Model: PS-25L Double Board Wall Rack
Caution – Failure to follow these guidelines can result in
property damage or personal injury.
• Parts are not labeled. Before assembly, please identify each part according to the
descriptions and diagrams below.
• Do not use if the product or any parts is defective.
• Do not tilt or lift the storage rack.
• Do not drop SUP, Surfboard or any object on the rack. Place objects carefully and
slowly.
• Do not step, stand, or climb on the storage unit.
• Do not use if loads are not balanced and / or cannot be used on level and secure
ground. Always make sure the rack will not tip over. Secure the rack to the wall
or floor if necessary.
• Use only if you determine the rack can be used safely.
• The manufacture and its agents are not responsible for any damages or injuries
caused by the use or misuse of the product.
• Please follow the instructions and observe weight and size limits. Upper Level: 60
Lbs and 16 feet length maximum load. Lower level: 80 Lbs and 16 feet product
length maximum load. Load and size limits are per pair of cradles.
• Max weight varies depending on your wall and mounting method. In some
situations, the max weight may be significantly lower.
• When moving the storage rack, remove all objects from the rack.

The following parts are for each set of PS 25L Double Board Rack
A. Vertical Wall Tube (2 PCS)
B. Padded Cradle (4 PCS)
Hardware:
W: Long screw
M6 x 80 mm
(4 PCS)
----Installation Procedure:-------- --------
Step 1. Locate Wall Stand
Step 2. Mount Part A to the wall and screw in with long screws (W)
The screw must go thru Part A (Flat side must be toward the wall)
Screws must be secured to stud.
**Do not install in Hollow walls**
Step 3. Install 2
nd
wall unit with proper spacing according to the gears to be stored.
Step 4. Align and install Part B to Part A
Step 5. Use appropriate anchors when installing on block wall or brick walls.
