Replacing the battery and back cover
on the ST-IP-TEST Test Meter

Phillips Head Screwdriver

Back Cover
Step 1
On the back of the meter, open the
battery door and remove the old battery.
Step 2
Using your screwdriver, remove the screws
from the back cover of the meter. Lift the
back cover o the meter and save the
existing screws for the new back cover.
Step 3
Take the new back cover and attach
the battery cable to the HD board
on the meter.

Step 4
Once the battery cable is attached, align
the back cover to the meter, screw the new
back on to the meter using the existing
screws from the original back cover.
Step 5
Install the new battery into the battery
area and replace the door over the
battery.
Step 6
Turn the meter over and power the meter
ON to make sure everything is installed
properly.
The replacement of the new
battery and back cover of the
ST-IP-TEST meter is complete.
