS button for about 2 seconds, the display will show “100”. Then press the “M”

button to select the number corresponding to the number of pieces on the scale dish - 25, 50, 75 or 100.

Press PCS to conrm the selection. The scale will show the number of pieces put on the scale dish. To exit

the piece calculation mode, press the “M” button.

Tare key „T”: Press this button to subtract the weight of a container or any weight on the scale. This key

is also used for zeroing the scale.

FUNCTION OF TARE

1. Place an empty container on the weighing platform until the balance indicates a stable value. Then press

„M“. Your balance now displays „0“. To exit the tare function, remove the container and repress the

„ZERO“ button. Your scale is back to normal.

2. The range of tare: entire load range.

AUTO-ZERO

Press „M“ if the scale does not show „0“ when nothing is placed on it.

The scale must not be overloaded.

CALIBRATION

Switch the scale on. Press and hold the “M” button until the display shows 500 (in case of the SBS-TW-

500/10G) / 3000 (in case of the SBS-TW-3000/100G). Release the “M” button, then press it again - the display

will show “CAL” and a ashing standard load value in grams: 200 (in case of the SBS-TW-500/10G) / 2000

(in case of the SBS-TW-3000/100G). Put the indicated standard load value on the scale dish and wait for the

scale to stabilise. Then the display will show another ashing standard load value in grams (500 in case of the

SBS-TW-500/10G / 3000 in case of the SBS-TW-3000/100G) which must be placed on the scale dish for the

scale to stabilise. When the calibration is completed, a ashing “PASS” message is displayed on the display

and the scale turns off.

TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE

Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device should be prevented when transported. Store it in a

properly ventilated surrounding with dry air and without any corrosive gas.

REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE

Regularly control that the device doesn´t present any damage. If there is any damage, please stop using the

device. Please contact your customer service to solve the problem.

What to do in case of a problem?

Please contact your customer service and prepare following information:

• Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).

• If relevant, a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.

• The more detailed your information, the better the customer service will be able to solve your problem

rapidly and efciently!

CAUTION: Never open the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to a loss of

warranty!

INTRODUCTION

Veuillez lire attentivement cette notice avant d‘utiliser la balance. Conservez-la précieusement pour pouvoir

la consulter à nouveau en cas de besoin.

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ

Pour garantir le bon fonctionnement de l‘appareil et la précision des mesures, une manipulation soigneuse

est recommandée. Veuillez observer les consignes suivantes:

• Ne surchargez pas la balance. Cela pourrait endommager les cellules de pesage et conduire à une

annulation de la garantie.

• Ne laissez pas d‘objet posé sur la balance. Cela diminue la précision des résultats et raccourcit la durée

de vie des cellules de pesée.

• Lorsque les piles sont épuisées, remplacez-les par de nouvelles piles.

• N‘utilisez pas la balance pendant un orage ni sous la pluie.

• N‘essayez pas de réparer la balance vous-même. Contactez plutôt votre revendeur local.

• Évitez les températures extrêmes. Ne positionnez pas la balance au soleil ou près d‘un climatiseur.

• Assurez-vous que la balance se trouve sur un support stable, à l‘abri de toute source de vibrations.

• Ne l‘utilisez pas à proximité de machines à haute consommation électrique (équipements de soudage,

moteurs de grosse taille, etc.). Ne laissez pas les piles à l‘intérieur de l‘appareil lorsque celui-ci reste

inutilisé pendant longtemps.

• Évitez les vibrations. Ne placez pas l‘appareil près de machines lourdes ou provoquant des vibrations.

• Évitez d‘utiliser l‘appareil en milieu très humide : cela pourrait causer de la condensation. Évitez tout

contact direct avec l‘eau.

• Pas de contact direct avec l‘eau.

• Ne placez pas l‘appareil à proximité de fenêtres ou portes ouvertes, de climatiseurs ou ventilateurs : les

courants d‘air pourraient fausser les résultats.

• Gardez la balance propre. Ne stockez pas d‘objets sur l‘appareil éteint.

FONCTIONS DES TOUCHES

„ON / OFF” :

Appuyez sur « ON/ OFF » pour mettre l‘appareil sous tension.

Touche « M » :

Changez d‘unité de pesée en appuyant sur cette touche une ou plusieurs fois, jusqu‘à atteindre l‘unité désirée.

Les unités disponibles sont les suivantes : g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Fonction de comptage: « PCS » : Placez un échantillon (de 25, 50, 75 ou 100 pièces) sur le plateau

de la balance. Pressez la touche « PCS » pendant environ 2 secondes, jusqu‘à ce que l‘écran afche « 100 ».

À l‘aide de la touche « M », sélectionnez la valeur correspondant au nombre de pièces placées sur la balance

(25, 50, 75 ou 100). Pour conrmer, pressez la touche « PCS ». La balance indique dorénavant le nombre de

pièces contenues dans l‘échantillon. Pour quitter le mode comptage, appuyez sur « M ».

Touche « T » - fonction de tare : Cette touche vous permet de tarer la balance an d‘obtenir un

poids net: l‘emballage ou le contenant de l‘objet à peser n‘entrera alors pas en compte dans la mesure. Cette

touche permet aussi la remise à zéro de l‘appareil.

FONCTION TARE

1. Placez un récipient vide sur la plate-forme, jusqu‘à ce qu‘une valeur stable soit afchée sur l‘écran.

Appuyez alors sur « M ». A l‘issue de cette opération, la balance est tarée et l‘écran doit afcher zéro.

Pour tout remettre à zéro, enlevez le contenant / l‘emballage de l‘appareil et appuyez à nouveau sur «

M » : l‘écran revient à son état initial.

2. Plage de tarage : la balance peut être tarée sur l‘ensemble de sa capacité.

AUTO-ZERO

Appuyez sur la touche « M » si la balance n‘afche pas 0 à vide.

Veuillez ne pas surcharger la balance.

CALIBRAGE

Allumez la balance. Appuyez sur « M » jusqu‘à ce que l‘écran afche 500 (pour le modèle SBS-TW-500/10G)

/ 3000 (pour le modèle SBS-TW-3000/100G). Relâchez la touche « M » puis pressez-la à nouveau : l‘écran

afche « CAL » ainsi que le premier poids de calibrage (clignotant) – 200 (pour le modèle SBS-TW-500/10G)

/ 2000 (pour le modèle SBS-TW-3000/100G). Placez le poids de calibrage dans le panier de pesage, jusqu‘à ce

que l‘écran afche une valeur stable. L‘écran afche ensuite un second poids de calibrage (clignotant) – 500

(pour le modèle SBS-TW-500/10G) / 3000 (pour le modèle SBS-TW-3000/100G). Placez ce second poids de

INTRODUZIONE

Prima di utilizzare la bilancia leggere attentamente il manuale di istruzioni e conservarlo per eventuali

consultazioni.

NORME DI SICUREZZA

Utilizzare cautamente nell‘impiego quotidiano al ne da ottenere sempre ottime prestazioni e risultati di

misurazione precisi. Si prega di considerare le seguenti disposizioni:

• NON sovraccaricare la bilancia. Le celle di carico potrebbero danneggiarsi e non garantire il regolare

svolgimento delle operazioni.

• Non lasciare MAI pesi sulla bilancia per un periodo di tempo prolungato. Questo riduce la precisione

della bilancia e fa diminuire la durata delle celle di pesata.

• Qualora le batterie della bilancia fossero scariche, si prega di sostituirle con batterie già cariche e

funzionanti.

• Non utilizzare le bilance in caso di temporali o piogge.

• Non cercare di riparare la bilancia da sé. Contattare il vostro rivenditore locale.

• Evitare temperature estreme. Non posizionare sotto i raggi solari diretti o vicino ai sistemi di aria

condizionata.

• Accertarsi che la bilancia si trovi su un tavolo stabile e che non sia sottoposto a vibrazioni.

• Non usare vicino a dispositivi con alti consumi di energia come i dispositivi di saldatura o grandi motori.

Non lasciare le batterie nella bilancia qualora non venga usata per un lungo periodo di tempo.

• Evitare vibrazioni. Non posizionare vicino a macchine pesanti o vibranti.

• Evitare l‘umidità che potrebbe causare della condensa. Evitare il contatto diretto con l‘acqua.

• Nessun contatto diretto con l‘acqua.

• Non posizionare nella vicinanza di nestre aperte e porte, condizionatori o ventilatori che possono

causare risultati instabili per colpa della corrente d‘aria.

• Mantenere la bilancia pulita. Non posizionare nessun oggetto sulla bilancia mentre questa non viene

utilizzata.

TASTI FUNZIONI

„ON / OFF”:

Premere il tasto ON / OFF per accendere il dispositivo.

Tasto „M“:

Cambiare l‘unità di misura premendo una volta il tasto, premere no a che non si sia raggiunta l‘unità

desiderata. Le seguenti unità sono a disposizione g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Tasto funzione contapezzi: „PCS“: Il numero di pezzi è da posizionare sul piatto di pesata (25.50,

75 o 100 pezzi). Il tasto PCS è da tenere premuto per ca. 2 secondi, sul display appare „100“. Dopodiché

premere il tasto „MODE“ per selezionare il numero di pezzi sul piatto di pesata - 25, 50, 75 o 100. Ora

premere il tasto PCS, per confermare la scelta. La bilancia mostra il numero di pezzi sul piatto di pesata. Per

lasciare la modalità del conteggio dei pezzi premere il tasto „M“:

Tasto „T“ - per tarare: Questo tasto viene utilizzato per tarare - il peso dell‘imballaggio o il peso del

contenitore non viene considerato durante la pesatura. Questo tasto permette anche l‘azzeramento.

FUNZIONE TARA

1. Posizionare un contenitore vuoto sul piatto di pesata no a che il display mostri un valore costante.

Quindi premere „M“. Dopodiché il display viene tarato e mostra zero. Per annullare tutto di nuovo

rimuovere il contenitore e premere il tasto „TARE“ e il display è di nuovo allo stato iniziale.

2. Valori di tara: Capacità complessiva

AUTO-ZERO

Premere il tasto „M“ se la bilancia non mostra 0 senza che ci sia alcun peso sul piatto.

La bilancia non deve essere sovraccaricata.

CALIBRAZIONE

Accendere la bilancia. Premere il tasto „M“ e tenere premuto no a che sul display non appaia 500 (per

SBS-TW-500/10G) / 3000 (per SBS-TW-3000/100G). Rilasciare il tasto „M“ e premere nuovamente - viene

mostrata la scritta CAL e il peso standard lampeggiante in grammi. 200 (per SBS-TW-500/10G) /2000 (per

SBS-TW-3000/100G). Posizionale il peso standard sul piatto di pesata e aspettare no a che l‘indicazione del

peso non sia stabile. In seguito l‘esposizione un valore di palpitazione ulteriore del peso standard nel grammo

è indicata (500 per SBS-TW-500/10G/3000 per SBS-TW-3000/100G). Il peso standard deve essere messo sul

piatto di pesata quindi attendere nché la bilancia mostri un valore stabile. La conclusione della taratura viene

mostrata la scritta lampeggiante „PASS“ e attraverso lo spegnimento della bilancia.

TRASPORTO E STOCCAGGIO

Durante il trasporto l‘apparecchio deve essere protetto da scosse o cadute così come il posizionamento sul

lato superiore. Conservare l‘apparecchio in un ambiente ben areato con aria asciutta e senza gas corrosivi.

REGOLARE CONTROLLO DELL‘APPARECCHIO

Vericare regolarmente che gli elementi dell‘apparecchio non presentino danni. Nel caso si riscontrassero

danni, è severamente vietato qualsiasi impiego del dispositivo. Si prega di contattare il venditore di riferimento

afnché vengano effettuate le modiche necessarie.

Cosa fare in caso si verichino problemi?

Contattare il venditore e fornire i seguenti dati:

• Numero di fatturazione e numero di serie (dei quali l‘ultimo si trova sulla targhetta del dispositivo)

• Se possibile fornire una foto del pezzo difettoso

• Più dettagliate sono le informazioni da voi fornite, maggiore è l‘aiuto che possiamo fornirvi!

ATTENZIONE: Non aprire o smontare mai l‘apparecchio senza l‘autorizzazione del servizio clienti. Questa

INTRODUCCIÓN

Antes de utilizar la balanza, por favor lea atentamente este manual de instrucciones. Le recomendamos

conserve dicho manual para futuras consultas.

MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD

Para conseguir un buen rendimiento y una precisión óptima, siga las instrucciones para el uso diario y

almacenamiento. Considere las instrucciones siguientes:

• NO sobrecargue la balanza. Esto dañaría la célula de carga e invalidaría la garantía.

• NO deje peso sobre la balanza durante largo periodo de tiempo. Esto disminuiría la precisión del

equipo y acortaría la vida de la célula de carga.

• Reemplace las pilas del dispositivo en cuanto estén vacias.

• NO utilice el la balanza bajo lluvia o tormenta.

• No intente reparar la balanza usted mismo. Contacte con su distribuidor.

• Evite las temperaturas extremas. No instalar bajo la luz directa del sol o cerca de un dispositivo de aire

acondicionado.

• Aseguresé de que la balanza se encuentre en una mesa estable y no sufra vibraciones.

• No utilizar cerca máquinas con gran consumo de la electricidad, tales como equipos de soldadura o

grandes motores. No deje las baterías en la balanza, si no prevee utilizarla durante un largo periodo

de tiempo.

• Evite vibraciones. No instalar al lado de las máquinas pesadas o que vibren.

• Evitar niveles de humedad alta, ya que podría originar condensación. Evitar el contacto directo con el

agua.

• Ningún contacto directo con agua.

• No instalar cerca de ventanas, puertas, sistemas de aire acondicionado o ventiladores, ya que pueden

causar inestabilidad en los resultados.

• Mantenga la balanza limpia. No almacene artículos sobre la balanza cuando ésta no esté en uso.

FUNCIONES DE LAS TECLAS

„ON / OFF”:

Presione el botón ON / OFF para encender y apagar el equipo.

Tecla „M”:

Para seleccionar la unidad de peso, pulse esta tecla tantas veces sea necesario, hasta obtener la opción

deseada. Puede seleccionar las siguientes unidades de peso: g / oz / lb / kg / tl / ct.

Tecla cuentapiezas: „PCS”: Sobre la célula de pesaje puede colocar determinado número de piezas

(25, 50, 75 ó 100 piezas). Presione la tecla „PCS“ y manténgala presionada unos 2 segundos. En la pantalla

aparecerá „100“. Después presione la tecla „M”, para seleccionar el número de piezas correspondientes

sobre la balanza (25, 50, 75 o 100 piezas). Ahora presione la tecla „PCS“ para conrmar la selección. La

balanza indicará el número de piezas que hay sobre la supercie de pesaje. Para salir del modo cuenta-piezas

presione la tecla „M“.

Tecla „T” para la tara: Esta tecla se utiliza para la tara. Permite sustraer el peso del recipiente o envase,

de forma que éste no sea tenido en cuenta al indicar el peso nal. Esta tecla también hace posible que la

lectura quede a cero.

FUNCIÓN TARA

1. Coloque un envase vacío en la plataforma hasta que el indicador muestre un valor constante. Presio-

ne entonces „M“. A continuación se habrá aplicado la tara y el indicador mostrará cero. Para anular la

tara, retirar el envase y presionar la tecla „M“. El indicador volverá a su estado inicial.

2. Rango de tara: Capacidad total.

AUTO-CERO

Presione „M“ si la balanza sin peso no indicara cero.

La balanza no debe ser cargada en exceso.

CALIBRADO

Encender la balanza. Presionar la tecla „M“ y mantener pulsada hasta que en la pantalla aparezca „500“ (para

el modelo SBS-TW-500/10G) / „3000“ (para el modelo SBS-TW-3000/100G). Soltar la tecla „M” y volver a

pulsar - se mostrará „CAL“ y parpadeará el peso estándar en gramos. 200 (para SBS-TW-500/10G) ; 2000

(para SBS-TW-3000/100G). Coloque el peso estándar sobre la plataforma de pesado, hasta que el indicador

se estabilice. Después, en la pantalla parpadeará otro valor estándar en gramos (500 para SBS-TW-500/10G ;

3000 para SBS-TW-3000/100G). Coloque un peso estándar sobre la balanza y espere hasta que ésta muestre

un valor estable. La nalización del calibrado se indicará en la pantalla mediante el mensaje intermitente

„PASS“, tras lo que se apagará la balanza.

TRANSPORTE Y ALMACENAJE

Para transportar el dispositivo, protéjalo tanto de sacudidas como de caídas, y evite colocar objetos en la

parte superior. Almacenar en un espacio bien ventilado, seco y lejos de gases corrosivos.

REVISIÓN PERIÓDICA DEL APARATO

Compruebe periódicamente que los componentes del dispositivo no estén deteriorados. Dado el caso,

no continúe utilizando el aparato. Contacte directamente con su distribuidor, para que éste realice las

reparaciones correspondientes.

¿Qué hacer en caso de problemas?

Póngase en contacto con el vendedor y prepare la siguiente información:

• Número de factura y número de serie (este último lo encontrará en la placa de características técnicas).

• En caso necesario, incluya una foto de la pieza defectuosa.

• ¡Cuanto más detallada y precisa sea la información, más rápido prodremos ayudarle!

ATENCIÓN: Nunca intente reparar o abrir el aparato sin consultar previamente con el servicio técnico. ¡Esto puede

conllevar la extinción de la garantía!
