A quad bike needs regular inspection and maintenance just like a bicycle or a motorcycle. Always make
sure the quad bike is turned o and the power cord is disconnected before performing the following
operations.
Checking and cleaning the quad bike
Regularly inspect the structure and tyres for damage or excessive wear. In case of excessive wear, the tyre
must be replaced. Do not use water or other liquids or cleaning agents for cleaning. Moisten a clean cloth
with clean, soapy water and apply to the frame of the quad, then rinse the cloth thoroughly and wipe
down the quad. Clean so that water does not get into the battery cover, power input, display, or tyres.
Regularly check the tightness of all connections and screws.
Check the front and rear shock absorbers regularly. The damper should spring and return to its original
position after pushing on the quad.
Check the brake function before each ride. If the brake function is not sucient, it will be necessary to
shorten the cable directly at the brake. Loosen the screw that secures the cable and pull the cable so that
it is not too tight. Tighten the screw again and ne-tune the lever.
Maintenance and service
A quad bike requires regular maintenance and regular service just like a bicycle.
The recommended service check is at least once a year.
Quad bike storage
Fully charge the battery before storing. If you store the quad bike for longer than two months, charge the
battery to half capacity at least once every 30 days. If this is not done, it is very likely that the device will
malfunction, and the repair will not be covered by the warranty.
If the indoor storage temperature is below 0°, do not charge the quad bike immediately. Before charging,
you must place the quad bike in a warmer environment (5–40°C) for at least 2 hours. Store the quad bike
indoors, in a dry place and at the correct storage temperature.

The battery is guaranteed for 24 months, 6 months or 300 cycles (whichever comes rst). Keep in mind
that the maximum capacity of the battery decreases over time or use. Battery life is also dependent on
how the battery is used, charged and stored. The normal warranty period does not cover a reduction in
the maximum capacity of the battery or its life cycle as this is not a defect in material.

Hardware or software interference with the conguration of the device, such as interference with the
control unit, motor, battery or other controls, may void the warranty. In this case, the manufacturer is not
obliged to accept the device for warranty claim.
The warranty period does not apply to equipment components referred to as consumables, such as bea-
rings, tyres and tubes, brake discs and pads, light bulbs, etc.
If the equipment was sold at a reduced price, the warranty does not cover defects or interferences for
which the lower price was set.
The manufacturer, importer or distributor shall not be liable for any damage caused by unauthorised
tampering, installation, use contrary to the user manual, normal wear and tear or overloading.
Out-of-warranty service can be ordered from the manufacturer‘s authorised service centre.
In order for a warranty claim to be accepted, it is assumed that the equipment has been operated in
accordance with this user manual, including operation, maintenance, cleaning and storage. Only equip-
ment that is clean, complete and has been properly packaged for shipment can be accepted for warranty

NOTE
Recommended safety equipment
In the event of a re, use a suitable extinguisher (snow CO2, halotron, F-500 extinguisher).
First aid kit in case of an accident.
Mobile phone for calling emergency services.
ATTENTION
In case of injury, treat the injured person in accordance with the principles of rst aid.
In the event of an electric shock, it is necessary more than ever to emphasise the safety and elimination
of the risk to the rescuers. The victim usually remains in contact with the electrical device (the source of
the injury) due to the convulsive contraction of the muscles caused by the electric current. In such a case,
it is necessary to rst turn o the current in any possible way. Then call the emergency services (112) or
another professional service and only then provide rst aid! It is necessary to ensure the airways are clear,
check breathing, check the pulse, place the aected person at on their back, tilt their head and pull
down their lower jaw. Initiate mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and CPR if necessary.
If battery uid gets on your skin, wash it o quickly with soap and water. Seek medical attention if nece-
ssary.
If battery uid gets into your eyes, ush them with clean water for several minutes. Seek medical atten-
tion immediately.

BOX CONTENTS
Quad bike body, handlebars and their mounts (2 upper, 2 lower, 4 screws), front and rear protective frame,
front plastic bumper, front right and left wheels, charger, 2 fuses, instruction manual, tools.
Standard accessories are subject to change without notice.
This product requires assembly. The vehicle must be properly assembled before use.

We recommend assembling the quad bike with an experienced mechanic. In the case of assembling the
quad bike yourself, we recommend two people assemble it.
Assembly takes approximately 30–40 minutes.
The initial battery charge can take up to 12 hours.
Do not shorten this charging time!
Inate all 4 wheels to the appropriate pressure (170 kPa / 24 PSI).
Unpack the quad bike from the box.
Remove the bolts that attach the quad bike to the iron frame (images 1 and 2).
Remove all loose parts from the packaging (quad body, front wheels, front plastic bumper, front and rear
metal frame, manual, charger, and a set of screws and tools). See images 3, 4 and 26.
HANDLEBARS
Attach the handlebars using the black washers and four screws (images 4 and 5).
Tighten the screws carefully.
FRONT WHEELS
Install the front wheels and front brake disc (images 6, 7 and 8).
Place the wheel on the axle. Pay attention to the roll of the wheel, which is indicated by an arrow on the
outside of the tire.
Then t the brake callipers to the brake disc and tighten all the screws.
Tighten the outer wheel bolt properly.
Repeat the same for the left and right front wheels (images 9, 10 and 11).
FRONT PLASTIC BUMPER
Remove the screws from the front metal structure (image 12). Use these screws to attach the front plastic
bumper (image 13).
FRONT METAL FRAME
Unscrew the two screws from the plastic top cover (image 15).
Attach the front metal frame to the plastic bumper (images 16 and 17).
Attach the front metal frame to the upper plastic cover with screws (image 18).
REAR METAL FRAME
Attach the rear metal frame to the rear of the quad bike (image 19).
Remove the screws from the main frame and use them to attach the rear metal frame (images 20 and 21).

Fit the reector (image 22).
SEAT
Fit the seat by rst tting the front part of the seat and then pressing the rear part with one rm push
(image 23).
FUSE
Using pliers, take the included fuse and insert it into the protective case located on the left front of the
quad bike. A short spark may occur during insertion, which is normal (images 24 and 25).
STICKERS
If the stickers are protected by protective lms, remove the lm.
GEOMETRY
After assembly, it is sometimes necessary to
adjust the geometry of the front axles.
Adjust the toe-in/toe-out by turning the stee-
ring rod. Loosen both steering rod nuts (one
thread is right and the other is left). Loosen
both nuts (same side).
Align the handlebars and turn the hexagonal
rod to set the desired wheel direction (wheel
geometry). The wheels should be slightly
diverging.
After adjustment, carefully tighten all nuts
NOTE
Estimate the geometry adjustments. For such small recreational vehicles, precise adjustment is not critical.
BRAKE ADJUSTMENT
Brake pressure may need to be adjusted. The brakes can be adjusted by using the extension bolts on the
Bowden cables, or by shortening or lengthening the cables directly on the brakes.
FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ADJUSTMENT
The stiness of the front shock springs can
be adjusted to the rider‘s weight. This can be
done by turning the nuts on the top of the
springs (see the image below). By turning the
nut clockwise, you reduce the stiness of the
shock absorber. By turning the nut counter
-clockwise, you increase the stiness of the
shock absorber.
