2. PAIR (2). button.
This button is used to pair your:
a) Playback device (RX mode), such as Mobile Phone
b) Receive device (TX mode), such as Headphone.
a) Playback device (RX mode), pairing a playback device such as a mobile
phone - set TX/RX (3) switch to RX mode.
Go to Bluetooth setting on your Mobile phone, make sure Bluetooth is
activated and select “pair new device”
Press and hold PAIR (2) button on BT3 for 3 sec until the blue LED light on
the front of BT3 starts blinking.
BT3 will show up Make sure Bluetooth is activated on your Mobile Phone
and make sure the BT3 is in ON (steady Blue LED light on the front).
Press and hold the PAIR (2) button for 3 seconds. The Blue LED light on the
front will start blinking.
The BT3 will show up on your Mobile phone. Press on “BT3” on the Mobile
Phone display and it will pair with BT3.
In the process your phone will “ask” to share “contacts etc” choose “yes”.
Your Mobile phone and BT3 are now paired and connected.
In the BT setting screen on your Mobile Phone press the setting button of
the paired BT3 (look like a “wheel”) if your Mobile phone supports HD Audio
it will show in the settings. Activate HD Audio.
b) Receive device (TX mode), pairing a receive device such as a BT
Headphone - set TX/RX (3) switch to TX mode.
Connect BT3 to the source you want to transmit (ex. TV) using optical cable
or analogue cable.
o Optical cable connect to OPTICAL IN (TX) (5)
o Analogue cable connect to AUDIO IN (TX) (4)
Switch button on back of BT3 to TX (3)
Press and hold Pair button for 3 sec until LED light on the front start flashing
blue.
Turn on your receiving device (BT headphone) and put device in pairing
mode.
(BT3 will automatically connect to the closest BT device (the device with the
strongest signal in your surrounding). So make sure to place the device you
want to connect as close as possible to BT3)
When paired and connected with your headphone it will start playback.
To un-pair a device press un-pair button for 3 sec and BT3 will automatically
try to connect with the next device that is ready for pairing.
To avoid paring with a device you don’t want to pair with – turn the unwanted
device off.
3. TX/RX (3). switch, to change between:
Playback mode (TX) – like Mobile Phone, Lap Top
Receive mode (RX) – like a BT Headphone.
D/A converter function mode – set switch to TX (3)
